The specific structure and operation of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the device for assembling and detecting a cable with a terminal and a plastic shell comprises a large platform 1, a large turntable mechanism 2, a needle dropping mechanism 3, a shell dropping mechanism 4, a shell pressing mechanism 5, a wire feeding assembly 6, a stamping mechanism 7, a finished product detecting mechanism 8, a small platform 9, a waste product discharging mechanism 10 and a finished product discharging mechanism 11; the punching mechanism adopts an electric punching machine with the model number of Shuangwei brand JB 04-1.5T. The needle falling mechanism 3, the shell falling mechanism 4, the shell pressing mechanism 5, the wire feeding assembly 6, the stamping mechanism 7, the finished product detecting mechanism 8, the waste product discharging mechanism 10 and the finished product discharging mechanism 11 are sequentially distributed along the large turntable mechanism 2 in the anticlockwise direction. As shown in fig. 2, the large turntable mechanism 2 comprises a vibration disc mounting seat 2-1, a bearing seat support 2-2, a bearing seat 2-3, a bearing 2-4, a turntable 2-5, an adapter 2-6, a plastic shell placing seat 2-7 and a cam divider 2-9; the model of the cam divider 2-9 is CP-70 DF; the mounting surfaces of the vibration disc mounting seat 2-1, the bearing seat bracket 2-2 and the cam divider 2-9 are all fixed on the large platform 1; the rotary table 2-5 is supported on the three bearing blocks 2-3 through three bearings 2-4 which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction; the bearing seat 2-3 is fixed on the bearing seat bracket 2-2; the input shafts of the cam dividers 2 to 9 are driven by a turntable motor; the output shaft of the cam divider 2-9 is vertically arranged and is fixed with the small end connecting surface of the adapter 2-6; the large end connecting surface of the adapter 2-6 is fixed with the lower end surface of the turntable 2-5; eight plastic shell placing seats 2-7 which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction are fixed on the upper end face of the rotary table 2-5; the placing grooves of the plastic shell placing seats 2-7 are provided with slopes, and the cross sections of the placing grooves from top to bottom are gradually reduced, so that the plastic shells 2-8 are easy to enter when placed in the plastic shell placing seats 2-7, and have a self-positioning effect; the bottom of the placing groove is provided with an electromagnet through hole and two contact pin mounting holes; the two contact pin mounting holes are symmetrically arranged around the electromagnet through hole.
As shown in figure 3, the needle dropping mechanism 3 comprises a copper needle vibrating disc 3-1, a horizontal needle feeding cylinder 3-2, a needle dropping large cylinder 3-3, a cylinder transition folded plate 3-4, a downward needle dropping cylinder 3-5, a needle clamping cylinder 3-6, a copper needle clamping jaw 3-7, a needle blocking limiting and discharging plate 3-8, a needle dropping base 3-9 and a copper needle feeding track 3-10. The needle falling base 3-9 is fixed on the large platform 1; the copper needle vibration disc 3-1 is fixed on a vibration disc mounting seat 2-1 of the large turntable mechanism 2; the cylinder bodies of the horizontal needle feeding cylinder 3-2 and the needle falling large cylinder 3-3 are fixed on the needle falling base 3-9; the cylinder body of the needle falling cylinder 3-5 is fixed on a cylinder transition folded plate 3-4, and the cylinder transition folded plate 3-4 is fixed on a piston rod of the needle falling large cylinder 3-3; a piston rod of the needle falling large cylinder 3-3 is vertically arranged; the cylinder body of the needle clamping cylinder 3-6 is fixed on a transition plate, and the transition plate is fixed on a piston rod of the downward needle moving cylinder 3-5; the piston rods of the needle falling cylinders 3-5 are vertically arranged; the two copper needle clamping jaws 3-7 are symmetrically arranged and are respectively fixed with two fingers of the needle clamping cylinder 3-6; the needle blocking limiting discharging plate 3-8 is fixed on a piston rod of the horizontal needle feeding cylinder 3-2 and is provided with two needle falling holes which are vertically arranged and are opened at the side parts; the copper needle vibrating disc 3-1 is driven by a vibrating machine, and a copper needle discharging groove at the top of the copper needle vibrating disc 3-1 comprises a spiral rising section, a shunting section, a first discharging section and a second discharging section; the input port of the flow dividing section is communicated with the output port of the spiral ascending section, and the flow dividing section is divided into two channels by a partition plate; the input ports of the first discharging section and the second discharging section are respectively communicated with the two channels of the flow dividing section; the bottoms of the first discharging section and the second discharging section are provided with two grooves arranged at intervals; the distance between the two grooves is equal to the distance between the two pin falling holes; two input ports of the copper needle feeding track 3-10 are respectively communicated with output ports of a first discharging section and a second discharging section of the copper needle discharging disc 3-1; the needle blocking limiting discharging plate 3-8 is arranged at the output port of the copper needle feeding track 3-10.
As shown in fig. 4, the shell dropping mechanism 4 comprises a plastic shell discharging disc 4-1, a plastic shell vibrating disc guide rail 4-2, a shell dropping traverse cylinder 4-3, a shell dropping upper and lower cylinder 4-4, a plastic shell clamping jaw cylinder 4-5, a plastic shell clamping jaw 4-6, a shell dropping support frame 4-7, a plastic shell guide frame 4-8, a plastic shell limiting sheet 4-9, a plastic shell limiting cylinder 4-10 and a shell dropping mounting seat 4-11; the plastic shell discharging disc 4-1 is fixed on the small platform 9; the shell falling mounting seats 4-11 are fixed on the large platform 1; the cylinder body of the shell falling transverse moving cylinder 4-3 is fixed on the shell falling mounting seat 4-11; the cylinder body of the shell dropping upper and lower cylinders 4-4 is fixed on the piston rod of the shell dropping traverse cylinder 4-3, the cylinder body of the plastic shell clamping jaw cylinder 4-5 is fixed on the shell dropping support frame 4-7, the shell dropping support frame 4-7 is fixed on the piston rod of the shell dropping upper and lower cylinders 4-4, and the plastic shell clamping jaw cylinder 4-5 drives the plastic shell clamping jaw 4-6 to open and close. The plastic shell guide frame 4-8 is fixed on the shell falling mounting seat 4-11; the cylinder body of the plastic shell limiting cylinder 4-10 is fixed on the shell falling mounting seat 4-11; the two plastic shell limiting sheets are fixed on the piston rod of the plastic shell limiting cylinder 4-10 at intervals of 4-9. The output port of the plastic shell discharging disc 4-1 is communicated with one end of a plastic shell vibrating disc guide rail 4-2, and the other end of the plastic shell vibrating disc guide rail 4-2 is communicated with the inlet of a plastic shell guide frame 4-8; the plastic shell discharging disc 4-1 is driven by a vibrating machine, a straight gear rod is arranged at the arc discharging groove input port at the top of the plastic shell discharging disc 4-1, the straight gear rod inclines towards one side of the center of the plastic shell discharging disc 4-1, and an included angle is formed between the axis of the straight gear rod and the tangent line at the arc discharging groove input port; a space is arranged between the straight gear rod and the bottom of the arc discharge chute; the torsion angle of the output section of the arc discharge chute relative to the input section is 90 degrees, and the output section of the arc discharge chute is provided with an arc stop lever; the tangent line at the output end of the arc-shaped stop lever is parallel to the tangent line at the output opening of the arc-shaped discharge chute; the part of the plastic shell guide bottom plate of the plastic shell guide frame 4-8, which is longer than the plastic shell guide side plate, is a limiting extension plate, and the limiting extension plate is arranged at the output port of the plastic shell guide frame 4-8; a first photoelectric sensor is arranged on the limit extension plate, a plastic shell limit cylinder 4-10 is arranged on one side of the limit extension plate, and a plastic shell clamping jaw 4-6 is arranged on the top of the limit extension plate; when the first photoelectric sensor detects the signal change, the controller controls the piston rod of the plastic shell limiting cylinder 4-10 to be pushed out.
As shown in fig. 5, the shell pressing mechanism 5 comprises a shell pressing base 5-1, a shell pressing cylinder bracket 5-2, a shell pressing pressure head 5-3 and a shell pressing cylinder 5-4; the pressing shell base 5-1 is fixed on the large platform 1; a shell pressing cylinder bracket 5-2 is fixed on the shell pressing base 5-1, a cylinder body of the shell pressing cylinder 5-4 is fixed on the shell pressing cylinder bracket 5-2, and a shell pressing head 5-3 is fixed on a piston rod of the sleeve pressing cylinder 5-4; the piston rod of the pressing sleeve cylinder 5-4 is vertically arranged.
As shown in fig. 6, the wire feeding assembly comprises a single sorting and feeding mechanism 6-1, a terminal positioning mechanism 6-2, a sorting and wire falling mechanism 6-3, a terminal guiding mechanism 6-4, a cable bending mechanism 6-5 and a cable conveying mechanism 6-6.
As shown in fig. 7, the single sorting and feeding mechanism 6-1 comprises a horizontal vibration feeder base 6-1-1, a horizontal vibration feeder 6-1-2, a cable feeding tray 6-1-3, an outgoing line base 6-1-4, a mounting vertical plate 6-1-5, a cable lifting cylinder 6-1-6, an outgoing line grabbing cylinder 6-1-7, a cable clamping jaw 6-1-8, a terminal correcting block 6-1-9, an outgoing line motor 6-1-10, a roller 6-1-11, a cable pushing cylinder 6-1-12, a slideway side plate 6-1-13 and a wiring board 6-1-14; the base 6-1-1 of the horizontal vibration feeder and the outlet base 6-1-4 are fixed on the large platform 1 at intervals; the horizontal vibration feeder 6-1-2 is fixed on a base 6-1-1 of the horizontal vibration feeder; the cable feeding tray 6-1-3 is fixed on the horizontal vibration feeder 6-1-2, and the size of the inlet of the cable feeding tray 6-1-3 is larger than that of the outlet, so that the cables can be automatically guided and aligned in the vibration conveying process; the two mounting vertical plates 6-1-5 are fixed on the outlet base 6-1-4 at intervals; the outgoing line motor 6-1-10 is fixed on one of the mounting vertical plates 6-1-5; the transmission shaft is fixed with the output shaft of the outgoing line motor 6-1-10 and forms a revolute pair with the two mounting vertical plates 6-1-5; the three rollers 6-1-11 are equidistantly arranged on the inner sides of the two mounting vertical plates 6-1-5 and are fixed with the transmission shaft; the roller is provided with more than eight line dividing grooves which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction; the cylinder body of the cable pushing cylinder 6-1-12 is fixed on the outlet base 6-1-4; the first pin shaft and the second pin shaft are arranged at intervals, two ends of the first pin shaft are respectively fixed with the two mounting vertical plates 6-1-5, and two ends of the second pin shaft are respectively fixed with the two mounting vertical plates 6-1-5; three slideway side plates 6-1-13 are fixed on the first pin shaft and the second pin shaft, the slideway side plates 6-1-13 on the first pin shaft and the second pin shaft are aligned one by one along the axial direction of the first pin shaft, and a gap for a single cable to pass through is reserved between the two slideway side plates 6-1-13 aligned along the axial direction of the first pin shaft; each roller 6-1-11 is arranged above the gap of the two slideway side plates 6-1-13 aligned along the axial direction of the pin shaft; the gap between the roller 6-1-11 and the two slideway side plates 6-1-13 corresponding to the axial position is equal to the gap between the two slideway side plates 6-1-13; the two wiring boards 6-1-14 are fixed on a piston rod of the cable pushing cylinder 6-1-12 at intervals and are positioned at the bottom of the slideway side plate 6-1-13; the piston rods of the cable pushing cylinders 6-1-12 are horizontally arranged; one end of the wiring board 6-1-14, which is far away from the cable pushing cylinder 6-1-12, is provided with a wiring groove; the cylinder body of the cable ascending cylinder 6-1-6 is fixed on the outlet base 6-1-4; the cylinder body of the outgoing line grabbing cylinder 6-1-7 is fixed on the piston rod of the cable ascending cylinder 6-1-6; the outgoing line grabbing cylinder 6-1-7 drives the cable clamping jaw 6-1-8 to open and close. The outlet of the cable feeding tray 6-1-3 is arranged at the inner side of the two mounting vertical plates 6-1-5 and is positioned right above the three rollers 6-1-11. The two terminal correcting blocks 6-1-9 are respectively fixed with the inner sides of the two mounting vertical plates; the terminal correcting blocks 6-1-9 are provided with through grooves, the sizes of the groove depth and the groove width at the inlet of each through groove are set to be larger, the sizes of the groove depth and the groove width at the outlet of each through groove are set to be smaller, so that cables with terminals can be further aligned along the through grooves when being transported outwards, and the end faces of the terminals are made to be as horizontal as possible; the lowest position point of the wiring slot of the wiring board 6-1-14 is higher than that of the through slot, and the highest position point of the wiring slot of the wiring board 6-1-14 is lower than that of the through slot.
As shown in fig. 8, the terminal positioning mechanism 6-2 comprises a terminal positioning base 6-2-1, a correction cylinder 6-2-2, a correction clamping jaw 6-2-3, a positioning cylinder 6-2-4, a rotary cylinder mounting plate 6-2-5, a rotary cylinder 6-2-6, a transposition cylinder 6-2-7, a transposition clamping jaw 6-2-8 and a positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9; the terminal positioning base 6-2-1 is fixed on the large platform 1; the cylinder body of the correction cylinder 6-2-2 is fixed on the terminal positioning base 6-2-1; the two correcting clamping jaws 6-2-3 and the two fingers of the correcting cylinder 6-2-2 are respectively fixed and arranged up and down; sensor mounting holes are formed in the two correction clamping jaws, and second photoelectric sensors are fixed in the sensor mounting holes; the sensor mounting hole is arranged in an offset way relative to the geometric center of the correcting clamping jaw, so that the second photoelectric sensor detects whether the correcting clamping jaw 6-2-3 is provided with a terminal which is horizontally or obliquely arranged or not and cannot detect a terminal which is completely vertically arranged; the upper correcting clamping jaw is fixedly provided with two pin shafts, the lower correcting clamping jaw is provided with two pin holes, and the two pin holes and the two pin shafts are aligned one by one in the vertical direction; the rotary cylinder mounting plate 6-2-5 is fixed on the terminal positioning base 6-2-1; the cylinder body of the positioning cylinder 6-2-4 is fixed on the rotary cylinder mounting plate 6-2-5; the positioning air cylinder 6-2-4 drives the positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9 to open and close, and when the positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9 clamps the cable, the cable is guaranteed to be capable of being stressed and deflected; the cylinder body of the rotary cylinder 6-2-6 is fixed on the rotary cylinder mounting plate 6-2-5; the cylinder body of the transposition cylinder 6-2-7 is fixed on the rotating disc of the rotating cylinder 6-2-6, and the transposition cylinder 6-2-7 drives the transposition clamping jaw 6-2-8 to open and close; the symmetrical plane of the transposition clamping jaw 6-2-8 is coplanar with the symmetrical plane of the positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9.
As shown in fig. 9, the sorting and line falling mechanism 6-3 comprises a placing support 6-3-1, a horizontal placing cylinder 6-3-2, a mounting plate 6-3-3, a downward moving placing cylinder 6-3-4, a holding jaw placing cylinder 6-3-5, a holding jaw cylinder plate 6-3-6 and a holding jaw 6-3-7; the placing bracket 6-3-1 is fixed on the large platform 1; the cylinder body of the horizontal placement cylinder 6-3-2 is fixed on the placement bracket 6-3-1; the cylinder body of the downward moving cylinder 6-3-4 is fixed on the mounting flat plate 6-3-3, and the mounting flat plate 6-3-3 is fixed on the sliding platform of the horizontal cylinder 6-3-2; a cylinder body for placing the clamping jaw cylinder 6-3-5 is fixed on the clamping jaw cylinder flat plate 6-3-6, and the clamping jaw cylinder flat plate 6-3-6 is fixed on a piston rod of the downward moving placing cylinder 6-3-4; the placing clamping jaw air cylinder 6-3-5 drives the placing clamping jaw 6-3-7 to open and close.
As shown in fig. 10, the terminal guide mechanism 6-4 comprises a guide base 6-4-1, a downward moving guide cylinder 6-4-2, a guide sleeve 6-4-3 and a guide support plate 6-4-4; the guide base 6-4-1 is fixed on the large platform 1; the cylinder body of the downward moving guide cylinder 6-4-2 is fixed on the guide base 6-4-1; a guide support plate 6-4-4 is fixed on a sliding platform of the downward moving guide cylinder 6-4-2, and a guide sleeve 6-4-3 is fixed on the guide support plate 6-4-4; the guide support plate 6-4-4 is provided with a limit groove for fixing the guide sleeve 6-4-3, so that the positioning precision of the guide sleeve is higher.
As shown in fig. 11, the cable bending mechanism 6-5 comprises a turning support 6-5-1, a turning pressing cylinder 6-5-2, an on-off detection cylinder 6-5-3, an insulating clamping jaw 6-5-4, a bent conducting block 6-5-5, a cable limiting piece 6-5-6, a turning pressing guide block 6-5-7, a pressing upper pressing block 6-5-8, a conducting strip 6-5-9, a turning pressing straightening block 6-5-10, a turning pressing straightening cylinder 6-5-11 and a pressing lower pressing block 6-5-12; the turning and pressing bracket 6-5-1 is fixed on the large platform 1; the cylinder body of the turning and pressing cylinder 6-5-2, the cylinder body of the on-off detection cylinder 6-5-3 and the cable limiting sheet 6-5-6 are all fixed at the top of the turning and pressing bracket 6-5-1, the cable limiting sheet 6-5-6 is arranged above the turning and pressing cylinder 6-5-2, and the on-off detection cylinder 6-5-3 is arranged above the cable limiting sheet 6-5-6; the upper pressing block 6-5-8 is fixed on a piston rod of the turning pressing cylinder 6-5-2, and the upper pressing block 6-5-8 is made of an insulating material; a piston rod of the turning and pressing air cylinder 6-5-2 is vertically arranged; the turning and pressing guide block 6-5-7 is fixed on the top surface of the pressing block 6-5-8; the two insulating clamping jaws 6-5-4 are respectively fixed with two fingers of the on-off detection cylinder 6-5-3, and the insulating clamping jaws are provided with through grooves; the two bent conductive blocks 6-5-5 are fixed in the through grooves of the two insulating clamping jaws 6-5-4; the upper end of each bent conductive block 6-5-5 is welded with an electric wire and is connected with an external eddy current sensor; the two eddy current sensors are connected with an external power supply; the cylinder body of the turning and straightening cylinder 6-5-11 is fixed on the turning and straightening support 6-5-1; the turning and straightening block 6-5-10 is fixed on a piston rod of the turning and straightening cylinder 6-5-11; a piston rod of the turning and pressing straightening air cylinder 6-5-11 is vertically arranged; an integrally formed bulge is arranged on the surface of the turning and pressing straight block 6-5-10 opposite to the turning and pressing guide block 6-5-7, a horizontally arranged threaded hole is formed in the bulge, the threaded hole is connected with a set screw, and the head of the set screw faces the turning and pressing guide block 6-5-7; the top surface of the turning and stroking straight block 6-5-10 is provided with a wire placing groove; the conducting strip 6-5-9 is fixed on the bottom surface of the upper pressing block 6-5-8, the conducting strip 6-5-9 is made of copper, and the conducting strip 6-5-9 is connected with an external power supply through a wire; the bent conducting block 6-5-5 and the conducting sheet 6-5-9 are connected with different extremes of an external power supply; the pressing lower pressing block 6-5-12 is fixed on the turning support 6-5-1 and is positioned right below the conducting strip 6-5-9; and 6-5-12 of the compressed lower pressing block is made of an insulating material.

As shown in fig. 13, the finished product detection mechanism 8 comprises a detection base 8-1, a detection upper cylinder 8-2, a detection clamping jaw 8-3, a detection conductive block 8-4, a detection lower cylinder 8-6, a detection contact pin 8-7, a contact pin upper cover plate 8-8 and a contact pin lower cover plate 8-9; the detection base 8-1 is fixed on the large platform 1; the cylinder bodies of the upper detection cylinder 8-2 and the lower detection cylinder 8-6 are fixed on the detection base 8-1; the upper detection air cylinder 8-2 is arranged above the lower detection air cylinder 8-6 and above a turntable 2-5 of the turntable mechanism 2; the two detection clamping jaws 8-3 are respectively fixed with two fingers of the upper detection cylinder 8-2, and a through groove is formed in the detection clamping jaw 8-3; the two detection conductive blocks 8-4 are respectively fixed with the through grooves of the two detection clamping jaws 8-3; the upper end of each detection conducting block 8-4 is welded with an electric wire and connected with an external eddy current sensor, and then connected with an external power supply; detecting that the clamping jaw is made of an insulating material; a contact pin lower cover plate 8-9 is fixed on a piston rod of the detection lower air cylinder 8-6, and the contact pin lower cover plate 8-9 is made of an insulating material; detecting that a piston rod of the lower air cylinder 8-6 is vertically arranged; the pin upper cover plate 8-8 is fixed on the pin lower cover plate 8-9, and the pin upper cover plate 8-8 is made of insulating materials; two detection contact pins 8-7 are fixed in two wire outlet grooves of the contact pin upper cover plate 8-8, and the detection contact pins 8-7 are arranged below the turntables 2-5 of the turntable mechanism 2; the bottom ends of the two detection contact pins 8-7 are respectively connected with an external power supply through wires; the detection conductive block 8-4 and the detection contact pin 8-7 are connected with different extremes of an external power supply; the detection contact pins 8-7 are made of conductive materials; the detection contact pin 8-7 is cylindrical, and a countersunk hole is formed in the top surface; the large-aperture section of the countersunk hole is in a round table shape, and three vertical gaps which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction are formed in the wall of the countersunk hole, so that a contact pin in the lamp holder assembly 8-5 to be detected is better attached to a detection contact pin, and the detection is more accurate; a plastic shell in the lamp holder assembly to be detected 8-5 is fixed on the plastic shell placing seat 2-7; two contact pins in the lamp cap assembly 8-5 to be detected are respectively inserted with the two detection contact pins 8-7.
As shown in FIG. 14, the waste discharging mechanism 10 and the finished product discharging mechanism 11 both comprise an electromagnet 10-1, a discharging bottom plate 10-2, a discharging bracket 10-3 and a discharging baffle plate 10-4; the discharging bottom plate 10-2 is fixed on the large platform 1; the base of the electromagnet 10-1 and the discharging support 10-3 are both fixed on the discharging bottom plate 10-2; the discharging baffle 10-4 is fixed on the top of the discharging support 10-3; the discharging baffle 10-4 is provided with an ejecting notch at the position right above the electromagnet 10-1; the electromagnet 10-1 is arranged below the rotary disc 2-5 of the rotary disc mechanism 2, and the discharge baffle 10-4 is arranged above the rotary disc 2-5.
The turntable motor, the outgoing line motor 6-1-10, the electromagnet 10-1 and all the cylinders are controlled by a controller, and the signal output ends of the first photoelectric sensor, the second photoelectric sensor and the eddy current sensor are connected with the controller.

as shown in fig. 3, the copper needle vibrating plate 3-1 conveys the copper needles to two input ports of a copper needle feeding track 3-10 through a first discharging section and a second discharging section of a copper needle discharging groove by vibration, and the heavier end of the copper needles automatically faces downwards due to the grooves formed at the bottoms of the first discharging section and the second discharging section; two copper needles output by the copper needle feeding rails 3-10 respectively fall into needle falling holes corresponding to the needle blocking limiting discharging plates 3-8; the horizontal needle feeding cylinder 3-2 drives the needle blocking limiting discharging plate 3-8 to move in a translation mode along the axis of the vertical groove, copper needles are conveyed to the needle clamping cylinder 3-6, and then the horizontal needle feeding cylinder 3-2 stops moving; at the moment, the copper needle clamping jaw 3-7 is positioned right above the copper needle, then the needle moving-down cylinder 3-5 drives the needle clamping cylinder 3-6 to move downwards, and the needle clamping cylinder 3-6 drives the copper needle clamping jaw 3-7 to close to clamp the copper needle; then, the needle-clamping cylinder 3-6 is driven to ascend by the needle-moving-down cylinder 3-5, and meanwhile, the needle-blocking limiting discharging plate 3-8 resets; the needle dropping large cylinder 3-3 drives the copper needles to move downwards, the needle dropping cylinder 3-5 drives the copper needles to continue to move downwards, and the two copper needles are placed in the two copper needle mounting holes of the plastic shell placing seat 2-7; and finally, the needle clamping cylinder 3-6 drives the copper needle clamping jaw 3-7 to open, and the needle clamping cylinder 3-6, the downward needle moving and dropping cylinder 3-5, the horizontal needle feeding cylinder 3-2 and the needle dropping large cylinder 3-3 reset.
The process of placing the plastic shell by the shell dropping mechanism 4 is as follows:
as shown in fig. 4, the plastic shell discharging disc 4-1 conveys the plastic shell to the plastic shell guide frame 4-8 through the arc discharging groove and the plastic shell vibrating disc guide rail 4-2 by vibration, and the plastic shell is in a vertical state when being output by the plastic shell guide frame 4-8 because the straight blocking rod and the arc blocking rod block and the torsion angle of the output section of the arc discharging groove relative to the input section is 90 degrees; when the vertical plastic shell is conveyed to the limiting extension plate along the plastic shell guide frame 4-8, the first photoelectric sensor transmits a signal of the detected plastic shell to the controller, the controller controls the plastic shell limiting air cylinder 4-10 to push the two plastic shell limiting pieces 4-9 to the limiting extension plate of the plastic shell guide frame to limit the plastic shell, and the angle of the plastic shell is adjusted by the two plastic shell limiting pieces 4-9 (the side plane of the plastic shell is parallel to the plastic shell limiting pieces 4-9); then, a plastic shell clamping jaw cylinder 4-5 drives a plastic shell clamping jaw 4-6 to clamp a plastic shell in a closed mode, then a controller controls a plastic shell limiting cylinder 4-10 to reset a plastic shell limiting sheet 4-9, a shell dropping transverse moving cylinder 4-3 drives a plastic shell clamping jaw cylinder 4-5 to move towards the center of a turntable, a shell dropping upper cylinder 4-4 drives a plastic shell to move downwards, a plastic shell clamping jaw cylinder 4-5 drives a plastic shell clamping jaw 4-6 to loosen, and the plastic shell is placed in a plastic shell placing seat 2-7 with copper needles; and finally, resetting the shell falling upper and lower cylinders 4-4 and the shell falling transverse cylinder 4-3.
The plastic shell pressing process of the shell pressing mechanism 5 is as follows:

The specific process of separating out the single cables by the single sorting and feeding mechanism 6-1 is as follows:
as shown in fig. 7, a bundle of cables with terminals is placed on a cable feeding tray 6-1-3, a horizontal vibration feeder 6-1-2 vibrates to enable the cables with terminals to be automatically conveyed along the cable feeding tray and enter the inner sides of two mounting vertical plates 6-1-5, an outgoing line motor 6-1-10 drives rollers 6-1-11 to rotate to stir the cables with terminals, and one cable with terminals falls into a gap between two slide side plates 6-1-13 and a wiring groove of a wiring board 6-1-14; then, the cable pushing cylinder 6-1-12 drives the wiring board 6-1-14 to push out, and in the process that the wiring board 6-1-14 is pushed along with the cable pushing cylinder 6-1-12, cables with terminals in the wiring grooves are sent to the cable clamping jaws 6-1-8 after the positions of the cables are automatically corrected by the through grooves of the terminal correcting blocks 6-1-9; the outgoing line grabbing cylinder 6-1-7 drives the cable clamping jaws 6-1-8 to clamp the cable with the terminal, the cable lifting cylinder 6-1-6 drives the outgoing line grabbing cylinder 6-1-7 and the cable with the terminal to ascend, after the carrying clamping jaws of the conveying clamping jaw cylinder I6-6-7 clamp the cable, the cable clamping jaws 6-1-8 of the outgoing line grabbing cylinder 6-1-7 are loosened, and the cable pushing cylinder 6-1-12 and the cable lifting cylinder 6-1-6 are reset.
The process of detecting and positioning the terminal positioning mechanism 6-2 is as follows:
as shown in fig. 8, when the carrying clamping jaw of the first conveying clamping jaw cylinder 6-6-7 carries the cable to the terminal positioning mechanism 6-2, the positioning cylinder 6-2-4 drives the positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9 to clamp the cable, the carrying clamping jaw of the first conveying clamping jaw cylinder 6-6-7 is released, and the horizontal movement of the first conveying clamping jaw cylinder 6-6-3 drives the first conveying clamping jaw cylinder 6-6-7 and the second conveying clamping jaw cylinder 6-6-11 to return; two second photoelectric sensors on the correcting clamping jaw 6-2-3 in the terminal positioning mechanism 6-2 detect whether a terminal exists on a cable, if no terminal exists, the transposition cylinder 6-2-7 drives the transposition clamping jaw 6-2-8 to be closed, then the positioning cylinder 6-2-4 drives the positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9 to loosen the cable, the rotating cylinder 6-2-6 drives the transposition cylinder 6-2-7 to rotate 180 degrees, then the positioning cylinder 6-2-4 drives the positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9 to clamp the cable, the transposition cylinder 6-2-7 loosens the cable, then two second photoelectric sensors on the correcting clamping jaw 6-2-3 in the terminal positioning mechanism 6-2 detect whether the terminal exists on the cable again, if the terminal is not detected yet, the terminal is judged to be completely vertically arranged, and the positioning cylinder 6-2-4 drives the positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9 to loosen the cable, so that the cable falls freely, the completely vertically arranged terminal is removed, and the subsequent work is guaranteed to be completed smoothly; if the terminal is detected, the correction cylinder 6-2-2 drives the correction clamping jaw 6-2-3 to close, a pin shaft on the correction clamping jaw penetrates through a hole of the terminal (the pin shaft is thinner than the hole of the terminal and inevitably penetrates through the hole of the terminal) to further position the terminal and level the terminal; and then the second conveying clamping jaw cylinder 6-6-11 drives the second conveying clamping jaw 6-6-10 to clamp the aligned and positioned cable with the terminal, then the correction cylinder 6-2-2 drives the correction clamping jaw 6-2-3 to release the cable with the terminal, and the positioning cylinder 6-2-4 drives the positioning clamping jaw 6-2-9 to release the cable.
The process of turning over the cable with the terminal by the cable bending mechanism 6-5 is as follows:
as shown in fig. 11, when the aligned and positioned cable is conveyed to the cable bending mechanism 6-5 by the conveying clamping jaw of the conveying clamping jaw air cylinder two 6-6-11, the pressing air cylinder 6-5-2 is turned over to drive the piston rod, so that the pressing upper pressing block 6-5-8 is driven to press the copper terminal on the cable onto the pressing lower pressing block 6-5-12; then, the conveying clamping jaws of the conveying clamping jaw air cylinder II 6-6-11 are loosened; the turning and pressing straightening air cylinder 6-5-11 drives a piston rod to drive the turning and pressing straightening block 6-5-10 to move upwards, a cable is bent upwards along with a wire placing groove in the top surface of the turning and pressing straightening block 6-5-10, a set screw on the opposite surface of the turning and pressing straightening block 6-5-10 and a turning and pressing guide block 6-5-7 applies force to a transition section of the cable and a copper terminal to ensure that the cable is turned over to be right-angled with the copper terminal, a cable limiting piece 6-5-6 prevents the cable from inclining excessively in the bending process to influence subsequent clamping, if the cable is not bent to 90 degrees, the bending angle of the cable is adjusted by tightening the set screw on the turning and pressing straightening block 6-5-10; after the voltage is turned over, the on-off detection cylinder 6-5-3 drives the insulating clamping jaw 6-5-4 to be closed, the bent conducting block 6-5-5 on the insulating clamping jaw 6-5-4 clamps a cable to expose a copper wire, an external power supply, the conducting strip 6-5-9, the copper terminal, the cable and the eddy current sensor form a complete loop at the moment, a signal is output to the controller through the eddy current sensor, and the controller judges whether the contact of the copper terminal is good or not according to the on-off of the signal detection loop; after detection is finished, the on-off detection cylinder 6-5-3 drives the insulating clamping jaw 6-5-4 to loosen the cable with the terminal; when the placing clamping jaws 6-3-7 of the clamping jaw air cylinders 6-3-5 clamp the cable with the terminal after turnover detection, the turnover pressing air cylinders 6-5-2 and the turnover straightening air cylinders 6-5-11 are reset.
The process that the sorting line falling mechanism 6-3 places the cable with the terminal after the turning detection is as follows:
as shown in fig. 9, the placing clamping jaw cylinder 6-3-5 drives the placing clamping jaw 6-3-7 to clamp the cable after the turnover detection, if the cable is a cable with a terminal with poor contact, the horizontal placing cylinder 6-3-2 drives the placing clamping jaw cylinder 6-3-5 to move for a certain stroke, then the placing clamping jaw cylinder 6-3-5 drives the placing clamping jaw 6-3-7 to loosen the cable with the terminal, the cable with the terminal with poor contact is removed, and then the horizontal placing cylinder 6-3-2 is reset; if the cable is a cable with a terminal which is well contacted, the horizontally-placed cylinder 6-3-2 drives the placing clamping jaw cylinder 6-3-5 to move right above a plastic shell placing seat 2-7 with a copper needle and a plastic shell, then the downwards-moved placing cylinder 6-3-4 drives the placing clamping jaw cylinder 6-3-5 to move downwards, the copper terminal and the cable pass through a guide sleeve 6-4-3 of a terminal guide mechanism 6-4, two holes in the terminal are ensured to be respectively aligned with two copper needles in the plastic shell placing seat 2-7, and when two holes of the copper terminal on the cable enter the two copper needles, the placing clamping jaw cylinder 6-3-5 drives the placing clamping jaw 6-3-7 to loosen; then, the downward moving placing cylinder 6-3-4 and the horizontal placing cylinder 6-3-2 are reset.
The process of the terminal guide mechanism 6-4 for placing and guiding the cables with the terminals is as follows:
as shown in fig. 10, when the plastic housing placing seat 2-7 rotates to a proper position, the downward moving guide cylinder 6-4-2 drives the guide sleeve 6-4-3 to move downward, and when the sorting wire dropping mechanism 6-3 places the cable with the terminal into the plastic housing from the guide sleeve 6-4-3 and the downward moving placing cylinder 6-3-4 resets, the downward moving guide cylinder 6-4-2 drives the guide sleeve 6-4-3 to move upward to an initial position.
The punching mechanism 7 specifically performs the following processes of punching treatment on the copper pin, the plastic shell and the cable with the terminal:
when the plastic shell mounting seat provided with the copper pin, the plastic shell and the cable with the terminal is rotated to the stamping mechanism 7 by the large turntable mechanism 2, the stamping mechanism drives the thimble to move downwards through the stamping driving mechanism, so that the copper pin, the plastic shell and the cable with the terminal are stamped together to form a lamp holder assembly to be detected, and then the stamping driving mechanism drives the thimble to reset.
The detection process of the lamp holder assembly to be detected by the finished product detection mechanism 8 is as follows:
