Keel-free ceiling suspended structure and construction method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of decoration engineering, in particular to a keel-free ceiling structure and a construction method thereof.
Background
The traditional suspended ceiling structure generally comprises three parts, namely a suspender, a keel framework, a veneer and the like; the process flow of the suspended ceiling structure is as follows: firstly, determining a suspender point to install a main keel, installing a main keel and installing a secondary keel; then installing auxiliary keels, installing decorative panels, processing gaps of the gypsum plasterboards, performing putty scraping, and painting for 2 times; and finally, directly mounting inorganic mineral materials and plastics. From the foregoing, it can be seen that there are the following disadvantages to such a suspended ceiling structure: 1. poor environmental protection: from the viewpoint of environmental protection, the coating contains some formaldehyde, and even if the finished surface of the simple indoor gypsum board ceiling is finished by the coating; therefore, the degree of environmental health is hardly satisfactory, and when color is required, paint is used, so that the formaldehyde content is higher. 2. The construction period is long: because the processes of suspended ceiling construction are multiple, the ceiling is threaded from the top, the keel and the hanging plate are installed, putty is scraped, two-layer coating is carried out until the suspended ceiling is finished, the suspended ceiling in one area at least needs 5-7 days, and particularly the last three processes are influenced by weather and temperature and can be prolonged. 3. The safety is not high: one of the important factors for interior decoration and safety considerations, in particular fire safety, is that the plasterboard or other mineral material ceiling itself has fire resistance, but not high fire resistance, and its support is mainly made of two layers of paper, so that the plasterboard is scattered when the paper is burnt, and the danger of roof collapse is easily caused. 4. The cost of labor and materials of the common plasterboard suspended ceiling is between about 200 yuan and 300 yuan, and the price of the modeling suspended ceiling or the stacked suspended ceiling is increased by about 80 yuan per square meter.
