The high-efficiency social volunteer emergency system according to claim 1, wherein: the emergency management system comprises a help seeking device, an emergency management system, an emergency response device and an emergency device; the emergency volunteer can display the position of the distress person or an accident site, the emergency volunteer and emergency equipment and other related information on the emergency response equipment after looking up and responding the distress information, and the emergency volunteer can go to the position where the distress person is or the accident site to take emergency action or take the emergency equipment and then to carry out emergency action on the distress person or the accident site or take the emergency action according to the indication of the emergency management system, thereby realizing quick and effective distress and emergency treatment.

(7) carrying out extreme meteorological disaster escape and rescue knowledge skill training;
(8) and (4) field survival and rescue knowledge skill training.

A high-efficiency social volunteer emergency system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein: the help seeking device comprises one or more of a telephone, a smart phone, a tablet personal computer, a smart mattress, a smart sound box, a smart monitoring device, a smart toilet, a smart bracelet, a smart watch, smart glasses, a smart helmet, a smart bracelet, smart clothing, a smart hat, a sphygmomanometer, a blood glucose meter, a urine detector, a health scale, a smart medical instrument, other smart wearing devices, other smart homes and other smart devices; the help seeker can actively send help information through the help seeking equipment through voice, keys, actions and other modes; the emergency management system can also be used for monitoring one or more of blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, actions or other vital signs of a person seeking for help by the help seeking device, monitoring one or more of pressure, moisture, specific substance content, temperature, noise, wind power or other environmental indexes in the surrounding environment by the help seeking device, and sending help seeking information to the emergency management system by the help seeking device after a monitoring result meets the preset help seeking requirement; or a third party can send distress information through the distress device.

A high-efficiency social volunteer emergency system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein: the emergency response equipment comprises one or more of a smart phone, a smart bracelet, a smart watch, smart glasses, other smart wearing equipment and other smart equipment; the emergency response equipment receives the help-seeking information, after the emergency volunteer checks and responds to the help-seeking information, the emergency response equipment can display the help-seeking person or the accident site, the positions of the emergency volunteer and the emergency equipment and other related information, and the emergency volunteer can go to the position where the help-seeking person is located or the accident site to take emergency action or go to take the emergency equipment and then go to carry out emergency action on the help-seeking person or the accident site or take the emergency action according to the indication of the emergency management system.

(1) the emergency volunteer can autonomously decide to respond to the help-seeking information or not respond to the help-seeking information;
(2) the emergency volunteers include red cross rescuers, medical staff, rescue team members, firefighters, enterprise security personnel, other emergency volunteer volunteers.

(2) when the help-seeking person loses the help-seeking capability or cannot seek help, the help-seeking device monitors one or more of blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, actions or other vital signs of the help-seeking person, and after the monitoring result meets the preset help-seeking requirement, the help-seeking device sends help-seeking information to the emergency management system;
(3) the method comprises the steps that the help-seeking device monitors one or more of pressure, moisture, specific substance content, temperature, noise, wind power or other environmental indexes in the surrounding environment, and after a monitoring result meets a preset help-seeking requirement, the help-seeking device sends help-seeking information to an emergency management system;
(4) when the help-seeking person loses the help-seeking capability or cannot seek help, a third person sends help-seeking information to the emergency management system through the help-seeking device;
(5) after the emergency volunteer checks the help-seeking information, the emergency volunteer can autonomously decide not to respond to the help-seeking information according to the self condition;

(7) after the emergency volunteer checks and responds to the distress information, the position and other related information of the distress person or the accident site, the emergency volunteer and the emergency equipment can be displayed on the emergency response equipment, and the emergency volunteer takes the emergency equipment and then carries out emergency action on the distress person or the accident site;
(8) after the emergency volunteer responds to the distress information, emergency action can be taken according to the indication of the emergency management system;
(9) after the emergency volunteer responds to the distress information, the positions of the distress volunteer, all emergency volunteers responding to the distress and emergency equipment can be displayed on the emergency response equipment, and the positions of an ambulance, a fire truck and other emergency rescue vehicles participating in the emergency action can also be displayed;
