Abstract
The invention discloses a construction method for plugging a PVC casing hole of a split screw, which belongs to the technical field of waterproof devices and comprises the following steps: 1. manufacturing a plugging component; 2. picking and chiseling the periphery of the bolt hole into the hole; 3. brushing the steel wire brush; 4. blocking the PVC sleeve hole; 5. and sealing the PVC pipe sleeve hole. d. plugging PVC sleeve holes: the plugging component is implanted into the holes injected with the glue for the inner and outer times in sequence, so that the structural glue is fully and compactly extruded.
e. Sealing the PVC pipe sleeve hole: and (3) smearing the waterproof expansion mortar to the bolt holes, tamping two ends of the waterproof expansion mortar by using a reinforcing bar after filling a part of the waterproof expansion mortar, continuously tamping the waterproof expansion mortar after solidification, troweling and polishing the bolt holes by using an iron trowel, and smearing and sealing the waterproof expansion mortar and the original poured concrete wall within 50mm by using polyurethane after drying the periphery of the holes.
Preferably, the length of the twisted steel bar in the step a is obtained by the following formula:

Preferably, the thickness of the urethane coating in the step e is 2mm to 3 m.
Preferably, the diameter of the twisted steel bar in the step a is 10 mm-15 mm.

(5) after the periphery of the hole is dried, the hole and the original poured concrete wall are coated and sealed by polyurethane coating for three times within the range of 50 mm.
The method has simple process, greatly shortens the construction period and solves the problem of incompact plugging of the PVC sleeve hole.
The PVC casing hole plugging method has the advantages of simple operation, convenient and reliable use, strong applicability, construction cost reduction, unsafe factors reduction, construction quality and construction efficiency improvement, simple structure of the adopted plugging component, convenient manufacture, local material utilization and low processing cost.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, but is intended to cover various insubstantial modifications of the inventive process concepts and solutions, or its application to other applications without modification.

1. A construction method for plugging a PVC sleeve hole of a counter-pull screw is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. manufacturing a plugging component: according to the aperture size and the wall thickness of the PVC casing pipe of the split screw, a steel plate gasket and a twisted steel bar are processed on site, and then the steel plate gasket and the twisted steel bar are welded into a whole;
b. picking and chiseling the periphery of the bolt hole into the hole: firstly, punching out the wall-penetrating PVC casing pipe by using a percussion drill, then carrying out chiseling by using a chisel, chiseling to the wall body, and timely cleaning out broken slag and sundries in bolt holes after chiseling;
c. brushing the steel wire brush: after cleaning, brushing the bristles by a steel wire brush around the circumference, and blowing the bristles clean by a blower;
