A device for realizing the method for grouting pile foundation defects according to any one of claims 1-5, which comprises a grouting pipe (2) and a slurry outlet pipe (6), wherein the grouting pipe (2) and the slurry outlet pipe (6) are both vertically arranged in a grouting hole (10), the grouting pipe (2) and the slurry outlet pipe (6) are both parallel to the sounding pipe (1), the grouting pipe (2) and the slurry outlet pipe (6) are both hollow tubular structures made of steel, the inner diameters of the grouting pipe (2) and the slurry outlet pipe (6) are both 24mm, the thickness of the pipe wall is 3-4mm, the top of the grouting pipe (2) extends out of a pile foundation plane by 500mm and is communicated with an output port of a slurry pump (7) through a water pipe (5), the diameter of the slurry pump grouting hole (10) is controlled to be 90-110mm, a supporting layer is arranged in the grouting hole (10) and is arranged on the grouting pipe (2) and the slurry outlet pipe (6) and is provided with an isolation layer (9) and an isolation layer (8), the lower ends of the grouting holes (10) are isolated to form a cavity, the lower ends of the grouting pipes (2) and the slurry outlet pipes (6) downwards penetrate through the supporting layer (9) and the isolating layer (8), the lower ends of the grouting pipes (2) extend into the position of the defect layer (11) below the grouting holes (10) by 200-300mm, the upper ends of the slurry outlet pipes (6) are higher than the plane of the pile foundation by 2.5-2.8m, the lower ends of the slurry outlet pipes (6) extend into the grouting holes (10) by 700-800mm, the bottoms of the slurry outlet pipes (6) are lower than the bottom of the supporting layer (9), and the upper ends of the grouting pipes (2) and the slurry outlet pipes (6) are respectively provided with a control valve (3) for controlling on-off and a pressure detection meter (4) for detecting pressure.
7. A grouting treatment pile foundation defect device according to claim 6, characterised in that the supporting layer (9) is a slab structure coagulated by foam rubber, the isolating layer (8) is a block structure coagulated by high strength polymer mortar, and the supporting layer (9) and the isolating layer (8) fix the grouting pipe (2) and the grout outlet pipe (6) in the grouting hole (10).
8. The device for grouting pile foundation defects according to claim 6, wherein through holes (201) are arranged in the area of the lower end part of the grouting pipe (2) 500mm away from the bottom surface and on the pipe wall of the grouting pipe (2) at annular intervals.
