Abstract

本发明公开了一种防透接装纸，包括接装原纸制备的基层，所述基层的上表面上粘附有若干在左右方向上进行延伸的凸条，凸条的断面呈三角形，同时，凸条的上部间隙内填充有上海绵层、凸条的内部填充有下海绵层，且上海绵层的密度小于下海绵层的密度，以及，凸条的下表面上涂有防渗透树脂层。本发明的优点是：适合于和爆珠过滤嘴进行配合使用。

防透接装纸
技术领域
本发明涉及接装纸技术领域，尤其是涉及一种防透接装纸。
背景技术
目前，在香烟的过滤嘴中增加爆珠已经成为一种常见的做法。爆珠中可以含有多种需要的精油等液体成分，使香烟的附加值得到极大提升。其缺陷在于：挤压爆珠时，所需压力相对较大，造成过滤嘴处变形严重，且易于形成液体外渗现象。虽然目前可以采用防渗透纸等解决这一问题，但是会造成透气性降低等另外的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防透接装纸，它具有适合于和爆珠过滤嘴进行配合使用的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：防透接装纸，包括接装原纸制备的基层，所述基层的上表面上粘附有若干在左右方向上进行延伸的凸条，凸条的断面呈三角形，同时，凸条的上部间隙内填充有上海绵层、凸条的内部填充有下海绵层，且上海绵层的密度小于下海绵层的密度，以及，凸条的下表面上涂有防渗透树脂层。
所述凸条的断面呈钝角三角形。
所述基层的下表面的中部靠左处设有若干凸纹，且凸纹的下部粘附有碎纸层，碎纸层的下方粘附有接装原纸制备的包裹层。
所述碎纸层的形成方式为：将接装原纸原料层紧贴在一呈竖向的平面上，然后采用喷枪喷出的金刚砂向右垂直击打在接装原纸原料层上。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是：适合于和爆珠过滤嘴进行配合使用。本发明的防透接装纸的基层上设置有断面呈钝角三角形的凸条，在挤压后，凸条对设置于过滤嘴内的爆珠施加的压强较大，便于其及时破碎。同时，爆珠破碎后，上海绵层能够吸附爆珠中的液体，且结合以防渗透树脂层的作用，避免了液体向外泄露和打湿基层外部的现象。以及，吸附了液体的上海绵层对烟气的通过能力接近于下海绵层，使凸条内外的烟气通过能力较为均衡，增加吸烟者使用的舒适性。即，极其适合于和爆珠过滤嘴配合使用。

具体实施方式
实施例，见图1和图2所示：防透接装纸，包括接装原纸制备的基层10。即，该基层10包裹着醋酸纤维卷制后，即可形成常见的过滤嘴。本实施例中，醋酸纤维中设置有爆珠。爆珠目前较为常见，通常为其内设置包含精油等液体的胶囊，在受压后，胶囊破碎，内部的液体流出，增加香烟的附加值。
进一步的讲：
该基层10的上表面上粘附有若干在左右方向上进行延伸的凸条20，凸条20的断面呈三角形。也就是讲，采用具有合适硬度的接装纸等原纸裁切为长条形，然后沿着原纸的一个在左右纵向上的直线进行弯折且具有一夹角后，然后将原纸的两侧边粘附在该基层10的上表面上即可形成一个凸条20。同时，凸条20的上部间隙内填充有上海绵层30、凸条20的内部填充有下海绵层40。所谓凸条20的上部间隙指的是相邻的2个凸条20之间形成的间隙。上海绵层30的密度小于下海绵层40的密度。亦即，在初始状态下，烟气经过下海绵层40受到的阻力要大于烟气经过上海绵层30受到的阻力。以及，凸条20的下表面上涂有防渗透树脂层21。所谓凸条20的下表面指的是凸条20的内部的侧壁上。这样，在卷制为过滤嘴之后，一旦外部施压，则凸条20会对爆珠形成较大的压强，便于在较小变形的情况下，较快的压烂爆珠。同时，爆珠中的液体吸附于上海绵层30内，结合以所具有的防渗透树脂层40，降低了液体外渗的几率。而防渗透树脂层40设置于凸条20的内部而非外部，使凸条20同时被液体渗透，更利于液体的挥发。以及，凸条20可以较快的复原，使过滤嘴整体较好的保持原有形状。另外，上海绵层30在液体浸润后，和下海绵层40对烟气的通过能力接近，使吸烟者感觉更为舒适。
优化的：
凸条20的断面呈钝角三角形。亦即，凸条20均为向一侧倾斜状，而钝角位于凸条20和该基层10的接触角处。如此，便于凸条20及时复位。
继续优化：
该基层10的下表面的中部靠左处设有若干凸纹11。凸纹11可以采用压纹的方式形成。凸纹11的下部粘附有碎纸层50，碎纸层50的下方粘附有接装原纸制备的包裹层60。如此，即便出现液体外渗的情况，则在凸纹11的阻挡下，液体不易向吸烟者嘴唇的方向蔓延。而增加的碎纸层50使嘴唇部感觉更为舒适，亦可增加过滤嘴的豪华感，尤其是碎纸层50能够形成随机和特殊的纹路，感觉极佳。
结合图3所示，本实施例中，碎纸层50的形成方式为：将接装原纸原料层100紧贴在一呈竖向的平面71上，然后采用喷枪72喷出的金刚砂向右垂直击打在接装原纸原料层100上。如此，制作方法简单，且纹路随机性较佳。

1.防透接装纸，包括接装原纸制备的基层(10)，其特征在于：所述基层(10)的上表面上粘附有若干在左右方向上进行延伸的凸条(20)，凸条(20)的断面呈三角形，同时，凸条(20)的上部间隙内填充有上海绵层(30)、凸条(20)的内部填充有下海绵层(40)，且上海绵层(30)的密度小于下海绵层(40)的密度，以及，凸条(20)的下表面上涂有防渗透树脂层(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防透接装纸，其特征在于：所述凸条(20)的断面呈钝角三角形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防透接装纸，其特征在于：所述基层(10)的下表面的中部靠左处设有若干凸纹(11)，且凸纹(11)的下部粘附有碎纸层(50)，碎纸层(50)的下方粘附有接装原纸制备的包裹层(60)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防透接装纸，其特征在于：所述碎纸层(50)的形成方式为：将接装原纸原料层(100)紧贴在一呈竖向的平面(71)上，然后采用喷枪(72)喷出的金刚砂向右垂直击打在接装原纸原料层(100)上。
