Background

The plant fiber is a mixture of natural-color plant chemical mechanical pulp and paper raw materials. Example 2
3000g of the natural-color straw chemi-mechanical pulp prepared in the example 1, 3000g of an old book and 2000g of industrial starch are mixed and stirred uniformly, and then the mixture is used as a base material to be put into a material well and then sent to a feeding box; spraying the bottom material onto the fourdrinier wire by using a metering pump; spraying 2000g of edible wax serving as a fabric to the fourdrinier wire by using a metering pump to mix with the bottom material; and then sequentially passing through a press, a dryer, a ring doubling machine, a splitting machine, a coating machine and a super calender, wherein the thickness of paraffin is 3-4 g per square meter, the coating temperature is 80 ℃, and the super calender is added after coating, so that the density and the smoothness and the water resistance of the mulching film are increased, and the green agricultural mulching film is obtained.
Example 3
3500g of the natural-color straw chemi-mechanical pulp prepared in example 1, 3500g of the total weight of the paper shell and the old book and 1500g of edible starch are mixed and stirred uniformly, and then are put into a material well as a bottom material and then are sent to a feeding box; spraying the bottom material onto the fourdrinier wire by using a metering pump; adopting a metering pump to spray 1500g of edible wax serving as a fabric to the fourdrinier wire and mixing the fabric with the bottom material; and then sequentially passing through a press, a dryer, a ring doubling machine, a splitting machine, a coating machine and a super calender, wherein the thickness of paraffin is 3-4 g per square meter, the coating temperature is 80 ℃, and the super calender is added after coating, so that the density and the smoothness and the water resistance of the mulching film are increased, and the green agricultural mulching film is obtained.
The green agricultural mulching film prepared by the invention is respectively used for planting vegetables and fruits such as sweet potatoes, watermelons and the like, the green agricultural mulching film has good heat preservation performance, the highest temperature is not more than 50 ℃, the lowest temperature is not lower than minus 15 ℃, the thickness is generally 1.6-1.8mm according to the user requirement and the degradation time, after 3 months of paving, the strength is gradually reduced, the film is weathered and degraded for 3-4 months to become a fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the degradation effect is very obvious, cleaning is not needed after autumn harvest, direct cultivation can be carried out in the second year, no influence is generated on cultivation in the second year, the yield of agricultural products is improved by 50% compared with that of the plastic mulching film, high-quality grain, oil, fruit and vegetables are produced, and the taste and yield of the agricultural products are superior.
