5) leaching: mixing the puffed grifola frondosa with clear water according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: 5-7, placing the mixture in an ice-water bath for heat preservation, applying ultrasonic waves at the same time, leaching for 30-60 min, and then collecting a leaching solution;
6) centrifuging: centrifuging the leaching liquor obtained in the step (5), and collecting supernatant;
7) ultrahigh pressure homogenization: adding royal jelly and maltodextrin into the supernatant obtained in the step (6), and carrying out ultrahigh pressure homogenization under the condition of 150-180 MPa of pressure;
8) spray drying: spray drying the material obtained in the step (7);
9) mixing materials: putting the material obtained in the step (8) and the hericium erinaceus powder, the lily powder and the fructo-oligosaccharide obtained in the step (1) into a mixer, and mixing for 15-30 min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.85-0.95 MPa and the temperature is 10-15 ℃;
10) packaging: and (5) subpackaging and sterilizing after the material mixing is finished.

3) low-temperature low-humidity drying: drying the material obtained in the step (1) at low temperature and low humidity, and controlling the final water content of the material to be 30-45% to obtain semi-dry grifola frondosa;

7) ultrahigh pressure homogenization: adding royal jelly and maltodextrin into the supernatant obtained in the step (6), and carrying out ultrahigh pressure homogenization under the condition of 150-180 MPa of pressure;
8) spray drying: spray drying the material obtained in the step (7);
9) mixing materials: putting the material obtained in the step (8) and the hericium erinaceus powder, the lily powder and the fructo-oligosaccharide obtained in the step (1) into a mixer, and mixing for 15-30 min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.85-0.95 MPa and the temperature is 10-15 ℃;
10) packaging: and (5) subpackaging and sterilizing after the material mixing is finished.
Example 2
A nutritional product for improving immunity of astronauts,

5) leaching: mixing the puffed grifola frondosa with clear water according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:5, placing in an ice-water bath for heat preservation, simultaneously applying ultrasonic waves, leaching for 30min, and then collecting a leaching solution;
6) centrifuging: centrifuging the leaching liquor obtained in the step (5), and collecting supernatant;
7) ultrahigh pressure homogenization: adding royal jelly and maltodextrin into the supernatant obtained in the step (6), and carrying out ultrahigh pressure homogenization under the condition of 150-180 MPa of pressure;
8) spray drying: spray drying the material obtained in the step (7);
9) mixing materials: putting the material obtained in the step (8) and the hericium erinaceus powder, the lily powder and the fructo-oligosaccharide obtained in the step (1) into a mixer, and mixing for 15-30 min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.85-0.95 MPa and the temperature is 10-15 ℃;
10) packaging: and (5) subpackaging and sterilizing after the material mixing is finished.
Example 3

5) leaching: mixing the puffed grifola frondosa with clear water according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:7, placing in an ice-water bath for heat preservation, simultaneously applying ultrasonic waves, leaching for 60min, and then collecting a leaching solution;
6) centrifuging: centrifuging the leaching liquor obtained in the step (5), and collecting supernatant;
7) ultrahigh pressure homogenization: adding royal jelly and maltodextrin into the supernatant obtained in the step (6), and carrying out ultrahigh pressure homogenization under the condition of 150-180 MPa of pressure;
8) spray drying: spray drying the material obtained in the step (7);
9) mixing materials: putting the material obtained in the step (8) and the hericium erinaceus powder, the lily powder and the fructo-oligosaccharide obtained in the step (1) into a mixer, and mixing for 15-30 min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.85-0.95 MPa and the temperature is 10-15 ℃;
10) packaging: and (5) subpackaging and sterilizing after the material mixing is finished.
Example 4

6) centrifuging: centrifuging the leaching liquor obtained in the step (5), and collecting supernatant;
7) ultrahigh pressure homogenization: adding royal jelly and maltodextrin into the supernatant obtained in the step (6), and carrying out ultrahigh pressure homogenization under the condition of 150-180 MPa of pressure;
8) spray drying: spray drying the material obtained in the step (7);
9) mixing materials: putting the material obtained in the step (8) and the hericium erinaceus powder, the lily powder and the fructo-oligosaccharide obtained in the step (1) into a mixer, and mixing for 15-30 min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.85-0.95 MPa and the temperature is 10-15 ℃;
10) packaging: and (5) subpackaging and sterilizing after the material mixing is finished.

(5) leaching: mixing the puffed grifola frondosa with clear water according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: 5-7, placing the mixture in an ice-water bath for heat preservation, applying ultrasonic waves at the same time, leaching for 30-60 min, and then collecting a leaching solution;
(6) centrifuging: centrifuging the leaching liquor obtained in the step (5), and collecting supernatant;
(7) ultrahigh pressure homogenization: adding royal jelly and maltodextrin into the supernatant obtained in the step (6), and carrying out ultrahigh pressure homogenization under the condition of 150-180 MPa of pressure;
(8) spray drying: spray drying the material obtained in the step (7);
(9) mixing materials: putting the material obtained in the step (8) and the hericium erinaceus powder, the lily powder and the fructo-oligosaccharide obtained in the step (1) into a mixer, and mixing for 15-30 min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.85-0.95 MPa and the temperature is 10-15 ℃;
(10) packaging: and (5) subpackaging and sterilizing after the material mixing is finished.
