Description

Water-based marking emulsion and coating containing same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement markings, in particular to a water-based marking emulsion and a coating containing the same.
Background
At present, carbon five petroleum resin or thermoplastic acrylic resin is generally used as a base material in the existing road marking paint, liquefied gas is used for heating and melting the resin to be paved on a road surface during construction, and a film is formed after cooling. Or a solvent type acrylic resin coating is used, and the film is formed after the organic solvent is volatilized. The solvent type acrylic resin coating contains a large amount of benzene solvents (more than 40 percent), the solvent is volatilized during construction, the VOC content reaches 650g/L and exceeds the national minimum VOC volatilization standard of 420 g/L. The construction and production of the product not only causes environmental pollution, but also causes energy waste. In order to solve the problems, the single-component water-based acrylic emulsion is used as a base line marking coating on the market, although the content of volatile organic compounds is reduced, the wear resistance and the adhesive force of the marking coating can not meet the application requirements, the wear resistance life is short, the marking coating needs to be recoated for many times every year, and the maintenance cost is high.

step two, preparing a pre-emulsion; adding water, an emulsifier and an initiator into a pre-emulsification kettle, stirring and mixing uniformly, and adding a mixed monomer under the stirring condition of 1200 revolutions per minute for pre-emulsification to obtain a pre-emulsion;
step three, preparing a marking emulsion; adding water and an emulsifier into a reaction kettle, heating to 83 ℃, dropwise adding the pre-emulsion obtained in the second step into the reaction kettle, preserving the temperature for 3.5 hours after dropwise adding, dropwise adding an initiator into the reaction kettle, adjusting the pH of the mixed solution to 7.3, cooling to room temperature, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the marked line emulsion.
The addition amount of the emulsifier in the second step is the same as that of the emulsifier in the third step, and the addition amount of the initiator in the second step is the same as that of the initiator in the third step.
The preparation method of the water-based line marking paint comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing a premixed coating; sequentially adding the aqueous marking emulsion, the film-forming auxiliary agent, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the pH regulator, the toner, the heavy filler, the thickening agent and the deionized water into a stirring kettle at the speed of 800 revolutions per minute, and stirring for 20 minutes at the speed of 1200 revolutions per minute after the addition is finished.
Step two, preparing water-based marking paint; 4kg of water-soluble epoxy curing agent is added into the premixed paint, and the mixture is uniformly stirred under the condition of 300 revolutions per minute to obtain the water-based marking paint.
The performance of the coating film is as follows: the adhesion is tested according to GB/T9286-1998; the pencil hardness is in accordance with GB/T6739-2006; testing the non-stick time according to JT 280-2004; (ii) a Water resistance (240h) was tested according to GB/T1733-1993; abrasion resistance was tested according to GB/T1768, a coating template was prepared as required, and the coating properties were tested, with the results shown in the following table. Experiments compared common water-based marking paint with composite water-based marking paint.
Figure BDA0001778766700000081
As can be seen from the table above, the surface drying time of the water-based marking paint is only 25min, the hardness of the coating film can be quickly established at the initial stage of film formation, the paint is superior to the common water-based marking paint, the drying time of the paint is shorter, and the paint construction is more convenient. After the coating is cured, the coating has excellent adhesive force and good wear resistance, and the hardness reaches H. In addition, the water resistance of the water-based marking paint coating film is excellent, and the performance of the water-based marking paint coating film reaches the level of an oil-based marking paint. The acrylic emulsion component in the water-based marking paint has high relative molecular mass, so that the coating has excellent performance, and on the other hand, the epoxy component in the emulsion is crosslinked with the curing agent, so that the coating performance is further improved. Therefore, the composite marking paint has excellent comprehensive performance and good wear resistance, reduces the recoating time and can obviously reduce the comprehensive use cost of the paint.
The present invention has been described in terms of specific examples, which are provided to aid understanding of the invention and are not intended to be limiting. For a person skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions, modifications or substitutions may be made according to the idea of the invention.
