The invention discloses a scratch-resistant metal texture spraying-free PP composite material formula and a preparation method thereof, wherein the scratch-resistant metal texture spraying-free PP composite material formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: the scratch-resistant coating comprises, by weight, 70-78 parts of copolymerized PP, 8-12 parts of elastomer, 15-20 parts of talcum powder and barium sulfate, 1-2 parts of three-dimensional silver flash aluminum powder, 0.5-2 parts of scratch-resistant agent, 0.2-0.4 part of antioxidant, 0.5-2 parts of pigment and 0-2 parts of other auxiliary agents, wherein the pigment is freely matched by five colors of red, yellow, blue, white and black. The invention adopts the three-dimensional aluminum powder with a certain diameter, utilizes the three-dimensional structure of the aluminum powder and the pigment toner in the injection molding process to achieve three-dimensional glittering colorful metal texture, solves the problems of popular orientation of the aluminum powder in a polypropylene matrix, eliminates flow marks, reduces the defects of weld lines and the like, produces the PP composite material with strong metal silver texture, excellent scratch resistance and mechanical strength, can be directly molded by injection molding, can completely replace the paint spraying effect, is green and environment-friendly, has no pollution to the environment, reduces the comprehensive cost of plastic parts, can be widely applied to parts of automobiles, household appliances and the like, and has good application value.
