Example 1
Embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a circuit board inspection apparatus, and fig. 1 is a schematic view of a structure of a circuit board inspection apparatus 100 of embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 is capable of inspecting electrical characteristics of different electronic component-mounted circuit boards by mounting different circuit board inspection tools, wherein, as shown in fig. 1, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 has:
a support portion 101 that supports the circuit board inspection tool;
a pressure mechanism 102 connected to the support portion 101, and capable of applying a force to the support portion 101 in a direction perpendicular to the circuit board to electrically connect the circuit board inspection tool to the circuit board;
a lock portion 103 electrically connected to the pressure mechanism 102; wherein, when the locking part 103 is unlocked, the pressure mechanism 102 performs an action of applying a force to the support part 101 in a direction perpendicular to the circuit board to electrically connect the circuit board inspection tool with the circuit board, and when the locking part 103 is locked, the pressure mechanism 102 does not perform the above action;
an operation unit 104 that starts or stops the operation of the circuit board inspection device 100;
a reading section 105 that reads a circuit board code of a circuit board to be inspected in a case where the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 is started;
a control part 106 electrically connected with the circuit board inspection tool and the reading part 105, obtaining the circuit board code from the reading part 105, obtaining the code of the circuit board inspection tool from the circuit board inspection tool, judging whether the circuit board code is matched with the code of the circuit board inspection tool, and sending an unlocking control signal to the locking part 103 to unlock the locking part 103 under the matching condition; and
a case 107 in which the support portion 101, the pressure mechanism 102, the lock portion 103, the reading portion 105, and the control portion 106 are accommodated; the operation portion 104 is exposed to the outside of the case 107.
According to the circuit board inspection device, the reading part is accommodated in the box body, whether the code of the circuit board inspection tool is matched with the code of the circuit board to be inspected or not is automatically confirmed through the control part, and then the action of the locking part is controlled, so that the circuit board inspection tool matched with the code and the circuit board to be inspected can be automatically connected. Therefore, the user can complete the inspection of the circuit board through automatic operation only by operating the operation part; the circuit board inspection device has the advantages that the whole circuit board inspection device is simplified, the time consumed by the inspection of the circuit board is reduced, the wrong inspection can be prevented, and the inspection efficiency of the circuit board and the reliability of the inspection result are improved.
In one embodiment, the pressure mechanism 102 may be disposed on one side of the support portion 101, for example, the pressure mechanism 102 may be disposed on one side of the support portion 101 away from the circuit board, and the support portion 101 may be urged in a direction perpendicular to the circuit board to move the support portion 101 in a direction toward the circuit board, whereby the circuit board inspection tool disposed on the support portion 101 is brought into contact with the circuit board and electrically connected thereto. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the pressure mechanism 102 may be disposed on both sides of the support portion 101, for example, the pressure mechanism 102 may include a 1 st pressure portion (not shown) and a 2 nd pressure portion (not shown), the support portion 101, the circuit board inspection tool, and the circuit board to be inspected are sequentially disposed between the 1 st pressure portion and the 2 nd pressure portion, and the support portion 101, the circuit board inspection tool, and the circuit board to be inspected are clamped by moving the 1 st pressure portion and the 2 nd pressure portion toward each other, so that the circuit board inspection tool is in contact with and electrically connected to the circuit board.
In one embodiment, the pressure mechanism 102 may have an elastic buffer portion, thereby preventing the circuit board and the circuit board inspection tool from being damaged during the process of applying a force to the support portion 101. The elastic buffer portion may be any type of buffer portion, and may be, for example, an elastic material having elasticity, or a spring or the like provided inside the pressure mechanism 102.
In one embodiment, the locking portion 103 may be a solenoid valve, whereby the action of the pressure mechanism 102 may be precisely controlled. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the lock portion 103 may be of other types.
In one embodiment, the operation portion 104 may be a switch of the circuit board inspection apparatus 100, and the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 is started or stopped by turning on or off the switch.
In one embodiment, the control portion 106 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), other programmable logic device, or the like. For example, the control unit 106 may be a computer, an industrial personal computer, or the like, in which the above components are arranged.
In one embodiment, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 may be equipped with different circuit board inspection tools, thereby enabling inspection of electrical characteristics of different types of circuit boards. Since the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 can inspect different circuit boards by assembling different circuit board inspection tools, it is necessary to determine whether codes of the circuit board inspection tool currently assembled in the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 and the circuit board to be inspected match before connecting both the circuit board inspection tool and the circuit board.
In one embodiment, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 may read a circuit board code of a circuit board to be inspected by providing the reading part 105, for example, the reading part 105 may be a scanner, which acquires identification information of the circuit board, such as the circuit board code, by scanning an identification code provided on a surface of the circuit board. The scanner may be any type of scanner, for example, a scanner that scans a barcode, a two-dimensional code, a graphic code, a character string, or the like, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the reading section 105 may be of other types as long as it can acquire identification information of the circuit board.
In one embodiment, the circuit board inspection tool may transmit its identification information to the control section 106 of the circuit board inspection apparatus 100. For example, after the circuit board inspection tool is mounted on the circuit board inspection apparatus 100, identification information of the circuit board inspection tool, which may be in any form, such as a character string, a barcode, a two-dimensional code, or a specific pattern, is transmitted to the control unit 106 by wireless communication or wired communication, as long as the type of the circuit board inspection tool can be determined by the identification information. In the present embodiment, for convenience of explanation, it is referred to as a code of the board inspection tool.
In one embodiment, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 may be further provided with a second reading part (not shown) similar to the reading part 105 for reading the code of the circuit board inspection tool.
In one embodiment, after the control section 106 acquires the circuit board code of the circuit board to be inspected and the code of the circuit board inspection tool, it is determined whether the circuit board code and the code of the circuit board inspection tool match. For example, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 may store a correspondence table of a circuit board code and a code of a circuit board inspection tool in advance, and the control section 106 determines whether the circuit board code and the code of the circuit board inspection tool match by searching the correspondence table. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the control section 106 may determine whether the circuit board code and the code of the circuit board inspection tool match in other ways. Thus, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 can automatically confirm the code of the circuit board inspection tool and the code of the circuit board to be inspected, and can prevent manual erroneous judgment without manual judgment.
In one embodiment, when the control unit 106 determines that the circuit board code matches the code of the circuit board inspection tool, it may send an unlock signal to the lock unit 103, and after receiving the unlock signal, the lock unit 103 enters an unlocked state and notifies the pressure mechanism 102 to apply a force to the support unit 101 in a direction perpendicular to the circuit board, so that the circuit board inspection tool disposed on the support unit 101 is electrically connected to the circuit board. Therefore, the matched circuit board inspection tool can be automatically connected with the circuit board to be inspected, and the time and the process required for inspecting the circuit board are reduced.
In one embodiment, in the case where the control unit 106 determines that the circuit board code and the code of the circuit board inspection tool do not match, a lock signal may be transmitted to the lock unit 103, and after the lock unit 103 receives the lock signal, the lock unit enters a locked state, and the pressure mechanism 102 does not perform an action of biasing the support unit 101 in a direction perpendicular to the circuit board. Therefore, the unmatched circuit board inspection tool can be prevented from being connected with the circuit board to be inspected, and the reliability of the circuit board inspection result is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 may further be provided with an output portion 112 (optionally, indicated by a dotted line in fig. 1), which may be disposed outside the case 107 or embedded in a plate portion of the case 107. The output section 112 is used to notify the user of the determination result of the control section 106 on the circuit board code and the code of the circuit board inspection tool. For example, in a case where the control section 106 determines that the circuit board code and the code of the circuit board inspection tool do not match, the output section 112 displays the determination result. The output unit 112 may be any type, such as a display unit with a screen, a buzzer, an indicator light, and the like.
In one embodiment, the housing 107 is provided with the support portion 101, the pressure mechanism 102, the lock portion 103, the reading portion 105, and the control portion 106, and the operation portion 104 is provided outside the housing 107. Thus, the user can start or stop the operation of the circuit board inspection device 100 by operating the operation unit 104.
Fig. 2 is another schematic diagram of the structure of the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 of embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the circuit board inspection apparatus 100 is equipped with a circuit board inspection tool 200 and a circuit board 300 to be inspected.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the circuit board inspection apparatus may further have: a base portion 108 having a plate shape and a signal transmission portion 111, the base portion 108 partitioning the case 107 into a first portion 109 and a second portion 110; the signal transmission part 111 is electrically connected with the circuit board inspection tool 200, the control part 106 and the locking part 103, transmits the code of the circuit board inspection tool 200 from the circuit board inspection tool 200 to the control part 106, and transmits the unlocking control signal from the control part 106 to the locking part 103; wherein the first part 109 accommodates the support part 101, the pressure mechanism 102 and the locking part 103, and the second part accommodates the reading part 105 and the control part 106; the pressure mechanism 102 is located on the side of the support 101 remote from the base 108; the signal transmission unit 111 is disposed in a region other than the region a where the support unit 101 faces the base 108. This allows the components in the housing 107 to complete operations without interfering with each other.
In one embodiment, the signal transmission unit 111 may be a transmission line, for example, it may be a bus including a data bus, a control bus, and the like, or a signal line, for example, a twisted pair, and the like. In another embodiment, the signal transmission part 111 may also be a wireless signal transmitter-receiver, which is respectively disposed on the circuit board inspection tool 200, the control part 106, and the locking part 103, and performs signal transmission among the circuit board inspection tool 200, the control part 106, and the locking part 103 by a wireless communication technology; the signal transmission unit 111 may be any type of wireless signal transmitter/receiver, such as a wireless signal transmitter/receiver, for example, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), infrared, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), WiFi, or the like.
In one embodiment, the signal transmission unit 111 may be electrically connected to the circuit board inspection tool 200, the control unit 106, and the locking unit 103, and performs signal transmission among the circuit board inspection tool 200, the control unit 106, and the locking unit 103, for example, transmitting a code of the circuit board inspection tool 200 from the circuit board inspection tool 200 to the control unit 106 (data signal transmission), and transmitting an unlock control signal from the control unit 106 to the locking unit 103 (control signal transmission); alternatively, the signal transmission unit 111 may transmit the test signal output from the control unit 106 to the board inspection tool 200, and the board inspection tool 200 may inspect the board 300 to be inspected using the received test signal.
In another embodiment, the signal transmission unit 111 may be electrically connected to the circuit board inspection tool 200, the control unit 106, the locking unit 103, and the reading unit 105, and may transmit the circuit board code read by the reading unit 105 to the control unit 106 in addition to the code and unlock control signals of the circuit board inspection tool 200.
In another embodiment, the signal transmission unit 111 may electrically connect the locking unit 103 and the pressure mechanism 102 and transmit a control signal between the locking unit 103 and the pressure mechanism 102, for example, in a state where the locking unit 103 is unlocked, the control signal transmitted from the locking unit 103 may be transmitted to the pressure mechanism 102 to cause the pressure mechanism 102 to perform an operation of biasing the support unit 101 in a predetermined direction, and in a state where the locking unit 103 is locked, the control signal transmitted from the locking unit 103 may be transmitted to the pressure mechanism 102 to cause the pressure mechanism 102 not to perform the above-described operation.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the board inspection tool 200 includes a pin arrangement board 201 and a board arrangement portion 202, the pin arrangement board 201 and the board arrangement portion 202 are opposed to each other in a direction perpendicular to the board 300, the pin arrangement board 201 is provided with pins 2011 electrically connected to the board 300, the board arrangement portion 202 supports the board 300, and the support portion 101 has a pin arrangement board connection portion 1011 connected to the pin arrangement board 201 on a side facing the base portion 108; the base 108 has a disposition area 1081 in which the circuit board disposition portion 202 is disposed on the first portion 109 side.
In one embodiment, the pin configuration board 201 is configured with pins 2011 that are electrically connected to the circuit board. When the pressure mechanism 102 applies a force to the support 101 in a direction perpendicular to the circuit board 300, the pin arrangement board 201 contacts the circuit board 300, and the pins 2011 thereof are electrically connected to the pins of the circuit board 300. The positions and kinds of the leads 2011 of the lead configuration board 201 are related to the type of the lead configuration board 201, which corresponds to the lead distribution of the circuit board matching the type of the lead configuration board 201.
