The rotary cutting device for PVC pipes for automobile interiors according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that four sets of identical dust collectors (29) are arranged in the middle of the fixing plate (18) at the inner side of the limiting groove (31), and the upper sides of the dust collectors (29) are communicated with the upper surface of the fixing plate (18).
