Description

Agilawood preparation method and agilawood
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agilawood manufacturing, and particularly relates to an agilawood and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The agilawood is a traditional and rare medicinal material in China, the Aquilaria plants (Aquilaria) can be induced to generate the agilawood by external stimulation, and the healthy Aquilaria sinensis cannot generate the agilawood by self, so that the natural agilawood resource is rare. The chemical components of the agilawood mainly comprise sesquiterpene, aromatic compounds and 2-phenethyl chromone compounds, wherein the sesquiterpene is the main drug effect component of the compounds, and pharmacological experiments prove that the compounds have obvious physiological activity on the nervous system. Although hundreds of thousands of mu of aquilaria sinensis trees which can produce the aquilaria sinensis are planted in China, and hundreds of thousands of mu are planted in countries in southeast Asia, the yield of the aquilaria sinensis is very low under natural conditions. Therefore, people summarize artificial methods for producing incense, such as a cutting injury method, a half-cutting method, a punching method, an iron nail method, an artificial inoculation method, a chemical method and the like, through scientific research and practical experience. However, the traditional manual agilawood formation method is complex to operate, the agilawood formation rate is low, the cost is high, and a great amount of waste is caused.
In the prior art, the method for inoculating the agilawood needs to be boiled, dissolved and sterilized, the above treatment mode is very complicated, and the agilawood production process is manufactured by using various working procedures. The aquilaria sinensis is produced by comprehensively infecting aquilaria sinensis with various floras after drilling, and the drilling treatment mode can cause certain damage to aquilaria sinensis trees, so that the service life of the aquilaria sinensis trees is shortened, the yield is low, the method is not in line with the long-term development strategy, and the green development policy of enterprises is violated.
How to develop a preparation method of agilawood with higher effective component and mild means is a technical problem to be solved urgently.

As can be seen from table 1, the yield of agilawood can be increased only by using specific traditional Chinese medicines as raw materials of the yeast culture medium, the traditional Chinese medicine culture mediums in examples 5 to 8 are all combinations of 3 traditional Chinese medicines, but the content of active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicines is obviously lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicines in examples 1 to 4, which indicates that none of the 4 traditional Chinese medicines is available. The comparative example 1 does not contain traditional Chinese medicines, the content of active ingredients is lower, and the content of active ingredients in agilawood is lower.
In the embodiment 4, the extraction method of eucommia ulmoides and medlar is optimized, and the content of the effective components of agilawood is further improved on the basis of the embodiments 1-3.
As is known, the lignum Aquilariae Resinatum tree can be damaged to produce incense, and all previous research units surround the research in the manner, so that the lignum Aquilariae Resinatum tree is damaged to an indefinite extent, and even a part of the lignum Aquilariae Resinatum tree is withered. The invention applies unique reverse thinking and adopts the technology of inducing fusion, and the bacteria liquid is pressed into the tree body without damaging the tree body, so that more components can be secreted out of the agilawood tree body.
The above detailed description is specific to possible embodiments of the present invention, and the above embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent implementations or modifications that do not depart from the scope of the present invention should be included in the present claims.
