Abstract
The invention discloses an air-conditioning indoor unit with adjustable air induction volume and air direction and an air conditioner, comprising at least two air-conditioning bodies, wherein a through air channel is formed between the adjacent air-conditioning bodies, the through air channel comprises an air induction air channel at the rear side and an air supply air channel at the front side, an air volume adjusting part is arranged in the through air channel, and the air volume adjusting part comprises a guide plate, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism; the first driving mechanism drives the guide plate to move back and forth between the induced air duct and the air supply duct; the second driving mechanism drives the guide plate to rotate, when the guide plate is located in the induced air duct, the induced air quantity can be adjusted by adjusting the opening angle, and when the guide plate is located in the air supply duct, the air outlet wind direction can be adjusted by adjusting the opening angle. The indoor unit can move between the induced air duct and the air supply duct by arranging the guide plate, and the adjustment of the induced air quantity can be realized in the induced air duct; in the air supply duct, the air outlet device can also be matched with the air outlets on two sides to adjust the air outlet direction and improve the comfort of air supply.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner indoor unit with adjustable air induction volume and air direction and an air conditioner.
Background
Generally, two sets of cross-flow fans, and air inlets and air outlets corresponding to the cross-flow fans are arranged in one shell of the double cross-flow air conditioner, so that the efficiency is improved. In order to realize the comfort of air supply, the existing double-through-flow air conditioner adopts an induced air technology, can realize the mixing of indoor air and air after heat exchange, can realize cooling instead of cooling after entering an indoor environment, and can realize quick cooling after the induced air is closed. However, in actual use, air supply requirements of the air conditioner are different due to different ages, physical conditions and the like of users, and the air guide amount of the existing air conditioner cannot be adjusted, so that the requirement of comfort is difficult to meet.

an air-conditioning indoor unit with adjustable induced air volume and wind direction comprises at least two air-conditioning bodies, wherein a through air channel is formed between a first air-conditioning body and a second air-conditioning body which are adjacent to each other, the through air channel comprises an induced air channel at the rear side and an air supply channel at the front side, the induced air channel is used for introducing external air into the through air channel, an air outlet of each air-conditioning body is positioned in the air supply channel, an air volume adjusting part is arranged in the through air channel, and the air volume adjusting part comprises a guide plate, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism; the first driving mechanism drives the guide plate to move back and forth between the induced air duct and the air supply duct; the second driving mechanism drives the guide plate to rotate, when the guide plate is located in the induced air duct, the induced air quantity entering the induced air duct can be adjusted through adjusting the opening angle, and when the guide plate is located in the air supply duct, the air outlet direction of the air supply duct can be adjusted through adjusting the opening angle.
In one embodiment, the guide plate is arranged on a center line of the through air duct in the length direction and can rotate around the center line.
In one embodiment, the guide plate is connected with the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism through fixing pieces respectively; the fixing piece comprises an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, and the guide plate is rotatably arranged between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate.
In one embodiment, the first driving mechanism comprises a first motor and a transmission structure, and the transmission structure comprises a gear-rack transmission structure or a worm-gear transmission structure; the transmission structure is connected with the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate and drives the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate to move back and forth.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the present embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, but which can be embodied in many different forms and varied in the manner defined and covered by the claims.
First, a brief description will be made of technical terms involved in the detailed description:
the following references to the front or rear, up or down, left or right of each structure are defined in terms of the position of the structure relative to the user in normal use. The heat exchange air refers to air which comes from the inside of the air conditioner body and is subjected to heat exchange by the heat exchanger; the non-heat exchange air refers to air from an environment space where the air conditioner body is located, and is air which is not directly from the heat exchanger relative to the heat exchange air; the mixed wind refers to wind formed by mixing heat exchange wind with non-heat exchange wind.
The double-through-flow air conditioner comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, wherein the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected through an online pipe to realize the circulation of a refrigerant, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected through an online line to realize power supply and communication, and a drain pipe of a water pan of the indoor unit is led out to the outside.
The indoor unit of an air conditioner includes at least two air conditioner bodies, which is described in this embodiment by taking a vertical indoor unit of an air conditioner as an example, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the vertical indoor unit of an air conditioner of this embodiment includes two air conditioner bodies, namely, a first air conditioner body 100 and a second air conditioner body 200, and the first air conditioner body 100 and the second air conditioner body 200 are symmetrically disposed.
The first air conditioner body 100 includes a cylindrical first casing 101, a first air inlet 102 and a first air outlet 103 are formed in the first casing 101, a first air duct 105 and a first through-flow fan 104 are disposed in the first casing 101, and a first heat exchanger 106 is disposed between the first through-flow fan 104 and the first air inlet 102. The first cross flow fan 104 is configured to enable air to flow from the first air inlet 102 to the first air outlet 103, that is, when the first air conditioner body 100 operates, the first cross flow fan 104 rotates to make air outside the first air conditioner body 100 enter the first air conditioner body 100 through the first air inlet 102, and after performing heat exchange with the first heat exchanger 106, heat exchange air is blown out from the first air outlet 103. A first swing blade (not shown) and/or a first air deflector 107 for adjusting the air outlet direction are disposed at the first air outlet 103, so as to meet the air outlet direction requirement of the user. The first air outlet 103 and the first air inlet 102 are both long strips.
The second air-conditioning body 200 has the same structure as the first air-conditioning body 100. The second air conditioner body 200 includes a cylindrical second casing 201, a second air inlet 202 and a second air outlet 203 are opened on the second casing 201, a second air duct 205 and a second cross flow fan 204 are provided in the second casing 201, and a second heat exchanger 206 is provided between the second cross flow fan 204 and the second air inlet 202. The second cross-flow fan 204 is configured to flow air from the second air inlet 202 to the second air outlet 203, that is, when the second air conditioner body 200 operates, the second cross-flow fan 204 rotates to make air outside the second air conditioner body 200 enter the second air conditioner body 200 through the second air inlet 202, and after performing heat exchange with the second heat exchanger 206, heat exchange air is blown out from the second air outlet 203. A second swing blade (not shown) and/or a second air deflector 207 for adjusting the air outlet direction are disposed at the second air outlet 203, so as to meet the air outlet direction requirement of the user. The second air outlet 203 and the second air inlet 202 are both long strips.
A through air duct is formed between the first air conditioner body 100 and the second air conditioner body 200, the through air duct includes a rear induced air duct 310 and a front supply air duct 320, and the induced air duct 310 is used for introducing external air into the through air duct. Rear air inlets 301 of the air-inducing ducts 310 are formed at rear ends of the first and second air-conditioning bodies 100 and 200, and air supply outlets 302 of the air-supplying ducts 320 are formed between front ends of the first and second air-conditioning bodies 100 and 200. The first outlet 103 of the first air conditioner body 100 and the second outlet 203 of the second air conditioner body 200 are located in the air supply duct 320. When the first cross flow fan 104 and the second cross flow fan 204 rotate, the heat exchange air in the first air conditioner body 100 and the second air conditioner body 200 is blown out from the air outlets thereof into the through air ducts, respectively. First air outlet 103 and second air outlet 203 all are located and link up the position that the wind channel just is close to supply-air outlet 302, and the wind that first air outlet 103 and second air outlet 203 blew out can not interfere with each other, and air supply angle and air supply distance improve greatly, are favorable to indoor air's flow. On the same cross section of the first air conditioner body 100 and the second air conditioner body 200, first connection lines where the front end and the rear end of the first air conditioner body 100 are located are parallel to second connection lines where the front end and the rear end of the second air conditioner body 200 are located. The first air conditioner body 100 and the second air conditioner body 200 are configured such that negative pressure generated when the corresponding cross-flow fans rotate causes air outside the first air conditioner body 100 and the second air conditioner body 200 to enter the through air duct through the rear end air induction port 301, that is, non-heat exchange air enters the through air duct, and the heat exchange air and the non-heat exchange air are mixed in the through air duct to form mixed air with appropriate temperature; the air blowing port 302 blows air, that is, mixed air, which passes through the duct. The first air outlet 103 and the second air outlet 203 are positioned in the through air channel, the outlet air of the air outlets can form larger negative pressure in the through air channel, more external non-heat exchange air is introduced and mixed with the heat exchange air to form mixed air, the mixed air can be rapidly and uniformly diffused from the air supply outlet, and the air supply temperature is more uniform and comfortable; the through air channel can comb sucked non-heat exchange air, so that the air suction volume is improved, the mixing uniformity of the non-heat exchange air and the heat exchange air can be improved, and the comfort and uniformity of air supply are improved.
In this embodiment, the through air duct is formed by a gap between the first casing 101 and the second casing 201, and the air duct wall of the through air duct is the opposite side of the first casing 101 and the second casing 201, that is, the inner side of the first casing 101 and the second casing 201. Of course, the air duct wall of the through air duct may be provided separately, and may be an air duct wall that is fixed to the housing or not fixed to the housing, independently of the first housing 101 and the second housing 201. Of course, the air duct wall may also include a partial casing and a separately provided partial air duct wall, the partial air duct wall and the partial casing are fixedly formed into a whole to form a complete air duct wall together, and at this time, the through air duct is a space between the partial air duct walls and between the partial casings.
In this embodiment, the cross sections of the first casing 101 and the second casing 201 are both approximately elliptical, and of course, the cross sections of the first casing 101 and the second casing 201 may also be elliptical, circular, triangular, polygonal, etc., and all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, an air volume adjusting part is arranged in the through air duct. The air volume adjusting portion includes a guide plate 410, a first driving mechanism (not shown), and a second driving mechanism (not shown). The first driving mechanism drives the guide plate 410 to be movable back and forth between the induced air duct 310 and the supply air duct 320. The second driving mechanism drives the guide plate 410 to rotate, and when the guide plate 410 is positioned in the induced air duct 310, the induced air quantity entering the induced air duct 310 can be adjusted by adjusting the opening angle; when the guide plate is located in the air supply duct 320, the opening angle can be adjusted to match with the first guide plate 107 of the first air outlet and the second guide plate 207 of the second air outlet, so as to adjust the air outlet direction of the air supply duct 320.
In the present embodiment, the guide plate 410 is disposed on a center line of the through duct in the longitudinal direction and is rotatable about the center line, and the rotation center of the guide plate 410 is disposed in the middle of the guide plate. When the guide plate 410 moves to the induced air duct 310, the guide plate 410 may rotate to a completely closed state, at this time, the guide plate 410 coincides with the symmetrical surfaces of the first and second air-conditioning bodies 100 and 200, and the guide plate 410 has substantially no blocking effect on the induced air of the induced air duct at the rear side, at this time, the induced air amount is maximum, as shown in fig. 2. The guide plate 410 may be rotated to a fully opened state, at this time, the guide plate 410 is perpendicular to the symmetric surfaces of the first air conditioner body 100 and the second air conditioner body 200, and separates the induced air duct 310 from the first outlet 103 and the second outlet 203, and the induced air from the rear induced air opening 301 cannot be realized by penetrating the duct, as shown in fig. 3. Referring to fig. 4, the guide plate 410 may be rotated between a fully opened state and a fully closed state to achieve dynamic adjustment of the amount of air introduced; the guide plate 410 may be positioned between a fully open state and a fully closed state to achieve a fixed amount of induced air from the rear-end induced air opening 301; of course, the positioning angle can be determined according to actual conditions so as to realize different air guiding quantities at different positioning positions. As shown in fig. 1, when the guide plate 410 moves to the air duct 320, the guide plate 410 can cooperate with the first guide plate 107 of the first outlet and the second guide plate 207 of the second outlet by adjusting the rotation angle thereof, so as to adjust the air outlet direction.
The guide plate 410 is respectively connected with the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism through fixing parts; the mounting includes upper junction plate and lower junction plate, and the baffle rotates to be set up between upper junction plate and lower junction plate.
The first driving mechanism comprises a first motor and a transmission structure, and the transmission structure comprises a gear rack transmission structure or a worm and gear transmission structure. The transmission structure is connected with the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate and drives the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate to move back and forth. In other embodiments, two transmission structures may be provided to simultaneously drive the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate to move.
The second driving mechanism comprises a second motor, the second motor is fixedly arranged on the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate, and the guide plate is connected with the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate through a rotating shaft. In this embodiment, the driving mechanism includes two second motors, the two second motors are respectively and fixedly disposed on the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate, and the guide plate 410 is respectively connected to the two second motors through the rotating shafts.
In order to further improve the air inducing effect, the structure of the through air channel is optimally designed, and the inner diameter of the through air channel is firstly reduced and then gradually enlarged. Wherein, the inner diameter of the induced air duct 310 is reduced, and the inner diameter of the air supply duct 320 is gradually enlarged. The first air outlet 103 and the second air outlet 203 are located at the gradually expanding section of the air supply duct 320, so that air outlet cannot interfere with each other, and the air outlet angle and the air supply distance are enlarged. Meanwhile, a negative pressure area is formed among the first air outlet 103, the second air outlet 203 and the air supply outlet 303, and under the action of negative pressure, outside air enters the through air channel through the rear end air induction port 301, passes through the gradually-reducing channel and then passes through the gradually-expanding channel, so that the air speed is improved, and the air induction effect is improved.
The invention further comprises an air conditioner which comprises the double-cross-flow air conditioner indoor unit.

2. The indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide plate is provided on a center line of the through duct in a length direction and is rotatable around the center line.

The indoor unit of an air conditioner with adjustable air induction and wind direction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide plate is connected to the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism respectively through fixing members; the fixing piece comprises an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, and the guide plate is rotatably arranged between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate.

The indoor unit of an air conditioner with adjustable air induction and wind direction as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first driving mechanism comprises a first motor and a transmission structure, and the transmission structure comprises a rack and pinion transmission structure or a worm and gear transmission structure; the transmission structure is connected with the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate and drives the upper connecting plate or the lower connecting plate to move back and forth.
