Abstract
The invention discloses an aesthetic spraying-free PP (polypropylene) composite material with a high-black baking varnish-imitating high-gloss mirror surface and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composite material consists of color master batches and a PP composite material; the color master batch is composed of carbon black (Kabot, etc.), pigment red, pigment yellow, pigment blue, inorganic pigment, etc., a dispersing agent and a high-melt-index PP or PE carrier, and the color master batch comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of carbon black (cabot and the like). The composite material disclosed by the invention is composed of the color master batch and the PP composite material, so that the material does not need to be sprayed in the later use process, and can be subjected to one-step injection molding, a spray-free PP product with a black baking varnish-like high-gloss mirror surface and a starlight flickering effect is achieved, meanwhile, the product is high in qualification rate, low in cost, green and environment-friendly, free of emission of toxic and harmful gases caused by a spraying process, pollution-free, energy-saving and efficient, the social value and the economic value of the product are improved, and the benefit of an enterprise is met.

Technical Field

Background

the PP composite material consists of black color master batch, compatilizer, antioxidant, PP material, PE material, EVA material and three-dimensional granular non-flaky metal powder, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of black color master batch; 0.1-0.3 part of a compatilizer; 0.1-0.8 part of antioxidant: 90-95 parts of PP material, PE material and EVA material; 2-8 parts of three-dimensional granular non-flaky metal powder.
Preferably, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
A. selecting high-concentration carbon black, high-gloss black pigment, high-melt-index PP powder or high-melt-index PE powder;
B. special black master batch is prepared by a high-shear double screw, so that color materials are fully dispersed to achieve the effect of high blackness;
C. selecting a PP composite material with higher fluidity and high gloss, and adding the PP composite material and special black color master batch into wear-resistant three-dimensional granular non-flaky metal powder;
D. a double-screw side feeding system is used for reducing the grinding of metal powder particles during melt blending and ensuring the metal flickering texture;
E. the aesthetic spraying-free PP composite material with black baking varnish-like high-gloss mirror surface and star-like twinkling effect is prepared by melt blending, extrusion, water bracing, drying and grain cutting.
Preferably, the temperature of the double-screw extruder is controlled to be 260-300 ℃, and the particle size of the black master batch is 1.8-2.4 mm.
Preferably, the PP composite material comprises PP + PP, PP + PE, PP + EVA, etc., and the plastic substrate further comprises pure PP, PE, etc.
