A lifting basket apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that: the auxiliary motor (35) output shaft is connected with a rotating shaft (4) which is connected to the hanging basket (1) in a rotating mode, bearings (5) are arranged between the main winding drum (31) and the auxiliary winding drum (34) and the rotating shaft (4), a transmission block (6) which is radially fixed to the rotating shaft (4) is arranged between the main winding drum (31) and the auxiliary winding drum (34), and friction plates (7) attached to the main winding drum (31) and the auxiliary winding drum (34) are respectively arranged at two ends of the transmission block (6).
