The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "vertical", "upper", "lower", "horizontal", "left and right" and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the fire extinguishing system for a storage tank of the present invention includes a storage tank body 1 for storing high-temperature fluid, and further includes: a liquid nitrogen storage tank 2; the spray nozzle 3 is arranged in the storage tank body 1, and the spray nozzle 3 is used for spraying pressurized liquid nitrogen to the surface of the oil liquid in the storage tank body 1; the liquid nitrogen pipeline is used for communicating the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 with the nozzle 3; and a control device for discharging the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 into the liquid nitrogen pipeline and the nozzle 3. When a fire disaster occurs in the storage tank, the control device is started, liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 is discharged into the liquid nitrogen pipeline by the control device and is finally sprayed out from the nozzle 3, as the liquid nitrogen can generate 700 times of nitrogen gas at most during gasification, the liquid nitrogen sprayed out from the nozzle 3 can form dense large-flow compressed nitrogen gas, and the compressed nitrogen gas can rapidly cool the surrounding environment and reduce the oxygen content, so that the flame is naturally choked.
In order to be able to carry out the extinguishing work in good time after a fire, it is preferred that the liquid nitrogen line comprises a first line 5 connected to the nozzle 3 and a second line 6 connected to the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2, the first line 5 and the second line 6 being connected by a quick coupling 11. The first pipeline 5 connected with the nozzle 3 is arranged on the storage tank body 1, namely, whether liquid nitrogen needs to be sprayed or not, the first pipeline 5 is arranged on the storage tank body 1, once liquid nitrogen needs to be sprayed into the storage tank body 1, the second pipeline 6 can be connected with the first pipeline 5 through the quick connector 11, the second pipeline 6 is not only limited to be connected with the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2, and the second pipeline 6 can also be connected with other liquid nitrogen equipment, such as a liquid nitrogen tank car, a liquid nitrogen bottle group and the like. Set up like this, even when the conflagration that takes place is too violent and lead to the liquid nitrogen equipment that uses to put out a fire completely, also can be through dismantling quick-operation joint 11, and with new liquid nitrogen equipment through new pipeline and new quick-operation joint direct, fast with first pipeline 5 switch-on to realize changing liquid nitrogen equipment fast high-efficiently, practiced thrift the time of putting out a fire.
In order to prevent the high-temperature gas and liquid in the storage tank body 1 from flowing into the liquid nitrogen pipeline to damage the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2, a check valve 7 is preferably arranged on the liquid nitrogen pipeline, and the check valve 7 allows the fluid to flow from the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 to the nozzle 3 and prevents the fluid from flowing from the nozzle 3 to the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2. It should be understood that the check valve 7 may be in various forms as long as it can prevent the high-temperature gas, liquid from flowing from the nozzle 3 to the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2.
When the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 needs to be increased, in order to conveniently increase the liquid nitrogen from the outside to the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2, preferably, a liquid inlet pipeline is arranged on the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2, the liquid inlet pipeline is used for being connected with an external liquid nitrogen storage device, and a liquid inlet valve 8 is arranged on the liquid inlet pipeline. And connecting an external liquid nitrogen storage device with the liquid inlet pipeline, and opening the liquid inlet valve 8 to add the liquid nitrogen in the external liquid nitrogen storage device into the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2. Therefore, after the fire is extinguished, the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 can be supplemented in time for the next use, the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 does not need to be integrally replaced, and the cost is saved.
Because the pressure in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 is higher than the external air pressure, in order to ensure the safety of the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2, preferably, an air outlet pipeline is arranged on the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2, the air outlet pipeline is used for being communicated with the outside, and an air outlet valve 9 is arranged on the air outlet pipeline. When the pressure in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 is excessive, the gas outlet valve 9 is opened to discharge a part of the pressure gas to balance the pressure in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2.
As the invention needs to use the control device to discharge the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 into the liquid nitrogen pipeline and finally spray the liquid nitrogen from the nozzle 3, the control device can be in various forms, for example, when the pressure of the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 is higher than that of the storage tank body 1, the liquid outlet valve 10 can be arranged on the liquid nitrogen pipeline, and when the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 needs to be discharged into the liquid nitrogen pipeline, the liquid outlet valve 10 is opened. The other control mode is that a pressurizing pipeline is arranged on the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 and is used for being connected with external pressurizing equipment, a pressurizing valve 4 is arranged on the pressurizing pipeline, the pressurizing valve 4 is opened to increase the pressure of the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 to be higher than the pressure of the storage tank body 1, and liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 can flow to the nozzle 3.
In order to enhance the fire extinguishing efficiency and increase the coverage area for liquid nitrogen fire extinguishing, it is preferable that the storage tank fire extinguishing system includes a plurality of nozzles 3, and the plurality of nozzles 3 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the top of the storage tank body 1.

The invention also provides a storage tank fire extinguishing method, which comprises the following steps: pressurized liquid nitrogen is supplied to the storage tank in the event of a fire.
In order to enhance the fire extinguishing efficiency and increase the fire extinguishing coverage area of the liquid nitrogen, it is preferable to spray pressurized liquid nitrogen downward from the top of the inner wall of the storage tank in the circumferential direction thereof.
Preferably, the fire extinguishing method of the present invention is carried out using the storage tank fire extinguishing system of the present invention.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail below by taking a fire of a high-temperature hot oil storage tank as an example:
in the event of a high temperature hot oil tank fire, the first pipeline 5 is first connected to the second pipeline 6 via a quick connector 11. The booster valve 4 is opened, then the liquid outlet valve 10 is opened, liquid nitrogen enters the liquid nitrogen pipeline through the liquid outlet valve 10 and reaches the nozzle 3 at the top in the oil tank through the one-way valve 7 to be sprayed, the liquid nitrogen sprayed out of the nozzle 3 forms high-density large-flow nitrogen, the oxygen content around a fire disaster is reduced, and cooling and fire extinguishing of high-temperature hot oil are implemented. In order to improve the supply time of the liquid nitrogen, a liquid nitrogen tank car can be externally connected from a liquid inlet pipeline, so that the liquid nitrogen can be continuously supplied to achieve the continuous fire extinguishing capability.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, many simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the invention, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations of the invention will not be described further. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.
