Abstract
The invention discloses a deformed column template filling and reinforcing device and a construction method thereof, wherein the reinforcing device comprises a deformed concrete column, a reinforcing member is arranged on the outer side surface of the concrete to fill the deformed concrete column into a common square column, and a wood template is adopted for erecting the common square column, wherein the reinforcing member is a triangular prism structure formed by a triangular sleeve and a steel reinforcement framework longitudinally arranged at three angular positions of the triangular sleeve; the outer side of the wood template is provided with a batten and a column hoop. The invention utilizes the triangular prism filling reinforcement device to convert the special-shaped column into the square column for reinforcing the template, and solves the problems of infirm reinforcement, easy expansion and the like of the special-shaped column template. Materials such as waste steel bars, waste sleeves and the like in a construction site can be utilized, and waste materials are changed into valuable materials; the device can also be used in a turnover mode and has universality. step three, after finding a proper material, blanking and processing reinforcing steel bars, wherein the reinforcing steel bars are connected by a triangular sleeve 2, and the shape of the reinforcing steel bars is similar to a triangular prism to form a reinforcing component 1;
splicing the triangular prism reinforcing member 1 and the wood template 6, reinforcing by adopting a batten 5 and a column hoop 4, splicing the column hoop 4 by adopting double steel pipes, and verifying the degree of fit;
step five, building a BIM model, and performing 1: 1 modeling.
