In this embodiment, a method for processing the authority of a science and technology project file is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for processing the authority of a science and technology project file according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, creating a scientific and technological project, and setting at least one label aiming at the scientific and technological project;
step S104, creating personnel in the scientific and technical project, and distributing one or more labels from at least one label to the personnel;
step S106, when uploading files to the science and technology project, selecting one or more labels from at least one label and assigning the labels to the files;
step S108, receiving a processing request of a reservation person for a reservation file in a scientific and technological project, and judging whether at least one of the labels of the reservation person is consistent with at least one of the labels of the reservation file;
and step S110, if the file is matched, determining that the preset person has the authority to process the preset file.
Through the steps, the possible safety problem caused by the fact that the file permission can only be set for the whole scientific and technological project in the related technology is solved, and the safety of the file management of the scientific and technological project is improved. In the steps, a tag configuration mode is used, so that the configuration management mode is more flexible.
As a preferred embodiment, if a file has no tag set, the file defaults to only being read; if a user is not tagged, the user cannot browse any files in the technology project. Such a handling is more secure.
As an optional implementation, the processing request is for requesting processing of at least one of: deleting the predetermined file, reading the predetermined file, and modifying the predetermined file.
As a preferred embodiment, the tag may use a secondary tag, wherein the primary tag is used to indicate a person who can process a document having the tag; the secondary label is used to indicate operations that can be done on the file with the label. The secondary label may be two labels, e.g., one label is < finance > and the second label is < modify >. It means that the financial staff can modify the file. At this point if the tag of a file is < finance > < modification > and the tag of a person is only < finance >, then the person can only browse the file. For another example, a tag can be made to contain the meaning of a secondary tag: < financial modification >.
As a more preferred embodiment, the tags may also use a three-level tag, where the first level tag is used to indicate a department or company that can process the document with the tag; a secondary label for indicating a person who can process a document having the label; the tertiary label is used to indicate operations that can be done on the file with the label.
As a preferred embodiment, when the setting of the tag is started, the tag in the past science and technology item can be recommended to the user for selection. For example, the tags of the previous item are all displayed to the user, and the user selects the appropriate tag as the tag of the item.
As a more preferable embodiment, when setting the tag, another technical item with a tag already set, which is similar to the name of the technical item, may also be matched according to the name of the technical item, and then the tag of the other technical item is used as the default tag of the technical item. Or all tags of another technical project are displayed to the user, and the user selects an appropriate tag from the tags to be used as the tag of the project. The matching names are judged to be similar according to the number of the same characters in the two items, and if the proportion of the same characters exceeds a threshold value, the items are considered to be similar.
When the names of a plurality of scientific and technological projects are similar, all the labels in the scientific and technological projects can be displayed to the user, and the user selects the label as the label. Alternatively, a common tag in a plurality of prior art items may be used as the default tag at this time, or the common tags may all be displayed to the user, from which the user selects the tag.
As a preferred embodiment, data may be collected, each piece of the collected data including: the name of the scientific and technical project, the name of the files under the scientific and technical project and all the labels of all the files. When the collected data reach a certain order of magnitude, the data can be used as training data to train an artificial intelligence model, the project name of the model is input, and the label under the project name is output. After the model is trained, when a new science and technology project is established, the name of the new science and technology project can be input, and therefore the required label can be automatically configured.
The tags may indicate the identity of different users. For example, one tag may be < manager > and another tag may be < technician >, with the tags being used to indicate identity. As a preferred embodiment, in addition to setting the tags, the user may also be allowed to set the logical relationship between the tags of one file. For example, a logical relationship of sums may be set. A tag < and > may be added at this time, and when the tag of a file is < manager > < and > < technician >, it indicates that the file can be seen only when the user has both < manager > and < technician >. If the addition is < or >, it indicates that the file can be viewed only with one tag of < manager > or < technician >.
As a preferred embodiment, a time stamp may also be provided. E.g. <5:00-8:00> the time stamp is used for operations that can be processed within a certain period of time. At this time, < open > or < close > is used in conjunction with the operation tab, and at this time, if < open > < time period > exists in a file, this indicates that the file can be browsed during this time. The operation tag can also be used in conjunction with an identity tag. For example, a bracket may be used to indicate the relationship between the two tags: < technician > < close >, which indicates that the document is not visible to the technician.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the use of the tag makes the management of the rights very flexible.
As an alternative embodiment, the tag comprises: a management tag, wherein the management tag is used for indicating the authority of configuring the tag for personnel and/or files.
As an optional implementation, the method further includes: receiving a request to delete a tag on a person and/or file; in response to the request, the corresponding tags on the persons and/or files are deleted.
In this embodiment, a device for processing the technical project file permission is further provided, which includes: the system comprises a first creating module, a second creating module and a third creating module, wherein the first creating module is used for creating a scientific and technological project and setting at least one label aiming at the scientific and technological project; the second creating module is used for creating personnel in the science and technology project and assigning one or more labels to the personnel from at least one label; the system comprises a first configuration module, a second configuration module and a third configuration module, wherein the first configuration module is used for selecting one or more labels from at least one label to be assigned to a file when the file is uploaded to a scientific and technological project; the second configuration module is used for receiving a processing request of a predetermined person for a predetermined file in the scientific and technological project and judging whether at least one of the labels of the predetermined person is consistent with at least one of the labels of the predetermined file; and the determining module is used for determining that the predetermined personnel has the authority to process the predetermined file under the condition of coincidence.
As an optional implementation, the processing request is for requesting processing of at least one of: deleting the predetermined file, reading the predetermined file, and modifying the predetermined file.
As an alternative embodiment, the tag comprises: a management tag, wherein the management tag is used for indicating the authority of configuring the tag for personnel and/or files.
As an optional implementation, the apparatus further includes: a receiving module for receiving a request to delete a tag on a person and/or a file; and the deleting module is used for responding to the request and deleting the corresponding labels on the personnel and/or the files.
In this embodiment, a memory is provided for storing software for performing the above-described method.
In this embodiment, a processor is provided for executing software for performing the above-described method.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium on which a program or software is stored, the program implementing the above method when executed by a processor. The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
The above are merely examples of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
