The basic input features of various characters are emphasized, and Chinese characters are simpler and more advantageous in intelligent vocabulary input. In order to achieve the above goal, a computer binary compiler of new Chinese characters and characters that can be recognized by a computer must be created first (the original codes of Chinese characters and characters are related to Chinese series applications). I.e. we should first create a compiler of computer binary source code of chinese alphabetic characters based on chinese 16 digits.
