Abstract
The embodiment of the application relates to a control system, a control method and a control device of an intelligent steam box and the intelligent steam box. The control system of the intelligent steam box comprises a controller, an internal air detection device, an external air detection device and a reminding device; the internal air detection device detects the air state in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body; an external air detection device detects the air state outside the intelligent steam box; the controller judges whether a reminding condition is met or not according to the air state in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body and the air state outside the intelligent steam box body, and the reminding condition indicates that a large amount of high-temperature water vapor is generated when the high-temperature water vapor in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body is in contact with cold air outside the intelligent steam box body; and if the reminding condition is met, the controller sends a reminder to the user through the reminding device. The control system of the intelligent steam box of the embodiment of the application can remind a user whether to scald the steam of the user when opening the door of the steam box.

Technical Field

Background
The steam box is modern cooking equipment, and the original nutritional ingredients of food can be reserved in the cooking process by using a dynamic steam balance technology. The electric steam box heats water to form high-temperature steam in the box body, so that a real object in the box body is heated. when the capacitance detection circuit detects that a finger or a metal object of a person is pressed on or close to the handle, the controller acquires the temperature difference of air inside and outside the intelligent steam box according to the air temperature inside the heating cavity inside the intelligent steam box and the air temperature outside the intelligent steam box, acquires the humidity difference of air inside and outside the intelligent steam box according to the air humidity inside the intelligent steam box and the air humidity outside the intelligent steam box, and judges whether a reminding condition is met, wherein if the temperature difference is greater than a first threshold value and the humidity difference is greater than a second threshold value, the controller judges that the reminding condition is met, and the reminding condition indicates that a large amount of high-temperature water vapor is generated when the high-temperature water vapor inside the heating cavity inside the intelligent steam box is in contact with cold air outside the intelligent steam box;

the air state in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body comprises the temperature and the humidity of the air in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body, and the air state outside the intelligent steam box body comprises the temperature and the humidity of the air outside the intelligent steam box body;
according to the air state in the intelligent steam box body and outside the box body, whether the condition of reminding is satisfied is judged, including:

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent steam box in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the intelligent steam box 100 in the embodiment of the present application includes a box body 110, a heating cavity 120 is disposed inside the box body 110, a box door 130 is further disposed on the box body 110, a handle for a user to open the box door 130 is disposed on the box door 130, and a steam generating device is further disposed in the box body.
The working principle of the intelligent steam box 100 is as follows: in operation, the steam generating device fills the heating chamber 120 with high-temperature water vapor, so as to heat food or other objects placed in the heating chamber 120. After the heating is completed, the intelligent steam box 100 may discharge the high-temperature steam through an exhaust device, or may wait for the high-temperature steam to be automatically cooled.
In the heating process or after the heating of the intelligent steam box 100 is finished, the difference between the air pressure in the heating cavity 120 and the external atmospheric pressure is not large, so that when a user opens the door of the steam box in the heating process or after the heating is finished, high-temperature steam in the heating cavity 120 cannot leak out greatly to scald the user. However, if the temperature difference and the humidity difference between the high-temperature steam in the heating cavity 120 and the external air of the intelligent steam box are large, after the steam box door is opened, the high-temperature steam in the heating cavity 120 contacts the external cold air to generate a large amount of high-temperature steam, namely water mist, around the steam box door, and the high-temperature steam can cause the risk of scalding to the human body.
In order to avoid the risk of scalding, the intelligent steam box further includes a control system, as shown in fig. 2, in an exemplary embodiment, the control system of the intelligent steam box includes a controller 200, an inside air detection device 300, an outside air detection device 400, and a reminder 500, wherein the controller 200 is respectively connected to the inside air detection device 300, the outside air detection device 400, and the reminder 500, the controller 200 may be an accommodating space formed in the box body 110 and used for specially accommodating a control circuit, and the reminder may be disposed on an outer surface of the box body.
The inside air detecting device 300 is configured to detect an air state in the heating cavity and send a detection result to the controller 200, and the outside air detecting device 400 is configured to detect an air state outside the intelligent steam box 110, that is, an external environmental parameter, and send a detection result to the controller 200.
The controller 200 determines that when the user opens the door 130 according to the air state in the heating cavity and the air state outside the intelligent steam box, whether a large amount of high-temperature water vapor which easily scalds a user is generated when the water vapor in the heating cavity is contacted with the cold air outside the box body or not is particularly, a reminding condition is preset in the controller 110, and indicates that when the door of the intelligent steam box is opened, whether a large amount of high-temperature water vapor is generated when the high-temperature water vapor in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body contacts with the air outside the box body or not, namely when the controller 110 judges that the air state in the heating cavity and the air state outside the intelligent steam box body meet the reminding conditions, it is determined whether high-temperature steam which is easy to scald the user is generated when the air in the heating cavity contacts with the cold air outside the box body, and the controller 110 sends a prompt to the user through the prompting device 500. Generally, the large amount in the embodiments of the present application refers to the degree of the threat of substantial scalding to the user.

According to the physical law, high-temperature water vapor is generated when the high-temperature water vapor contacts cold air dried at low temperature, so that in an exemplary embodiment, the control system of the intelligent steam box judges whether the high-temperature water vapor is generated when the box door is opened by detecting the temperature and the humidity of the air in the heating cavity and the temperature and the humidity of the air outside the box body of the intelligent steam box.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the inside air detection device 300 includes a first temperature sensor 310 and a first humidity sensor 320, and the outside air detection device 400 includes a second temperature sensor 410 and a second humidity sensor 420.
The first temperature sensor 310 and the first humidity sensor 320 are installed in the heating chamber 120 for respectively detecting the temperature and the humidity of the water vapor in the heating chamber 120, and the second temperature sensor 410 and the second humidity sensor 420 are installed outside the box body 110, for example, on the surface of the box body 110 for detecting the temperature and the humidity of the air outside the box body 110.
The controller 200 is connected to the first temperature sensor 310, the first humidity sensor 320, the second temperature sensor 410 and the second humidity sensor 420, respectively, and receives the temperature and humidity signal of the water vapor in the heating chamber 120 and the temperature and humidity signal of the air outside the box body 110, which are sent by the sensors, and the controller 200 obtains the temperature difference between the temperature of the water vapor in the heating chamber 120 and the temperature of the air outside the box body 110 according to the temperature of the water vapor in the heating chamber 120 and the temperature of the air outside the box body 110, and obtains the humidity difference between the humidity of the water vapor in the heating chamber 120 and the humidity of the air outside the box body 110.
If the temperature difference is greater than a set first threshold value and the humidity difference is greater than a set second threshold value, the controller 200 determines that the reminding condition is satisfied and sends a reminding signal to the user.
In other embodiments, since the temperature of the outside air of the using environment of the steam box is not greatly deviated in general, to save cost, the outside air detecting device 400 may only include the first humidity sensor 420, and the controller 200 determines whether the reminding condition is satisfied by determining whether the temperature of the water vapor in the heating cavity 120 is greater than the set third threshold and the humidity difference is greater than the set second threshold.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the reminding device 500 may include a display screen disposed on the surface of the box body 110, and may further include a buzzer.
The controller 200 sends a reminder to the user through the reminder 500, and the controller 200 may drive the display screen to display related reminding characters, for example, characters such as "open the door, notice the steam coming out", and the like, and may also send an alarm through the buzzer.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the intelligent steam box works, the controller 200 does not determine whether the reminding condition is met in real time, as shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the control system of the intelligent steam box further includes a human body detection device 600, the controller 200 is connected to the human body detection device 600, and when the human body detection device detects a human body signal, the controller 200 determines whether the reminding condition is met and sends a reminder to the user.
In some examples, the human detection device may include an infrared sensor for detecting whether a user is present near the intelligent steamer.
In other examples, the human body detection device may also be a capacitance detection circuit, as shown in fig. 6, the capacitance detection circuit includes a capacitance detection chip, and the capacitance detection chip is connected to the controller 200 and the handle on the door of the intelligent steam box respectively.
When no finger is close to the handle, the distributed capacitance exists on the handle, so that a certain static capacitance exists between the keys and the ground. When a finger of a person or a metal object is pressed on or close to the handle, due to coupling of a parasitic capacitance of the human body or increase of a capacitance electrode, a final capacitance value of the handle is increased, the capacitance signal is input to a capacitance detection chip and converted into a digital quantity, the capacitance detection chip detects and judges the degree of the variation through a certain algorithm and sends the degree of the variation to the controller 200, when the variation exceeds a certain threshold value, the controller 200 considers that the finger of the user touches the handle, and therefore the controller 200 can judge that the reminding condition is met.
As shown in fig. 7, the embodiment of the present application further provides a control method of an intelligent steam box, where the control method is executed by a controller 200 of the intelligent steam box, and the control method includes the following steps:

the first temperature sensor and the first humidity sensor are respectively used for detecting the temperature and the humidity of air in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body, and the second temperature sensor and the second humidity sensor are respectively used for detecting the temperature and the humidity of air outside the intelligent steam box body;
the human body detection device comprises a capacitance detection circuit, and the capacitance detection circuit is respectively connected with the controller and the handle of the intelligent steam box;
when the capacitance detection circuit detects that a finger or a metal object of a person is pressed on or close to the handle, the controller acquires the temperature difference of air inside and outside the intelligent steam box according to the air temperature inside the heating cavity inside the intelligent steam box and the air temperature outside the intelligent steam box, acquires the humidity difference of air inside and outside the intelligent steam box according to the air humidity inside the intelligent steam box and the air humidity outside the intelligent steam box, and judges whether a reminding condition is met, wherein if the temperature difference is greater than a first threshold value and the humidity difference is greater than a second threshold value, the controller judges that the reminding condition is met, and the reminding condition indicates that a large amount of high-temperature water vapor is generated when the high-temperature water vapor inside the heating cavity inside the intelligent steam box is in contact with cold air outside the intelligent steam box;
if the reminding condition is met, the controller sends a reminder to the user through the reminding device; wherein, the reminding device is a display screen and/or a buzzer.
2. A control method of an intelligent steam box is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the air state in a heating cavity in an intelligent steam box body;
acquiring the air state outside the box body of the intelligent steam box;
detecting whether a user touches a handle of the intelligent steam box through a capacitance detection circuit, and judging whether a reminding condition is met or not according to the air state in a heating cavity in the box body of the intelligent steam box and the air state outside the box body, wherein the reminding condition indicates that a large amount of high-temperature water vapor is generated when the high-temperature water vapor in the heating cavity in the box body of the intelligent steam box is contacted with cold air outside the box body;
the air state in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body comprises the temperature and the humidity of the air in the heating cavity in the intelligent steam box body, and the air state outside the intelligent steam box body comprises the temperature and the humidity of the air outside the intelligent steam box body;
according to the air state in the intelligent steam box body and outside the box body, whether the condition of reminding is satisfied is judged, including:
acquiring the temperature difference of air inside and outside the box body according to the air temperature in the heating cavity in the box body of the intelligent steam box and the air temperature outside the box body, and acquiring the humidity difference of air inside and outside the box body according to the air humidity in the heating cavity in the box body of the intelligent steam box and the air humidity outside the box body;
if the temperature difference is greater than a first threshold value and the humidity difference is greater than a second threshold value, judging that the reminding condition is met;
and if the judgment result is yes, sending a prompt to the user through a display screen and/or a buzzer.
