Abstract

本发明提供了一种蓄热保温复合面料,复合面料包括:面料本体,面料本体内部上侧设有用于保温的顶部保温层,且面料本体内部下侧布置有配合顶部保温层保温的底部保温层。本发明通过蓄热层,可以当使用者坐在面料本体上的时候,使得蓄热层内的沙子可以进行蓄热,之后通过底部保温层和顶部保温层,因为顶部保温层和底部保温层均由高发泡聚乙烯制成,且顶部保温层的厚度为2mm‑3mm,并且底部保温层的厚度为1mm‑2mm,所以能防止蓄热层储存的热能从面料本体内部散出,解决了现有的复合面料冬天难以进行蓄热保温的作用,而且在春天会因为空气中过于潮湿,而使面料变潮湿,导致会滋生细菌的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合面料技术领域,具体为一种蓄热保温复合面料。
背景技术
复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料,适合做沙发,服装等纺织品,是人们居家生活不可缺少的面料之一,复合面料应用了“新合纤”的高技术和新材料,具备很多优异的性能。
现有的复合面料,铺在沙发上的时候,冬天难以进行蓄热保温的作用,使得使用者坐在沙发上起来一会,复合面料就会极速降温,导致使用者下次坐上的时候,引起使用者的不适,并且如今的复合面料,在春天会因为空气中过于潮湿,而使面料变潮湿,导致会滋生细菌。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种蓄热保温复合面料,具备不仅可以蓄热保温,而且可以使复合面料起到防潮的作用等优点,解决了现有的复合面料冬天难以进行蓄热保温的作用,而且在春天会因为空气中过于潮湿,而使面料变潮湿,导致会滋生细菌的问题。
为实现上述不仅可以蓄热保温,而且可以使复合面料起到防潮的作用等目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蓄热保温复合面料,所述复合面料包括:面料本体,所述面料本体内部上侧设有用于保温的顶部保温层,且面料本体内部下侧布置有配合所述顶部保温层保温的底部保温层;杀菌层,所述杀菌层贴合在所述顶部保温层下侧,且杀菌层由石墨烯组成,并且杀菌层的厚度为1-2mm;吸水层,所述吸水层贴合在所述底部保温层的上侧,且吸水层由吸水树脂组成,并且吸水层的厚度为1mm-2mm;蓄热层,所述蓄热层布置在所述杀菌层与所述吸水层之间,且蓄热层由沙子组成,并且所述蓄热层的厚度为1mm-2mm;防磨片,所述防磨片缝合在所述面料本体上端中间,且防磨片上端水平均匀缝合有至少十条与其长度相等的防滑条,所述防磨片上端且位于所述防滑条之间水平均匀开有至少十个透气孔,且防磨片上端固定有至少五十个用于吸收空气中水分的干燥体。
进一步地,所述干燥体由硅胶和活性氧化铝混合制成,且所述干燥体均匀分布在所述透气孔的左右两侧。
进一步地,所述面料本体左右两端均相连有至少十个与其为一体的菱纹,且所述菱纹水平均匀分布在所述面料本体的左右两端。
进一步地,所述面料本体上端且位于所述防磨片的四周均匀开有至少四十个用于缝针的缝针孔。
进一步地,所述顶部保温层和所述底部保温层均由高发泡聚乙烯制成,且所述顶部保温层的厚度为2mm-3mm,并且所述底部保温层的厚度为1mm-2mm。
进一步地,所述防磨片由细帆布和牛津布混合组成,且所述防滑条为防滑布折叠的矩形条体。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种蓄热保温复合面料,具备以下有益效果:
1、该种蓄热保温复合面料,通过蓄热层,可以当使用者坐在面料本体上的时候,使得蓄热层内的沙子可以进行蓄热,之后通过底部保温层和顶部保温层,因为顶部保温层和底部保温层均由高发泡聚乙烯制成,且顶部保温层的厚度为2mm-3mm,并且底部保温层的厚度为1mm-2mm,所以能防止蓄热层储存的热能从面料本体内部散出,从而可以起到蓄热保温的作用;
2、通过干燥体,因为干燥体由硅胶和活性氧化铝混合制成,且干燥体均匀分布在透气孔的左右两侧,所以能吸收空气中的水分,使得不会因为春天潮湿的环境,而使面料滋生细菌,由于防磨片由细帆布和牛津布混合组成,且防滑条为防滑布折叠的矩形条体,使得通过防磨片,可以防止面料本体因为磨损而破口,而且利用防滑条,能防止使用者坐在面料本体上的时候打滑,从而可以使复合面料起到防潮的作用。

在实施例一中,如图3所示,本实施公开一种蓄热保温复合面料,所述复合面料包括:面料本体1,所述面料本体1内部上侧设有用于保温的顶部保温层12,且面料本体1内部下侧布置有配合所述顶部保温层12保温的底部保温层8,通过面料本体1内的底部保温层8和顶部保温层12,因为顶部保温层12和底部保温层8均由高发泡聚乙烯制成,且顶部保温层12的厚度为2mm-3mm,并且底部保温层8的厚度为1mm-2mm,所以能防止热能从面料本体1内部散出,从而可以起到保温的作用;
在实施例二中,如图3所示,在实施例一的基础上,杀菌层9,所述杀菌层9贴合在所述顶部保温层12下侧,且杀菌层9由石墨烯组成,并且杀菌层9的厚度为1-2mm,通过杀菌层9,可以因为石墨烯的杀菌能力,将面料本体1内的细菌杀死,从而使得面料本体1更加干净;
在实施例三中,如图3所示,在实施例一或二的基础上,吸水层11,所述吸水层11贴合在所述底部保温层8的上侧,且吸水层11由吸水树脂组成,并且吸水层11的厚度为1mm-2mm,通过吸水层11,可以当孩子将水泼在面料本体1上的时候,将水吸入吸水层11内部,从而避免面料本体1被水泼了出现难干的现象;
在实施例四中,如图3所示,在实施例一或二的基础上,蓄热层10,所述蓄热层10布置在所述杀菌层9与所述吸水层11之间,且蓄热层10由沙子组成,并且所述蓄热层10的厚度为1mm-2mm,通过蓄热层10,可以当使用者坐在面料本体1上的时候,使得蓄热层10内的沙子可以进行蓄热,从而可以起到蓄热的作用;
在实施例五中,如图3所示,在实施例一或二的基础上,防磨片2,所述防磨片2缝合在所述面料本体1上端中间,且防磨片2上端水平均匀缝合有至少十条与其长度相等的防滑条6,所述防磨片2上端且位于所述防滑条6之间水平均匀开有至少十个透气孔4,且防磨片2上端固定有至少五十个用于吸收空气中水分的干燥体7,通过干燥体7,因为干燥体7由硅胶和活性氧化铝混合制成,且干燥体7均匀分布在透气孔4的左右两侧,所以能吸收空气中的水分,使得不会因为春天潮湿的环境,而使面料滋生细菌,由于防磨片2由细帆布和牛津布混合组成,且防滑条6为防滑布折叠的矩形条体,使得通过防磨片2,可以防止面料本体1因为磨损而破口,而且利用防滑条6,能防止使用者坐在面料本体1上的时候打滑,从而可以使复合面料起到防潮的作用,然后利用透气孔4,可以当使用者坐着面料本体1的时候,进行透气的作用。
在实施例六中,如图1-2所示,在实施例一或二的基础上,所述面料本体1左右两端均相连有至少十个与其为一体的菱纹3,且所述菱纹3水平均匀分布在所述面料本体1的左右两端,利用菱纹3,可以当铺好面料本体1的时候,使面料本体1更加的美观,而且还可以防止面料本体1的侧边出现断线的现象。
在实施例七中,如图1-2所示,在实施例一或二的基础上,所述面料本体1上端且位于所述防磨片2的四周均匀开有至少四十个用于缝针的缝针孔5,通过缝针孔5,可以用针线穿过缝针孔5,将两块面料本体1缝合在一起,使得面料本体1的铺面增加。
上述实施例中运用的:1-面料本体;2-防磨片;3-菱纹;4-透气孔;5-缝针孔;6-防滑条;7-干燥体;8-底部保温层;9-杀菌层;10-蓄热层;11-吸水层;12-顶部保温层均可通过市场购买或私人定制获得。

面料本体(1),所述面料本体(1)内部上侧设有用于保温的顶部保温层(12),且面料本体(1)内部下侧布置有配合所述顶部保温层(12)保温的底部保温层(8);
杀菌层(9),所述杀菌层(9)贴合在所述顶部保温层(12)下侧,且杀菌层(9)由石墨烯组成,并且杀菌层(9)的厚度为1-2mm;
吸水层(11),所述吸水层(11)贴合在所述底部保温层(8)的上侧,且吸水层(11)由吸水树脂组成,并且吸水层(11)的厚度为1mm-2mm;
蓄热层(10),所述蓄热层(10)布置在所述杀菌层(9)与所述吸水层(11)之间,且蓄热层(10)由沙子组成,并且所述蓄热层(10)的厚度为1mm-2mm;
防磨片(2),所述防磨片(2)缝合在所述面料本体(1)上端中间,且防磨片(2)上端水平均匀缝合有至少十条与其长度相等的防滑条(6),所述防磨片(2)上端且位于所述防滑条(6)之间水平均匀开有至少十个透气孔(4),且防磨片(2)上端固定有至少五十个用于吸收空气中水分的干燥体(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄热保温复合面料,其特征在于:所述干燥体(7)由硅胶和活性氧化铝混合制成,且所述干燥体(7)均匀分布在所述透气孔(4)的左右两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄热保温复合面料,其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)左右两端均相连有至少十个与其为一体的菱纹(3),且所述菱纹(3)水平均匀分布在所述面料本体(1)的左右两端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄热保温复合面料,其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)上端且位于所述防磨片(2)的四周均匀开有至少四十个用于缝针的缝针孔(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄热保温复合面料,其特征在于:所述顶部保温层(12)和所述底部保温层(8)均由高发泡聚乙烯制成,且所述顶部保温层(12)的厚度为2mm-3mm,并且所述底部保温层(8)的厚度为1mm-2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄热保温复合面料,其特征在于:所述防磨片(2)由细帆布和牛津布混合组成,且所述防滑条(6)为防滑布折叠的矩形条体。
