The full-automatic lofting robot for the petroleum exploration wireless nodes comprises a base, wherein the base comprises a mounting substrate (101) and a crawler belt (102), one side of the mounting substrate (101) is provided with an electric control cabinet, and the full-automatic lofting robot is characterized in that the other side of the mounting substrate (101) is provided with a blanking mechanism (1), a guide mechanism (2), a pushing mechanism (3) and a pressing mechanism (4), the mounting substrate (101) is provided with a first mounting frame (10), the upper part of the first mounting frame (10) is provided with the blanking mechanism (1), the blanking mechanism (1) comprises at least one blanking unit (11) used for conveying the wireless nodes, one side of the blanking mechanism (1) is provided with the guide mechanism (2) capable of feeding the wireless nodes from the blanking unit (11) to the side below the blanking mechanism (1), one side of the guide mechanism (2) is provided with the pushing mechanism (3) and is positioned below the blanking mechanism (1), one side of the material guide mechanism (2) far away from the material pushing mechanism (3) is provided with a material pressing mechanism (4), the material pushing mechanism (3) can push the wireless node to the material pressing mechanism (4), and the wireless node is pressed into the mounting surface by the material pressing mechanism (4).

The oil exploration wireless node full-automatic lofting robot is characterized in that the blanking unit (11) comprises a feeding magazine (112), a limiting plate (111), first electric cylinder modules (113) and a material pushing assembly (114), the limiting plate (111) is arranged on the first mounting frame (10), the feeding magazine (112) is placed in the limiting plate (111), the first electric cylinder modules (113) are arranged on two sides of the limiting plate (111), the material pushing assembly (114) is fixed on the first electric cylinder modules (113), and the wireless node is driven by the first electric cylinder modules (113) to push the material from the feeding magazine (112) to the material guiding mechanism (2).

The oil exploration wireless node full-automatic lofting robot as claimed in claim 2, wherein the feeding magazine (112) comprises a housing (1121), fluency strips (1123) and limit strips (1125), one side of the housing (1121) is communicated with the material guide mechanism (2), the other side of the housing is provided with a notch (1122) through which the material pushing component (114) can pass, a pair of the fluency strips (1123) are arranged in the middle of the housing (1121) for bearing the wireless nodes, and the limit strips (1125) are arranged at the upper part of the housing (1121) for limiting and adjusting the wireless nodes.

The oil exploration wireless node full-automatic lofting robot according to claim 3, wherein the material pushing assembly (114) comprises a cross rod (1141) and pushing blocks (1142), two ends of the cross rod (1141) are fixed on the pair of first electric cylinder modules (113), the pushing blocks (1142) are rotatably arranged at the lower end of the cross rod (1141) through torsion springs respectively, and can penetrate through notches (1122) of the shell (1121) in a matching manner respectively.

The oil exploration wireless node full-automatic lofting robot as claimed in claim 3, wherein a limiting block (1124) is arranged on one side of the shell (1121) communicated with the material guiding mechanism (2), and one end of the limiting block (1124) is rotatably arranged on one side of the fluency strip (1123) through a torsion spring.

The oil exploration wireless node full-automatic lofting robot as claimed in claim 2, wherein the material guiding mechanism (2) comprises a driving motor (21), a linear module (22), a material receiving frame (23), a second electric cylinder module (24) and a push plate (25), the driving motor (21) and the linear module (22) are arranged on the mounting substrate (101), the linear module (22) is provided with the material receiving frame (23) which is used for receiving materials from the feeding magazine (112) in a vertically sliding mode, the second electric cylinder module (24) is arranged on the upper portion of the material receiving frame (23), the second electric cylinder module (24) is provided with the push plate (25) which is horizontally sliding, and the push plate (25) can push the plurality of wireless nodes sent to the material receiving frame (23) from the feeding magazine (112) to one side of the material sending frame (23).

The oil exploration wireless node full-automatic lofting robot is characterized in that the material pushing mechanism (3) comprises a second mounting frame (31) and a material pushing cylinder (32), the second mounting frame (31) is arranged on the mounting base plate (101), and the material pushing cylinder (32) is arranged on the second mounting frame (31) and pushes the wireless node on one side, close to the material pushing mechanism (32), in the material guide mechanism (2) into the material pressing mechanism (4).
