Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly relates to washing equipment.
Background
The pulsator washing machine forms bidirectional eddy in the barrel through the rotation of the pulsator so as to drive clothes to rotate and roll, and the aim of cleaning the clothes is achieved through the friction between the clothes and the bidirectional eddy. However, since the laundry is light, a phenomenon that an un-soaked portion floats on the water surface may occur at an initial stage of washing, and thus, wetting may be promoted by spraying water from above the washing tub. Or on the basis of rotating and rolling to clean the clothes, the washing effect can be improved by promoting the overturning of the clothes in a mode of pumping out circulating water in the washing barrel to the upper part of the washing barrel and then spraying the circulating water into the washing barrel from the upper part. At present, only the upper cover at the clothes feeding opening of the washing machine is provided with the spraying holes capable of spraying water into the washing barrel, the spraying range is limited, and the spraying mode is single, so that the improvement of the washing effect by an auxiliary spraying means is to be further improved.
However, since a large gap exists between the outer tub cover and the tray seat of the pulsator washing machine and no sealing structure is provided, in the washing process, especially under the condition that the number of clothes is large or a full-load operation experiment is performed, the washing water and/or the clothes enter between the outer tub and the cabinet, so that the problems of damage to the clothes, corrosion to the cabinet and the like are caused.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new cushioning seal solution to address the above-mentioned problems.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present invention is described by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example, the washing apparatus may be a washing and drying all-in-one machine or a sub-machine including a pulsator washing unit, etc. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the pulsator washing machine 1 mainly includes a cabinet 15, a tray 12 provided at the top of the cabinet, an outer tub 13 accommodated in the cabinet, an inner tub 14 serving as a laundry treatment tub, and a pulsator at the bottom of the tub, which is rotated by a driving motor provided at the bottom of the cabinet so as to complete a washing process of laundry. The pulsator washing machine of the present invention further comprises a suspension rod 16 disposed inside the cabinet 15, which can reduce vibration caused by rotation during washing to improve user experience. The pulsator washing machine of the present invention is provided with a spray device which mainly comprises a water supply pipeline and a spray member, wherein in the operation process of a washing program, a water source supplies spray water to an inner barrel 14 through the water supply pipeline and the spray member, namely, the water source leads to the spray member through the water supply pipeline, and the spray member can be aligned to clothes to be washed placed in the inner barrel in an assembled state. Wherein, the invention at least arranges a spraying component on the disk seat. Specifically, the tray seat has a laundry input opening communicating with the inside of the inner tub 14, and a plurality of spraying members, such as spraying members circumferentially surrounding the laundry input opening, are disposed in a peripheral region of the laundry input opening, and the spraying members may be single-row or multi-row in a radial direction, and may be uniformly or non-uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction and the radial direction. For example, two circles of spraying components are circumferentially and circularly arranged from inside to outside along the peripheral circumference of the clothes throwing opening, and two rows of spraying components are circumferentially distributed at intervals.
The pulsator washing machine of the present invention is provided with an outer tub cover 131 at a position corresponding to a laundry input port at the top of the outer tub, and a connection member capable of being hermetically connected to the tub base 12 and the outer tub cover 131, respectively, is provided between the tub base 12 and the outer tub cover 131. Since the tray 12 is disposed above the outer tub cover 131, spray water sprayed from the spray member is easily sprayed between the tray and the outer tub cover during the washing of the laundry. Therefore, through the arrangement of the connecting member, the spray water sprayed by the spraying member arranged on the tray seat can be effectively prevented from entering the area between the outer side of the outer barrel and the box body, so that the box body made of metal is prevented from being corroded by the spray water.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion a of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the connecting member has a ring structure. This is because the connection member is disposed between the bottom of the tray 12 and the outer tub cover 131, the outer tub cover 131 is a ring structure disposed at the top of the outer tub at a position corresponding to the laundry input port, and the tray 12 is also a ring structure at a position corresponding to the laundry input port, so that the connection member of the ring structure can perform a connection function so as to prevent shower water from being sprayed between the outer tub and the cabinet without affecting a normal washing process.
In a possible embodiment, the connection member comprises a main body portion 33 and a first connection end 31 and a second connection end 32 arranged at both ends of the main body portion. It can be understood that the main body part 33 mainly functions as a coupling, and both ends of the main body part 33 are coupled and fixed to the bottom of the tray base and the tub cover, respectively, so that the coupling member is fixedly disposed between the tray base and the tub cover. Specifically, the first connecting end 31 covers the outer side of the protruding portion at the bottom of the tray seat, and the second connecting end 32 covers the outer side of the outer barrel cover. Through such arrangement, the tray seat 12 and the outer tub cover 131 can be hermetically connected, so that under the condition of more clothes, especially under the condition of full load or excessive experiment, the corrosion of the metal box body caused by the excessive washing water entering between the outer tub 13 and the box body 15 can be avoided, and the abnormal vibration caused by the clothes entering between the outer tub 13 and the box body 15 can also be avoided. In addition, through the sealing arrangement of the connecting component, the height of the outer barrel is lifted to the bottom of the tray seat, so that the washing water exceeding the outer barrel cover can be added when the washing machine is fully loaded without worrying about the washing water entering between the outer barrel and the box body.
In one possible embodiment, the first connection end 31 and the bottom of the tray 12 and the second connection end 32 and the outer tub cover 131 are each sealingly connected by means of a fastening ring 34. The sealing connection mode between the first connection end 31 and the bottom of the tray seat 12 is specifically as follows: the bottom of the tray seat 12 is circumferentially provided with an extending portion 121, an annular clamping groove is formed between the extending portion 121 and the bottom of the tray seat 12, the first connecting end 31 is arranged on the outer wall of the extending portion 121 and covers the clamping groove, and the fastening ring 34 is clamped in the clamping groove, so that the first connecting end 31 and the extending portion 121 can be connected in a sealing mode. It will be appreciated that the catch is of unitary construction with the extension or the base of the tray, i.e. the catch is part of the extension or the base of the tray. It should be noted that the protruding portion may be a continuous annular structure, such as a straight cylindrical structure or an outwardly-expanding conical structure, or may be a plurality of discrete structures distributed circumferentially, such as a plurality of protruding ribs distributed circumferentially. In addition, the extension part and the bottom of the disk seat are integrally formed or fixedly connected, for example, the extension part is fixed at the bottom of the disk seat in a threaded connection, clamping connection and other modes. The sealing connection between the second connection end 32 and the outer tub cover 131 is specifically as follows: the outer tub cover 131 includes a vertical portion 1311 and a surrounding portion 1312 extending radially inward from an upper portion of the vertical portion, an annular groove matched with the fastening ring 34 is formed on an outer wall of the vertical portion 1311 along a radial inner side, and the second connection end 32 of the connection member is fixedly disposed on the outer tub cover 131 by the fastening ring 34. Through the arrangement, the connecting component can be fixed between the tray seat and the outer barrel cover so as to achieve the purpose of sealing a gap between the tray seat and the outer barrel cover. It will be appreciated that the fastening ring includes a fastening member and a fastening nut, so that the coupling member can be easily adjusted or replaced as required.
In a possible embodiment, the main body portion 33 is a corrugated structure distributed along the radial direction of the outer tub cover. Through the arrangement, the connecting component has resilience and flexibility, so that the connecting component can play a role of buffering when being connected between the tray seat and the outer barrel cover. Specifically, the outer tub of the washing machine vibrates and the outer tub cover moves along with the vibration of the outer tub during the washing process, and the connection member with the corrugated structure is arranged so that the tray seat and the outer tub cover are not collided due to too close distance to generate extra vibration and the connection member is not damaged due to too far distance. It will be appreciated that the body portion may also be of other configurations having a cushioning effect, such as a combination of straight tube sections and corrugations.
In one possible embodiment, the connection member is made of an elastic material so as to achieve sealing between the tray 12 and the outer tub cover 131, between the connection member and the tray 12, and between the connection member and the outer tub cover 131 to prevent shower water from entering between the outer tub 13 and the cabinet 15. For example, the connecting member may be made of rubber. It will be appreciated that the connecting member should also have a degree of rigidity to ensure that the connecting member can be securely wrapped around the protruding portion of the base of the tray and/or the outside of the outer tub cover to effect a seal, simply by the action of the fastening ring.
Therefore, the annular elastic connecting component is arranged between the tray seat and the outer barrel cover, abnormal sound generated by collision of the tray seat and the outer barrel cover in the washing process can be reduced, and the purposes of buffering and shock absorption can be achieved. In addition, the connecting member seals the gap between the tray seat and the outer barrel cover, so that the liquid sprayed by the spraying member arranged on the tray seat can be effectively prevented from entering between the outer barrel and the box body, and the volume of the outer barrel can be increased.
In addition, the upper part of the pulsator washing machine is also provided with an upper cover which can expose the inner tub to the environment. In one possible embodiment, a spray member may be provided on the upper cover in addition to the spray member provided on the tray, and the tray and the spray member provided on the upper cover may be used in combination or separately. Specifically, since the tray and the upper cover are usually not of equal height, the tray and the spraying members on the upper cover can be opened simultaneously to obtain a layered spraying effect of upper and lower layers, and the tray and the spraying members on the upper cover can be opened at intervals to assist in spraying clothes at different positions in the inner tub. In addition, it is also possible to cause one part of the shower member on the tray or the upper cover to shower while the other part stops showering. That is, by adjusting the spraying timing of the spraying members at the two positions, the diversification of the spraying modes can be realized, and the washing effect can be improved.
The water supply line of the present invention can take water in the following two ways. One is to draw water from the outside, such as may be: the water supply line is connected to a water inlet of the washing machine or directly externally connected to the outside of the washing machine. The other is that the circulating water between the outer barrel and the inner barrel is guided, namely the water supply pipeline is connected to the circulating pump at the bottom of the outer barrel, the circulating water is pumped to the upper part of the inner barrel by the water pump and then is sprayed into the inner barrel from the upper part by the spraying component. It is understood that the two water source access means may be configured alternatively or simultaneously.
In the following, a possible implementation manner of the water supply manner of the spraying member of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D by taking an example in which the spraying member is disposed on both the tray base and the outer tub cover.
Referring to fig. 3A, fig. 3A is a schematic structural view of a spray member of a pulsator washing machine supplying water through a water inlet pipeline according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3A, the spraying components disposed on the tray seat 12 and the outer tub cover 131 are all supplied with water by the water inlet pipe 21, and the external water is divided into two paths after passing through the water inlet valve 27: a spray component which is sent to the disk seat 12 by a water inlet pipeline 21; the other path is sent to the spraying component on the outer barrel cover 131 by the water inlet pipeline 21.
Referring to fig. 3B, fig. 3B is a schematic structural view of a spraying member of a pulsator washing machine supplying water through a circulation pipeline according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3B, the tray 12 and the spraying component disposed on the outer tub cover 131 are both supplied with water by the circulation pipeline, and the water at the bottom of the outer tub of the washing machine is pumped out by the drainage hose 26 under the action of the circulation pump 24, and is divided into two paths by the three-way valve 25: a spraying member provided to the outer tub cover 131 through the circulation line 231; another routing circulation line 232 leads to spray means on the tray 12.
Referring to fig. 3C, fig. 3C is a first structural schematic view of a spray component of the pulsator washing machine supplying water jointly through a water inlet pipeline and a circulation pipeline according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3C, external water is supplied to the spraying member provided on the tray 12 through the water inlet valve 27 via the water inlet pipe 21, and water at the bottom of the outer tub of the washing machine is pumped out via the drain hose 26 by the circulating pump 24 and then supplied to the spraying member on the outer tub cover 131 via the circulating pipe 23.
Referring to fig. 3D, fig. 3D is a structural schematic diagram of a spraying member of the pulsator washing machine supplying water by a water inlet pipeline and a circulation pipeline together according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3D, water at the bottom of the outer tub of the washing machine is pumped out through the drain hose 26 by the circulation pump 24, and then is supplied to the spraying member provided on the tray 12 through the circulation pipeline 23, and external water is supplied to the spraying member on the outer tub cover 131 through the water inlet pipeline 21 after passing through the water inlet valve 27.
Obviously, the detergent at the bottom of the inner barrel can be pumped out by circulating water supply and sprayed on clothes again for recycling so as to improve the utilization rate of the detergent, and additional fresh water can be supplied into the inner barrel by external water supply so as to improve the rinsing effect, so that the water supply modes of the spraying components on the tray seat and the outer barrel cover can be adjusted as required by diversified water supply modes, and the washing effect can be effectively improved.
In addition, the arrangement modes of the spraying components on the tray seat and the upper cover can be the same or different. Taking the tray as an example, in one possible embodiment, the tray 12 is formed with mounting locations, and the spray member is disposed on the mounting locations at corresponding positions. Wherein, the spraying member mainly comprises a base body and a spraying opening 22 arranged on the base body, the base body is fixedly or removably arranged on the base seat 12, and the spraying opening 22 is aligned with the inner tub of the washing machine so as to spray water from the spraying opening 22 to the unwetted clothes above the inner tub. For example, the substrate is fixedly disposed on the tray 12, and may be: the spraying component and the disk seat are integrally formed or the spraying component is arranged at the mounting position of the disk seat in a clamping manner.
Preferably, an adjusting unit may be disposed on the mounting position, and the adjusting unit may adjust the position of the base body in the mounting position within a set range, and thus adjust the orientation of the spray opening 22 aligned with the inner tub, so as to wet the laundry more effectively. Such as the spray opening 22 can be in different positions in the spraying and non-spraying states, or the spray opening 22 can be moved in a set manner in the spraying state to obtain better spraying effect.
In one possible embodiment, the adjustment unit includes a first adjustment member capable of adjusting the position of the spray member within a set range in the axial direction of the spray member, such as in the case where the spray member is vertically mounted on the tray, the first adjustment member being capable of adjusting the position thereof in the thickness direction of the tray so as to enable at least a part of the spray member to be extended or retracted into the mounting position. Illustratively, the first adjusting member is a telescopic spring, one end of the telescopic spring is connected to the base body, and the other end of the telescopic spring can be moved under the condition of spraying operation, so that a pressing force is provided to the other end of the telescopic spring, so that the base body can extend out for a certain length, and the part where the spraying opening 22 is located is exposed to the environment, thereby preventing the outer edge of the spraying opening 22 from being blocked by the disc seat, and better spraying operation can be performed. In the case of non-spraying operation, the pressing force is withdrawn, and the base body retracts, for example, to a position approximately flush with the lower surface of the tray, so as to prevent the clothes from being caught by the portion where the spraying port 22 is located and causing damage to the clothes or damage to the spraying member in the case of a large amount of clothes in the inner tub. After the basal body retracts, the installation position can be closed so as to isolate the spraying component from the inner barrel, thereby effectively preventing the spraying component from being polluted or corroded by washing water or foam mixed with dirt and detergent.
Through the arrangement, the stretching or retracting action of the spraying component on the installation position can be adjusted according to whether the spraying operation is carried out or not, so that the spraying operation can be better carried out on clothes to be washed, and the probability of avoiding damage to the clothes in the barrel or the spraying component during the non-spraying operation is reduced.
In one possible embodiment, the adjustment unit comprises a second adjustment member which is able to rotate the spray member in the respective mounting position in order to obtain a richer spray angle by rotation of the spray member during the spraying operation. Such as a hinge. If the mounting position is approximately the hole with the inverted cone structure, the spraying component can revolve around the axis of the hole with the inverted cone structure at the position of the generatrix of the hole with the inverted cone structure, and therefore multi-angle and multi-position spraying is achieved. If the specific form of the inverted cone-shaped structure can be adjusted according to actual conditions, for example, when the included angle between a bus and an axis is large, the inner wall of the inner barrel can be cleaned on the basis of realizing spraying, for example, residual foam on the inner wall of the inner barrel is cleaned, and the self-cleaning capability of the washing machine is improved; when the included angle between the bus and the axis is small, clothes far away from the inner wall of the inner barrel can be sprayed better.
It is to be understood that the above-mentioned adjusting unit adjusts the protruding length of the spray member on the installation site through the first adjusting member and adjusts the rotation of the spray member in the installation site through the second adjusting member are only exemplary descriptions, and are only used for explaining the principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will be able to make any number of adjustments to the above described arrangements to suit a particular application without departing from the principles of the present invention.
It should be noted that the spraying components on the upper cover and the tray seat can be the same or different, and the water source obtaining mode of the spraying components can be flexibly configured. For example, the water sources of the spraying components on the upper cover and the tray seat are all led from circulating water, the spraying components on the upper cover are fixed on the upper cover, and the spraying components on the tray seat are arranged on the tray seat in a telescopic mode. And the spraying water volume of a single spraying component can be equal or unequal, for example, the spraying water volume of the spraying component on the tray seat can be larger than that of the spraying component on the upper cover, and the spraying component arranged on the tray seat has a wider spraying angle, so that better spraying effect can be realized by matching with larger spraying water volume.
It is understood that the above described spray member configuration and water source acquisition is merely exemplary and that one skilled in the art can make appropriate adjustments to the above described arrangement to suit a more specific application without departing from the principles of the present invention. Such as may also be: the water source of the spraying component arranged on the upper cover is led from the outside of the washing machine, the water source of the spraying component arranged on the tray seat is led from circulating water, and the spraying component is fixed on the tray seat in a clamping manner and arranged on the upper cover in a hinge manner.
In addition, the water spraying timing of the spraying members at the two positions can also be flexibly configured. Specifically, the washing machine is provided with a controller which can control the spraying components arranged on the upper cover and the tray seat to be in a spraying or non-spraying state, so that the spraying components on the upper cover and the tray seat are combined according to a set mode to spray clothes in the inner barrel, and the spraying effect is improved.
Such as may be: the spraying angles and the spraying ranges of the spraying components on the tray seat and the upper cover are different, so that the spraying components on the tray seat and the upper cover are controlled by the controller to spray water into the inner barrel in an interval spraying mode to wet clothes. Obviously, the length of the interval time can be flexibly set according to the actual situation. However, in the case where the shower is required to be sprayed over the entire surface as much as possible, the shower member provided on the tray and the upper cover may be used to spray water simultaneously.
Such as may also be: the plurality of spray members on the tray and/or the upper cover are operated in batches. Taking batch operation of the spray components on the tray as an example: one complete spraying cycle includes a spraying duration time during which a part of the plurality of spraying members provided on the tray sprays water into the inner tub and stops spraying water during the spraying interval time, and a spraying interval time during which another part of the plurality of spraying members stops spraying water during the spraying duration time and sprays water into the inner tub during the spraying interval time. The spraying parameters of the spraying components on the tray seat and the upper cover are controlled by the controller, so that diversified control of spraying modes is realized, and the requirements of different water quantities, water spraying time and the like in the washing process are met.
It is obvious that the above situations are only exemplary descriptions of the combination of the spraying operations, and those skilled in the art can reasonably adjust the combination of the spraying operations to suit more specific application occasions without departing from the principle of the present invention. Such as flexibly adjusting the duration of water spraying and the interval time of water spraying or properly combining the three situations.
In summary, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, since the tray is configured to surround the washing tub in the circumferential direction, the spraying member is disposed on the tray to obtain a richer spraying angle. On the basis, a connecting component which is of an annular structure and made of elastic materials is arranged between the tray seat and the outer barrel cover so as to realize the sealing connection of the tray seat and the outer barrel cover, so that on one hand, spray water can be prevented from entering between the outer barrel and the box body, and on the other hand, the capacity of the washing machine is increased. Furthermore, spraying components can be arranged on the tray seat and the upper cover, and the spraying actions of the spraying components at the two positions are flexibly controlled by combining the spraying components at the two positions, so that a diversified spraying mode is obtained, and a better spraying effect is realized.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
