6) centrifuging: centrifuging the leaching liquor obtained in the step (5), and collecting supernatant;
7) ultrahigh pressure homogenization: adding royal jelly and maltodextrin into the supernatant obtained in the step (6), and carrying out ultrahigh pressure homogenization under the condition of 150-180 MPa of pressure;
8) spray drying: spray drying the material obtained in the step (7);
9) mixing materials: putting the material obtained in the step (8) and the hericium erinaceus powder, the lily powder and the fructo-oligosaccharide obtained in the step (1) into a mixer, and mixing for 15-30 min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.85-0.95 MPa and the temperature is 10-15 ℃;
10) packaging: and (5) subpackaging and sterilizing after the material mixing is finished.

Claims (4)

1. A nutritional product for improving the immunity of astronauts is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: grifola frondosa, royal jelly, hericium erinaceus powder, lily powder, maltodextrin and fructo-oligosaccharide.

The nutritional product for improving the immunity of astronauts according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of grifola frondosa, 1-5 parts of royal jelly, 2-8 parts of hericium erinaceus powder, 1-5 parts of lily powder, 20-30 parts of maltodextrin and 1-5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide.

The nutritional product for improving the immunity of astronauts according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of grifola frondosa, 3 parts of royal jelly, 6 parts of hericium erinaceus powder, 2 parts of lily powder, 25 parts of maltodextrin and 3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide.
4. The nutraceutical for enhancing the immunity of astronauts according to claim 1, prepared by the steps of:
(1) preparing materials: weighing the components according to the formula, and respectively preparing grifola frondosa, royal jelly, hericium erinaceus powder, lily powder, maltodextrin and fructo-oligosaccharide;
(2) pretreatment of grifola frondosa: cleaning and properly cutting the grifola frondosa for later use;
(3) low-temperature low-humidity drying: drying the material obtained in the step (1) at low temperature and low humidity, and controlling the final water content of the material to be 30-45% to obtain semi-dry grifola frondosa;
(4) puffing: placing the semi-dry grifola frondosa in a vacuum microwave oven, and carrying out intermittent microwave vacuum puffing under the conditions of vacuum degree of 0.90-0.95 MPa, microwave dose of 0.2-5.0 kw/kg, microwave working time of 1-2 min and intermittent time of 10-30 s until the moisture content is 10% -12%, so as to obtain puffed grifola frondosa;
(5) leaching: mixing the puffed grifola frondosa with clear water according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: 5-7, placing the mixture in an ice-water bath for heat preservation, applying ultrasonic waves at the same time, leaching for 30-60 min, and then collecting a leaching solution;
(6) centrifuging: centrifuging the leaching liquor obtained in the step (5), and collecting supernatant;
(7) ultrahigh pressure homogenization: adding royal jelly and maltodextrin into the supernatant obtained in the step (6), and carrying out ultrahigh pressure homogenization under the condition of 150-180 MPa of pressure;
(8) spray drying: spray drying the material obtained in the step (7);
(9) mixing materials: putting the material obtained in the step (8) and the hericium erinaceus powder, the lily powder and the fructo-oligosaccharide obtained in the step (1) into a mixer, and mixing for 15-30 min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.85-0.95 MPa and the temperature is 10-15 ℃;
(10) packaging: and (5) subpackaging and sterilizing after the material mixing is finished.
