In any one of the above technical schemes, preferably, one of the pot body and the top cover is provided with a protruding part, the other one is provided with an avoiding part, and the protruding part is matched with the avoiding part.
In this technical scheme, one is equipped with the bulge on the pot body and the top cap, is equipped with on another and dodges the portion, for example dodges the groove, matches with dodging the portion through setting for the bulge, when being favorable to installing the top cap on the pot body, looks for the position, makes things convenient for the top cap to install fast on the one hand, and avoids the relative pot body of top cap to rotate, and on the other hand can ensure the top cap installation back, and water pole and feed bin subassembly are aimed at to at least one through-hole on it.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the cooking appliance is a coarse cereal cooker, an electric cooker or an electric pressure cooker.
In the technical scheme, the cooking appliance is specifically set to be a coarse cereal cooker or an electric pressure cooker. Of course, the cooking appliance may be other cooking devices, which are not listed here. The preferred cooking utensil is the coarse cereals pot, can realize automatic water intaking and feeding, conveniently soaks the coarse cereals, and can automatic drainage to prevent the pot internal deterioration, keep the pot clean. In addition, the pot body can ascend and descend and is matched with the switch assembly, so that the pot body is communicated with the outside in a water feeding, draining and discharging stage, the sealing effect with the outside except for the steam discharged by the normal steam valve is kept in the cooking process, and the cooking effect of the cooking utensil is ensured.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 28.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, an aspect embodiment of the present invention provides a cooking appliance, including: the pot body 1 is characterized in that at least one through hole 142 is formed in the top cover 14 of the pot body 1; the water rod assembly 6 is positioned above the pot body 1, and the water rod assembly 6 and the storage bin assembly 7 are both communicated with the pot body 1 through at least one through hole 142; the driving component 2 is directly or indirectly connected with the pan body 1 and is used for driving the pan body 1 to move up and down.
According to the cooking appliance provided by the invention, the driving assembly 2 is arranged to drive the pot body 1 to move up and down, so that the pot body 1 can be moved to a proper position as required, the cooking requirement can be met, and the cooking effect can be further improved. Specifically, in the initial stage, the driving assembly 2 can ensure that the pot body 1 is in the initial position, namely the second preset position, at the moment, the pot body 1 is aligned to the pot taking opening of the cooking utensil, so that the pot body is convenient to take, and a user can conveniently put back the pot body 1 after adding other materials into the pot body 1; in the pretreatment stage, for example, in the feeding stage, the driving assembly 2 can drive the pot body 1 to move upwards to a first preset position, so that at least one through hole 142 is close to a feeding port of the stock bin assembly 7 above the pot body 1, and thus, the material in the stock bin assembly 7 is effectively prevented from leaking to the outer side of the pot body 1 to cause material waste; in the water feeding and discharging stage, for example, the driving assembly 2 can also drive the pot body 1 to move upwards to a first preset position, so that the water rod 62 is closer to the bottom of the pot body 1, the surrounding environment pollution caused by outflow of water in the water feeding process is avoided, the water rod 62 can extend into the lower end of the pot body 1, and the sewage discharging effect is improved; in the cooking stage, the driving assembly 2 can drive the pot body 1 to move upwards to a first preset position, so that the at least one through hole 142 is attached to the switch structure in the closed state, the at least one through hole 142 is ensured to be closed, and the phenomenon that steam and the like generated in the pot body 1 leak out through the at least one through hole 142 in a large amount to influence the cooking effect or even influence a storage bin above the pot body 1 in the cooking process is avoided; after the cooking is finished, the driving assembly 2 can drive the pot body 1 to move downwards to a second preset position, and a user can take the pot body 1 conveniently. Certainly, if the user cooks in the reservation, after the culinary art finishes, in not reaching preset dining time, drive assembly 2 also can drive the pot body 1 and be in first preset position always, avoid a large amount of heats in the pot body 1 to leak through at least one through-hole 142, influence the edible taste of user. In addition, through setting up feed bin subassembly 7 and water pole subassembly 6, be favorable to realizing cooking utensil's automatic water inlet and outlet and automatic feed, be convenient for unloading in advance, soak operations such as edible material. Through setting up water pole subassembly 6 in the top of the pot body 1, save pot body 1 both sides space on the one hand, on the other hand conveniently according to gravity to the interior intaking of pot body 1.
It should be noted that, in the present application, at least one through hole 142 on the top cover 14 of the pot body 1 may be one through hole 142, and is used for water feeding, water discharging, and material feeding, or a plurality of through holes 142, and are used for water feeding, water discharging, material feeding, and the like.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the driving assembly 2 comprises a cylindrical cam 22 and a first driving member 24; the upper surface of the cylindrical cam 22 comprises a low area 222, a high area 226 and a transition area 224 between the low area 222 and the high area 226, and the first driving member 24 drives the cylindrical cam 22 to rotate, so that the pan body 1 stays in the low area 222 or the high area 226 after sliding along the transition area 224.
In this embodiment, it is specifically defined that the driving assembly 2 comprises a cylindrical cam 22 and a first driving member 24, the upper surface of the cylindrical cam 22 has a low area 222, a transition area 224 and a high area 226, the pan body 1 is arranged on the cylindrical cam 22, when the first driving member 24 drives the cylindrical cam 22 to rotate, the pan body 1 can slide relative to the upper surface of the cylindrical cam 22, move to the low area 222 along the transition area 224 or move to the high area 226 along the transition area 224, wherein when the pan body 1 moves to the low area 222, the pan body 1 is at the second preset position, and when the pan body 1 moves to the high area 226, the pan body 1 is at the first preset position. Through first driving piece 24 drive cylindrical cam 22 and rotate to jack-up the pot body 1 or make the pot body 1 move down, because the gravity of the pot body 1 can be born by cylindrical cam 22 completely, jack-up the pot body 1 when adopting the cylinder compares, has greatly improved the steadiness that the pot body 1 removed, and simple structure, low cost.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the transition region 224 includes a push-trip region and a return-trip region, and the push-trip region, the high-order region 226, the return-trip region and the low-order region 222 are connected end to form a closed loop structure; or the low-level region 222, the transition region 224 and the high-level region 226 are connected end to form an open loop structure, and the first driving member 24 is a forward and reverse rotating motor.
In this embodiment, the transition region 224 is specifically defined to include a push range region for pushing the pan body 1 upward and a return range region for guiding the pan body 1 downward, and the push range region, the high position region 226, the return range region and the low position region 222 are connected end to form a closed loop structure, which is beneficial for the first driving member 24 to drive the cylindrical cam 22 to rotate in one direction, so as to realize continuous upward and downward movement of the pan body 1. Of course, the transition region 224 can also be connected with the low region 222 and the high region 226 end to end respectively, and at this time, the first driving member 24 is a forward and backward rotation motor to drive the cylindrical cam 22 to rotate in a clockwise and counterclockwise reciprocating manner, so as to realize the up and down movement of the pot body 1. Preferably, both the high-level area 226 and the low-level area 222 are plane areas, or both the high-level area 226 and the low-level area 222 are arc-shaped areas with concave centers, which is beneficial to the stable staying of the pan body 1.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the gear structure 228 is provided on the outer side surface of the cylindrical cam 22, the first driving member 24 includes a first motor 242 and a driving gear 244, the driving gear 244 is engaged with the gear structure 228, and the first motor 242 drives the driving gear 244 to rotate so as to drive the cylindrical cam 22 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the gear structure 228 is disposed on the outer side surface of the cylindrical cam 22, and the first driving member 24 includes a first motor 242 and a driving gear 244, and the cylindrical cam 22 is driven to rotate by driving the driving gear 244, so that the driving is stable, the rotation angle of the cylindrical cam 22 can be controlled accurately, and the rotation speed difference between the first motor 242 and the cylindrical cam 22 can be adjusted.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, rollers 3 are provided below the pot body 1, and the pot body 1 slides on the upper surface of the cylindrical cam 22 through the rollers 3 when the first driving member 24 drives the cylindrical cam 22 to rotate.

In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cooking appliance further comprises: the limiting part is arranged around the pot body 1 in an enclosing manner; when the first driving piece 24 drives the cylindrical cam 22 to rotate, the pot body 1 moves along the extending direction of the limiting part.
In this embodiment, cooking utensil still includes enclosing the spacing portion of establishing around the pot body 1, moves along the extending direction of spacing portion through injecing the pot body 1, is favorable to the pot body 1 to reciprocate steadily, and especially when the pot body 1 slides on cylindrical cam 22 through gyro wheel 3, the strong point of gyro wheel 3 is less, and the pot body 1 is very easily crooked, carries out spacingly through spacing portion to the pot body 1, is favorable to the pot body 1 to reciprocate along predetermined direction, for example straight-up straight-down moves, or the slope upwards and the slope moves etc.. Preferably, the limiting part can be a mounting rack with a cavity, and the pot body 1 is arranged in the cavity and limited by the cavity wall of the cavity.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the cooking appliance further includes: the switch component 4 is arranged above the pot body 1 or on a top cover 14 of the pot body 1; the switch assembly 4 opens the at least one through hole 142 when the cooking appliance performs a water supply and drain process or a material supply process, and the switch assembly 4 closes the at least one through hole 142 when the cooking appliance performs a cooking process.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance further has a switch assembly 4 for opening or closing the at least one through hole 142, and the at least one through hole 142 can be opened or closed according to specific conditions, which is beneficial to improving the cooking effect. Specifically, when the cooking utensil is in a water inlet and drainage or feeding stage, the switch assembly 4 can open at least one through hole 142 to facilitate water inlet and drainage or feeding; and when cooking utensil was in the culinary art stage, switch module 4 can close at least one through-hole 142, avoided cooking utensil inside steam etc. to leak through at least one through-hole 142, influenced structure on every side, especially when pot body 1 top sets up feed bin subassembly 7, inside a large amount of steam very easily got into feed bin subassembly 7, influenced inside material, caused the appearance of the condition such as go mildy, in addition, also avoided a large amount of leakages of steam to take away heat and fragrance in the pot, influence when culinary art is long, influence edible taste.
In addition, when the switch component 4 is arranged above the pot body 1, the pot body 1 can be driven to move upwards through the driving component 2, so that the switch component 4 closes at least one through hole 142, and the structure of the pot body 1 is simplified; when the switch assembly 4 is disposed on the top cover 14 of the pot body 1, the switch assembly 4 can directly open or close the at least one through hole 142 without additionally moving the pot body 1.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 11 to 14, the switch assembly 4 comprises a valve plate 42 and a second driving member 44, the second driving member 44 driving the valve plate 42 in an open position or a closed position to open or close the at least one through hole 142, respectively.
In this embodiment, the switch assembly 4 comprises in particular a second drive 44 and a valve plate 42, the valve plate 42 being driven by the second drive 44 to move such that the valve plate 42 is in a closed position, i.e. completely covers the at least one through hole 142 in the vertical direction, or in an open position, i.e. does not overlap the at least one through hole 142 in the vertical direction, to open or close the at least one through hole 142. Simple structure and convenient control. Of course, the switch assembly 4 may have other structures, which are not listed here.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the second driving member 44 reciprocally pushes and pulls the valve plate 42 in a predetermined direction, or that the second driving member 44 drives the valve plate 42 to rotate within a predetermined angle range.
In this embodiment, the driving manner of the second driving assembly 2 is specifically defined, the valve plate 42 can be pushed and pulled back and forth to make the valve plate 42 close to or far from the at least one through hole 142, and the valve plate 42 can also be rotated within a preset angle range to make the valve plate 42 cover or far from the at least one through hole 142 in the height direction, so that the driving is simple and fast, and the valve plate 42 can be moved accurately to the right position.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the second driving member 44 preferably comprises a push rod or a cylinder connected to the valve plate 42 to push and pull the valve plate 42; or the second driving member 44 includes a second motor and a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected to the second motor and the valve plate 42, respectively, and the second motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the valve plate 42 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the second driving member 44 may include an air cylinder or a push rod, and the valve plate 42 is pushed and pulled back and forth by the air cylinder or the push rod, and the second driving member 44 may also include a second motor and a rotating shaft, and the second motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the valve plate 42 connected thereto, which is simple in structure and low in cost.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 20 to 28, the switch assembly 4 is arranged above the pan body 1; when the pot body 1 is in the first preset position and the valve plate 42 is in the closed position, the top cover 14 of the pot body 1 is attached to the valve plate 42 to close the at least one through hole 142, and when the driving assembly 2 drives the pot body 1 to be in the second preset position, the second driving member 44 can drive the valve plate 42 to move.
In this embodiment, when the switch assembly 4 is disposed above the pot body 1, since a certain distance is provided between the switch assembly 4 and the pot body 1, the pot body 1 can be driven to move upward to the first predetermined position, so that the top cover 14 of the pot body 1 is attached to the valve plate 42 in the closed state, and the at least one through hole 142 is closed. When the driving assembly 2 drives the pot body 1 to be in the second preset position, a certain distance is reserved between the pot body 1 and the valve plate 42, at the moment, the second driving piece 44 drives the valve plate 42 to move, for example, the valve plate 42 is driven to be in the opening position or the closing position, so that the situation that the valve plate 42 is scraped and collided with the top cover 14 of the pot body 1 in the moving process, abrasion and the like can be avoided, and the quick movement of the valve plate 42 is facilitated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the switch assembly 4 further includes: the bracket 46 is arranged above the pot body 1, the bracket 46 is provided with a first opening 462 corresponding to the at least one through hole 142, and the valve plate 42 and the second driving piece 44 are arranged on the bracket 46.
In this embodiment, the switch assembly 4 further comprises a bracket 46, and the material or water rod 62 is facilitated to enter the interior of the pot 1 through the first opening 462 and the at least one through hole 142 by providing the bracket 46 with a first opening 462 corresponding to the at least one through hole 142. By disposing the valve plate 42 and the second driving member 44 on the bracket 46, the fixing strength of the valve plate 42 and the second driving member 44 is improved, which facilitates the smooth movement of the valve plate 42.
In one embodiment of the invention, the valve plate 42 is preferably arranged on the side of the bracket 46 facing the pan 1; when the pan body 1 is in the second preset position, the second driving member 44 drives the valve plate 42 to be in the opening position or the closing position.
In this embodiment, when the valve plate 42 sets up on a side of support 46 towards pot body 1, in order to prevent that the valve plate 42 from removing and taking place to collide with pot body 1, can be when pot body 1 is in the second preset position, promptly with the valve plate 42 between when having a certain interval, control second driving piece 44 drive valve plate 42 and remove, it is in opening position or being in closed position to set for the valve plate 42, and then make things convenient for follow-up pot body 1 to move up to first preset position, at least one through-hole 142 on the top cap 14 of pot body 1 can directly be closed by valve plate 42, or at least one through-hole 142 can keep the open mode, in order to advance drainage or feeding.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 15 to 18, the top cover 14 is provided with a first sealing ring 144, and the first sealing ring 144 is arranged around the at least one through hole 142; when the valve plate 42 is in the closed position and when the pot body 1 is in the first preset position, the first sealing ring 144 abuts against the valve plate 42.
In this embodiment, the at least one through hole 142 is defined on the top cover 14 to form the first sealing ring 144, and when the pot body 1 is ensured to be located at the first preset position and the valve plate 42 moves to the closed position, the first sealing ring 144 can abut against the valve plate 42, so that the sealing effect of the at least one through hole 142 is improved, and a large amount of steam in the pot body 1 is effectively prevented from leaking out through a gap between the at least one through hole 142 and the valve plate 42, so as to affect the surrounding structure, such as the bin assembly 7.
Of course, the first sealing ring 144 may also be disposed on a side surface of the valve plate 42 facing the pot body 1, and a projection of the first sealing ring 144 on the top cover 14 completely surrounds the at least one through hole 142, so that when the valve plate 42 is in the closed position and the pot body 1 is in the first preset position, the first sealing ring 144 abuts against the top cover 14 of the pot body 1.
In one embodiment of the invention, the valve plate 42 is preferably arranged on the side of the bracket 46 facing away from the pan 1; a second sealing ring is arranged on the top cover 14 and surrounds the at least one through hole 142; when the pot body 1 is in the first preset position, the second sealing ring is abutted against the bracket 46.
In this embodiment, the valve plate 42 is arranged on a side surface of the bracket 46 departing from the pot body 1, so that the valve plate 42 does not collide with the top cover 14 of the pot body 1 in the moving process, and the second sealing ring on the top cover 14 is not affected, so that the pot body 1 is not required to be in a lower second preset position for moving the valve plate 42. When the pot body 1 moves to the first preset position, the second sealing ring is ensured to be abutted against the support 46, so that a large amount of steam in the cooking utensil can be effectively prevented from leaking out through a gap between the support 46 and the top cover 14, and a large amount of steam is prevented from leaking out.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 12 and 14, the bracket 46 is provided with a sinking groove 464, and the valve plate 42 is disposed in the sinking groove 464 and moves in the sinking groove 464; or the bracket 46 is provided with a limit bulge, and when the valve plate 42 is at the closed position, the valve plate 42 is abutted against the limit bulge.
In this embodiment, the support 46 may be provided with a sunken groove 464, and the valve plate 42 is disposed in the sunken groove 464, so that space is saved, the probability of collision between the valve plate 42 and other components during movement is reduced, and the valve plate 42 is limited by the groove wall of the sunken groove 464 due to the fact that the valve plate 42 moves in the sunken groove 464, and the valve plate 42 can move along the defined path, thereby facilitating the rapid movement of the valve plate 42 in place. The support 46 can also be provided with one or more limiting protrusions, so that when the valve plate 42 moves to abut against the limiting protrusions on one side, the valve plate 42 is in a closed position, or when the valve plate 42 moves to abut against the limiting protrusions on the other side, the valve plate 42 is in an open position, and the valve plate 42 can move in place.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 15 to 19, the top cover 14 is provided with a steam outlet and a third sealing ring 146 surrounding the steam outlet, the bracket 46 is provided with a second opening corresponding to the steam outlet, and the second opening is communicated with the steam valve; when the cooking appliance executes a cooking program, the driving assembly 2 drives the pot body 1 to move upwards to a first preset position, and the third sealing ring 146 is abutted to the support 46.
In this embodiment, the top cover 14 is provided with a steam outlet for discharging steam and a third sealing ring 146 surrounding the steam outlet, the support 46 is provided with a second opening corresponding to the steam outlet, the second opening is communicated with the steam valve, and when the pot body 1 is set at a first higher preset position, the third sealing ring 146 is abutted against the support 46, so that the steam in the cooking appliance can be discharged through the steam outlet and the second opening directly flowing to the steam valve, and cannot be discharged through a gap between the steam outlet and the support 46 in a large amount, which is beneficial for discharging the steam along a preset path, and avoids the influence on the internal structure of the cooking appliance after the steam is discharged.

In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the number of the through holes 142 is two, and the through holes are respectively an inlet and outlet opening and a feed opening, the water rod 62 extends into the pot body 1 through the inlet and outlet opening, and the stock bin assembly 7 is communicated with the pot body 1 through the feed opening; or the number of the through holes 142 is one, the water rod 62 extends into the pot body 1 through the through holes 142, and the storage bin assembly 7 is communicated with the pot body 1 through the through holes 142.
In this embodiment, it is specifically set that at least one through hole 142 includes a water inlet and outlet and a feed inlet, the water inlet and outlet and the feed inlet are separately arranged, the water rod 62 extends into the pot body 1 through the water inlet and outlet rod 62, and the feed bin assembly 7 discharges through the feed inlet, so as to be beneficial to feeding water simultaneously. It should be noted that the switch assembly 4 simultaneously opens and closes the two ports. Certainly, the number of the through holes 142 can also be one, the water rod 62 and the stock bin assembly 7 are communicated with the pot body 1 through the through holes 142, so that the structural strength of the top cover 14 is prevented from being influenced by opening a plurality of openings on the top cover 14 of the pot body 1, and the through holes 142 can be closed tightly by the switch assembly 4.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, one of the pot body 1 and the top cover 14 is provided with the protruding part 12, and the other is provided with the avoiding part 148, and the protruding part 12 is matched with the avoiding part 148.
In this embodiment, one of the pot body 1 and the top cover 14 is provided with the protruding portion 12, and the other is provided with the avoiding portion 148, such as an avoiding groove, and by setting the protruding portion 12 to match with the avoiding portion 148, the position is found accurately when the top cover 14 is mounted on the pot body 1, so that the top cover 14 can be mounted quickly, the top cover 14 is prevented from rotating relative to the pot body 1, and at least one through hole 142 is aligned with the water rod 62 and the bin assembly 7 after the top cover 14 is mounted.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cooking appliance is a coarse cereal cooker or an electric rice cooker or an electric pressure cooker.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance is specifically set to be a coarse cereal cooker, an electric cooker or an electric pressure cooker. Of course, the cooking appliance may be other cooking devices, which are not listed here. The preferred cooking utensil is the coarse cereals pot, can realize automatic water intaking and feeding, conveniently soaks the coarse cereals, and can automatic drainage to prevent the pot body 1 in the deterioration, keep the pot clean.
