Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐火混凝土及其预制件,主要用 于陶瓷隧道窑窑墙。所述混凝土由铝硅质骨料,铝硅 质粉料,铝酸盐水泥和外加剂组成。外加剂为奈系高 效减水剂、松香盐和聚磷酸盐。所述粉料细度 <0.08mm,用该混凝土制作的窑墙预制件为中空型, 其中可充填隔热材料。本发明所述混凝土具有较好 的中温烧后强度和较好的热震性能及较低的导热系 数,利用所述预制件砌窑墙省工、省时,隔热效果好。

Description

本发明涉及一种耐火混凝土及其制品。
目前,陶瓷隧道窑窑墙工作衬主要采用高铝砖,粘土砖等耐火砖砌筑、隔热衬主要采用隔热砖砌筑,费工、费时,且隔热效果也不够理想。若用耐火混凝土制作中空装配式窑墙预制件装配砌筑窑墙,则具有较好的效果,这种耐火预制件特别适于宽断面节能隧道窑窑墙的砌筑。
本发明的目的在于研制一种耐火混凝土及其预制件,使其在具有较高的强度的前提下,同时具有较好的抗热震性能和较低的导热系数。
本发明所述的耐火混凝土由骨料,粉料、结合剂和复合外加剂配成,其中骨料为铝硅质材料,粉料的材质同骨料,结合剂为铝酸盐水泥,复合外加剂为外掺,由萘系高效减水剂和松香盐及聚磷酸盐复合而成。所述耐火混凝土的配方为:
铝硅质骨料  65~85%
铝硅质粉料  0~10%
铝酸盐水泥  5~25%
萘系高效减水剂(外加)  0~0.5%
松香盐(外加)  0~0.005%
聚磷酸盐(外加)  0~0.3%
其中骨料可为莫来石,矾土熟料(Al2O3含量为65~90%)或硬质粘土熟料(Al2O3含量为40~48%)。粉料的细度<0.08mm,铝酸盐水泥可为纯铝酸钙水泥或高铝水泥。
用上述耐火混凝土制作陶瓷隧道窑窑墙预制件时预制件制成中空型,其中空部位可充填陶瓷棉等隔热性能好的纤维材料,使其装配砌筑使用时窑墙的散热很低。
配制本发明所述耐火混凝土时先将粉料,结合剂和复合外加剂拌匀,再加入骨料充分拌匀即可。预制件可采用振动浇注法制作。
利用本发明可制作宽断面节能陶瓷隧道窑内不同部位的窑墙。对于制作带烧嘴的窑墙预制件,其配方为配方一:
烧结莫来石  77%
烧结莫来石粉料  5%
纯铝酸钙水泥(Al2O3含量为70%) 18%
萘系高效减水剂  0.2%
松香盐  0.003%
聚磷酸盐  0.1%
对于制作烧成带窑墙预制件,其配方为配方二:
矾土熟料(Al2O3含量为70%) 75%
矾土熟料粉料  7%
纯铝酸钙水泥(Al2O3含量为70%) 18%
复合外加剂品种及用量同配方一
对于制作窑内其它各带的窑墙预制件,其配方为配方三:
硬质粘土熟料(Al2O3含量为45%) 76%
硬质粘土熟料粉料  6%
高铝水泥  18%
复合外加剂品种及用量同配方一
按上述配比配制的材料性能见下表

本发明所述预制件可与窑外部钢架通过耐热钢联接,防止高温应力应变而引起的损坏和塌落,延长其使用寿命。
本发明所述的耐火混凝土与一般的耐火浇注料相比具有较高的中温烧后强度,同时还具有较好的抗热震性能和较低的导热系数,用于制作陶瓷隧道窑窑墙预制件与砖砌窑墙相比,省工、省时,且由于预制件可中空,可较方便地利用纤维隔热材料,使窑墙的隔热性能更好。本发明特别适于宽断面节能陶瓷隧道窑。

Claims (7)

1、一种陶瓷隧道窑窑墙用耐火混凝土,其特征在于:所述混凝土的配方为:
铝硅质骨料      65~85%
铝硅质粉料      0~10%
铝酸盐水泥      5~25%
萘系高效减水剂  0~0.5%
松香盐          0~0.005%
聚磷酸盐        0~0.3%
其中所述粉料与骨料材质相同,其细度为<0.08mm,所述萘系高效减水剂和松香盐及聚磷酸盐均为外掺。
2、根据权利要求1所述的耐火混凝土,其特征在于:所述的铝硅质骨料及粉料为烧结或电熔莫来石。
3、根据权利要求1所述的耐火混凝土,其特征在于:所述的铝硅质骨料及粉料为Al2O3含量为65~90%的矾土熟料。
4、根据权利要求1所述的耐火混凝土,其特征在于:所述的铝硅质骨料及粉料为Al2O3含量为40~48%的硬质粘土熟料。
5、根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的耐火混凝土,其特征在于:所述的铝酸盐水泥为纯铝酸钙水泥。
6、根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的耐火混凝土,其特征在于:所述的铝酸盐水泥为高铝水泥。
7、一种陶瓷隧道窑窑墙用预制件,其特征在于:所述的预制件用权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的耐火混凝土制成,其内部为中空结构。
