The object 2 may be a non-electronic device or a housing thereof.
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3A to illustrate the component arrangement of the clamping fixture 1 of the present invention. The clamping fixture 1 includes a base 11 (including a first portion 11a and a second portion 11b), a connecting member 12, a first vertical clamping member 13, at least a first horizontal clamping member 14, and a handle 15. The connecting member 12 is movably disposed on the base 11 (the first portion 11a) and includes at least one inclined surface 121. The first vertical clamping member 13 is movably disposed on the base 11 (the first portion 11a) and connected to the connecting member 12. At least one first horizontal clamping member 14 is movably disposed on the base 11 (the first portion 11a), and each has an abutting member 141, and the abutting member 141 movably abuts against the inclined surface 121. The handle 15 is pivotally connected to the link 12. In particular, although the above-mentioned elements are disposed inside the base 11 (i.e. between the first portion 11a and the second portion 11b) in the embodiment as an example, the base 11 may only include the first portion 11a, that is, the above-mentioned elements are disposed on the first portion 11a, and the invention is not limited thereto. In addition, in fig. 3A, in order to disassemble the base 11 into the first portion 11a and the second portion 11b, the first vertical clamping member 13 and the first horizontal clamping member 14 are also disassembled into two components to facilitate the disassembly of the base 11, however, the first vertical clamping member 13 and the first horizontal clamping member 14 may be a single component, and the invention is not limited thereto. In addition, although two first horizontal clamping members 14 are used for illustration in the embodiment, the number of the first horizontal clamping members 14 can be adjusted according to the requirement of the user, and the number of the inclined surfaces 121 can be correspondingly adjusted, which is not limited in the present invention.
In this embodiment, the clamping fixture 1 further includes a second vertical clamping member 16 disposed on the base 11 (the second portion 11b) and corresponding to the first vertical clamping member 13, the second vertical clamping member 16 being located on the other side of the first vertical clamping member 13 opposite to the connecting member 12. In this embodiment, the clamping fixture 1 further includes at least one second horizontal clamping member 17 disposed on the base 11 (the second portion 11b) and corresponding to the at least one first horizontal clamping member 14, wherein the at least one second horizontal clamping member 17 is located on the other side of the at least one first horizontal clamping member 14 relative to the connecting member 12. In particular, although the second vertical clamping member 16 and the second horizontal clamping member 17 are disposed on the second portion 11b in the embodiment as an example, the second vertical clamping member 16 and the second horizontal clamping member 17 may be disposed directly on the first portion 11a as shown in fig. 4A, and the invention is not limited thereto. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4A, the second vertical clamping member 16 and the first vertical clamping member 13 are disposed correspondingly with the connecting member 12 therebetween, and the second horizontal clamping member 17 and the first horizontal clamping member 14 are disposed correspondingly with the connecting member 12 therebetween, for clamping the object 2. In addition, the number of the second horizontal clamping members 17 can be adjusted according to the requirement of the user, and corresponds to the number of the first horizontal clamping members 14, and the invention is not limited.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3A, in the present embodiment, each of the first vertical clamping member 13 and the first horizontal clamping member 14 has a concave portion 131, 142, and each concave portion 131, 142 forms an accommodating space S corresponding to the base 11 (the second portion 11b) together for accommodating the object 2. In detail, as shown in fig. 2, the recesses 131 and 142 may be, for example but not limited to, L-shaped, and the inner side of the short side of the L-shape faces the base 11 (the second portion 11b) to form an accommodating space S, the accommodating space S can accommodate and clamp the object 2, and the state of the object 2 clamped in the accommodating space S of the clamping fixture 1 is shown in fig. 1. Particularly, although the accommodating space S is formed on the second portion 11b in the embodiment as an example, the accommodating space S may also be directly formed on the first portion 11a as shown in fig. 4A, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 3B to fig. 4B, in the present embodiment, the first vertical clamping member 13 has an opening 132, and the one end 122 of the connecting member 12 is pivotally connected to the handle 15 through the opening 132. In the present embodiment, the shape of the handle 15 is, for example, but not limited to, a Y-shape, and the lower half of the handle 15 is pivotally connected to the connecting member 12. For example, although fig. 3B illustrates the handle 15 having a set hole 151, the end 122 of the connecting member 12 having a fixing hole 1221, and the set hole 151 and the fixing hole 1221 are aligned and then fixed together by the pivot member T, the lower portion of the handle 15 and the end 122 of the connecting member 12 may be pivoted by, for example, but not limited to, a screw nut, a concave-convex structure, or any other pivoting structure known in the art, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the upper half portion of the handle can rotate in both directions relative to the lower half portion of the handle, that is, the handle 15 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise around the sleeve hole 151 as an axis. Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, when the handle 15 rotates, the connecting member 12 and the first vertical clamping member 13 are driven to move along a vertical direction D1, so that the inclined surface 121 drives the abutting member 141 to move, and further the at least one first horizontal clamping member 14 moves along a horizontal direction D3. In detail, as shown in fig. 4A, the handle 15 can be rotated to the right or left along the dotted arrow. Taking the handle as an example, referring to fig. 4B, after the handle 15 is rotated rightward, the connecting member 12 and the first vertical clamping member 13 are driven to move along the vertical direction D1, so that the connecting member 12 and the inclined surface 121 thereof generate an upward displacement, and further the abutting member 141 of the first horizontal clamping member 14 moves along the inclined surface 121 (as indicated by arrow D2), so that the first horizontal clamping member 14 moves along the horizontal direction D3. After the first vertical clamping member 13 and the first horizontal clamping member 14 move, the concave portion 131 of the first vertical clamping member 13 and the concave portion 142 of the first horizontal clamping member 14 do not cover the accommodating space S and the object 2, so that an operator can conveniently take out the object 2 from the accommodating space S; or, the operator can conveniently place the object 2 into the accommodating space S. In particular, although the right rotation of the handle 15 is taken as an example for illustration in the present embodiment, the handle 15 may also rotate to the left, and the movement of the components caused by the left rotation is the same as the right rotation, which is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, the clamping fixture 1 may further include a limiting member 18 disposed between the handle 15 and the base 11, the limiting member 18 has an opening 181, and one end 122 of the connecting member 12 is pivotally connected to the handle 15 through the opening 181. In detail, as shown in fig. 4B, after the handle 15 is rotated to the right, the limiting member 18 can limit the displacement distance of the connecting member 12 and the first vertical clamping member 13 moving toward the handle 15 (e.g., the direction of the arrow D1), so as to limit the displacement distance between the abutting member 141 of the first horizontal clamping member 14 and the inclined surface 121 of the connecting member 12, and further avoid the structure separation between the abutting member 141 and the inclined surface 121 caused by the excessive displacement of the connecting member 12.
In this embodiment, the clamping fixture 1 may further include a first elastic element 19 disposed in the opening 132 of the first vertical clamping element 13 and connected to the end 122 of the connecting element 12. In this embodiment, each of the first horizontal clamping members 14 further has a concave hole 143, the clamping fixture 1 further includes at least one second elastic member 19 'and at least one baffle B, one end of each second elastic member 19' is disposed in each concave hole 143, and the other end is connected to each baffle B. In detail, as shown in fig. 4A, when the handle 15 is not rotated, the first elastic member 19 and the second elastic member 19' are in a normal state; as shown in fig. 4B, when the handle 15 is rotated to the right, the connecting member 12 and the first vertical clamping member 13 are moved along the vertical direction D1, and the at least one first horizontal clamping member 14 is moved along the horizontal direction D3, and the first elastic member 19 and the second elastic member 19 'are compressed into an elastic state, wherein if the handle 15 is released (i.e. the handle 15 is returned to its initial position), the first elastic member 19 and the second elastic member 19' are returned to their normal state by their elastic forces, and the connecting member 12, the first vertical clamping member 13 and the at least one first horizontal clamping member 14 are further returned to their initial positions (the initial positions are shown in fig. 4A). Particularly, although the first elastic element 19 and the second elastic element 19 'are illustrated as springs in the embodiment, the first elastic element 19 and the second elastic element 19' may be torsion springs, elastic sheets, or other elements that generate elastic force to restore the original shape after being deformed by an external force, and the invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the first elastic member 19 and the second elastic member 19' may include, but are not limited to, metal, plastic, rubber, or polymer with elasticity. Furthermore, one end of the second elastic element 19' is disposed in each concave hole 143, and the other end can be directly connected to each baffle B; alternatively, the baffle B may further have a cavity B1, and the other end of the second elastic element 19' may be connected to the cavity B1 of the baffle B, which is not limited in the present invention. Here, the cavity B1 can be used to reinforce the position of the second elastic member 19'.
In the embodiment, the function of the baffle B is similar to that of the limiting member 18, and in detail, as shown in fig. 4B, after the handle 15 is rotated rightward, the baffle B can limit the displacement distance of the first horizontal clamping member 14, so as to prevent the structure separation between the abutting member 141 and the inclined surface 121 caused by the excessive displacement of the first horizontal clamping member 14.
Referring to fig. 3B, in the present embodiment, the clamping fixture 1 further includes at least one sliding rail 10 disposed on the base 11 (the first portion 11a), and the first vertical clamping member 13, the connecting member 12, and the at least one first horizontal clamping member 14 are disposed on the base 11 (the first portion 11a) through the at least one sliding rail 10. For example, the connecting member 12, the first horizontal clamping member 14 and the first vertical clamping member 13 are disposed on the slide rail 10, such that the connecting member 12, the first horizontal clamping member 14 and the first vertical clamping member 13 can move relative to the base 11 (the first portion 11 a).
In the foregoing embodiment, the elements are disposed inside the base 11 (i.e. between the first portion 11a and the second portion 11b) or disposed on the first portion 11a or the second portion 11b for illustration, however, the base 11 may only include the first portion 11a, that is, all the elements are disposed on the first portion 11a, and the invention is not limited thereto. Particularly, if the component is disposed between the first portion 11a and the second portion 11b, the component is prevented from being affected with moisture or dirt, and the durability of the clamping fixture 1 can be increased.
In summary, the clamping fixture 1 of the present invention includes the first vertical clamping member 13, the connecting member 12 having the inclined surface 121, and the first horizontal clamping member 14 having the abutting member 141, and the handle 15 pivotally connected to the connecting member 12 rotates to drive the first vertical clamping member 13 and the connecting member 12 to move, so that the inclined surface 121 of the connecting member 12 drives the abutting member 141 of the first horizontal clamping member 14 to move, and further the first horizontal clamping member 14 moves, thereby adjusting the first vertical clamping member 13 and the first horizontal clamping member 14 according to different types of electronic devices. The handle 15 is rotated to adjust the first vertical clamping member 13 and the first horizontal clamping member 14, so that the operation convenience is improved, the situation that the object 2 to be tested is not easy to fix due to careless control of an operator is avoided, in addition, the inclined surface 121 of the connecting member 12 and the abutting member 141 of the first horizontal clamping member 14 are wear-resistant in structure, and the object 2 to be tested is prevented from falling due to tooth sliding.
The foregoing is by way of example only, and not limiting. It is intended that all equivalent modifications or variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention shall be included in the appended claims.
