When the flexible element 500 which is rolled up needs to be taken out of the reel, the isolation sliding element 212 is arranged to enable the flexible element 500 to be taken out more easily, and after the flexible element 500 which is rolled up slides upwards away from the inner cone 211 along with the isolation sliding element 212, the isolation sliding element 212 loses support and is directly separated from the flexible element 500 which is rolled up; when rewinding is required, the isolation slider 212 is slid into the inner cone 211 again for rewinding.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 18, the isolation slider 212 is provided with a sliding slot 212a, and the inner cone 211 is provided with a guide portion 211c for cooperating with the sliding slot 212 a.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 18, the sliding groove 212a is provided with a stopper 212b for preventing the isolation slider 212 from being separated from the guide portion 211 c.
In some embodiments, the inner cone 211 and the outer reel bottom flange 220 are both frame structures, which can reduce the dead weight of the whole reel, and facilitate transportation or transfer of the horizontal take-up reel 200.
In some embodiments, the reel insertion part 211b is disposed at the center of the inner cone 211.
In some embodiments, the horizontal winding tray 200, the horizontal winding device 300, and the horizontal unwinding device 400 are all frame structures, so that the horizontal winding tray 200, the horizontal winding device 300, and the horizontal unwinding device 400 have lighter self weights and are more convenient to transport or transfer to a target position.
The invention also provides a use method of the horizontal combined winding and unwinding equipment, which comprises the following steps:
conveying the horizontal winding disc 200 to the upper part of the horizontal winding device 300, and moving the horizontal winding disc 200 from top to bottom to assemble the horizontal winding disc 200 on the winding support turntable 320 of the horizontal winding device 300 through a first splicing structure;
starting a driving mechanism to drive a rolling supporting turntable 320 of the horizontal rolling device 300 to rotate for rolling;
the horizontal winding disc 200 is removed from the horizontal winding device 300 by moving the horizontal winding disc 200 from bottom to top;
conveying the horizontal type winding disc 200 to the upper part of the horizontal type unwinding device 400, moving the horizontal type winding disc 200 from top to bottom, and placing the horizontal type winding disc 200 on an unwinding support turntable 420 of the horizontal type unwinding device 400;
the horizontal winding disc 200 is driven to rotate by drawing the flexible piece 500 wound on the horizontal winding disc 200, and unwinding is carried out.
In some embodiments, the use method of the horizontal combined winding and unwinding device further includes:
before winding, one end of the flexible member 500 is passed through the arranging passage 120a of the arranging device 100 and fixed on the horizontal winding tray 200.
In some embodiments, the use method of the horizontal combined winding and unwinding device further includes:
the movable material blocking piece 230 is pushed to a material blocking position by the adjusting disc, and rolling is carried out;
and adjusting the movable material blocking part 230 at the top of the disc to an avoidance position, and taking out the rolled flexible part 500 from the horizontal rolling disc 200 from bottom to top.

an inserting structure used for positioning the horizontal winding disc on the winding support turntable is arranged between the horizontal winding device and the horizontal winding disc, so that when the horizontal winding disc is assembled on the winding support turntable, the horizontal winding disc rotates along with the winding support turntable to wind; the unwinding support turntable is used for supporting a wound flexible part, so that when the wound flexible part is placed on the unwinding support turntable, the flexible part on the unwinding support turntable drives the unwinding support turntable to rotate together under the action of external pulling force for unwinding;
the winding support turntable is a support fluted disc, the driving mechanism comprises a power element for providing rotation power for the winding support turntable and a driving gear for transmitting the power provided by the power element to the winding support turntable, the driving gear is mounted on the winding support and meshed with the winding support turntable, and the driving gear is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the power element;

a tray bottom outer flange provided at a bottom of the winding portion; and
the tray top movable material blocking part is arranged on the winding part, the state position of the tray top movable material blocking part at least comprises a material blocking position and an avoiding position,
the splicing structure is arranged on the winding part, an adjusting structure for adjusting the state position of the disc top movable material blocking part is arranged between the disc top movable material blocking part and the winding part, when the disc top movable material blocking part is positioned at the material blocking position, the disc top movable material blocking part blocks the wound flexible part from being separated from the winding part, and when the disc top movable material blocking part is positioned at the avoiding position, the flexible part is separated from the winding part from the top of the winding part;
the tray top movable material blocking part is rotatably arranged on the top edge of the winding part, a locking pin is detachably arranged between the tray top movable material blocking part and the winding part, and the locking pin is used for locking the tray top movable material blocking part at the material blocking position;
the winding part comprises an inner cone and isolation sliding parts used for separating a wound flexible part from the inner cone, the isolation sliding parts are arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner cone, the flexible part is wound on a sliding sleeve surrounded by the isolation sliding parts, and a sliding structure for the isolation sliding parts to slide in and out from the top of the inner cone is arranged between the isolation sliding parts and the outer wall of the inner cone.
