本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种毛笔洗涤剂及制备方法,以达到有效清洗羊毫毛笔的笔头、有利于再次使用的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种毛笔洗涤剂,其特征在于,由按质量百分数计的以下成分制成:十二烷基磺酸钠1%,月桂醇聚氧乙醚2%,椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%,柠檬酸钠2%,三聚磷酸3%,磷酸钠4%,香精1%,余量为水;
所述十二烷基磺酸钠的纯度为90%;
所述月桂醇聚氧乙醚、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和柠檬酸钠均为化学纯;
所述三聚磷酸和磷酸钠为工业级;
所述香精为工业级。
上述毛笔洗涤剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
1)按照比例,称取十二烷基磺酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙醚、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、柠檬酸钠、三聚磷酸、磷酸钠、香精和水;
2)将其逐次加入水中,每加一项,混合搅拌均匀,搅拌时间不少于20min;
3)将混合搅拌均匀的水溶液存放2h后,即可包装出售或直接使用。
采用以上毛笔洗涤剂以及制备方法,即可有效清洗羊毫毛笔的笔头、有利于再次使用。

所述十二烷基磺酸钠的纯度为90%;
所述月桂醇聚氧乙醚、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和柠檬酸钠均为化学纯;
所述三聚磷酸和磷酸钠为工业级;
所述香精为工业级。
上述毛笔洗涤剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
1)按照比例,称取十二烷基磺酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙醚、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、柠檬酸钠、三聚磷酸、磷酸钠、香精和水;

1.一种毛笔洗涤剂,其特征在于,由按质量百分数计的以下成分制成:十二烷基磺酸钠1%,月桂醇聚氧乙醚2%,椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%,柠檬酸钠2%,三聚磷酸3%,磷酸钠4%,香精1%,余量为水。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛笔洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述月桂醇聚氧乙醚、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和柠檬酸钠均为化学纯。
