Description

Adhesive remover and application method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a degumming agent and an application method of the degumming agent.
Background
In recent years, in the production or assembly process of 3C products (such as mobile phones, tablet computers or notebook computers), it is often necessary to bond workpieces by an adhesive. For example, glass and metal substrates are bonded by adhesives. However, during the production or assembly of the product, if the product is defective and needs to be reprocessed, the adhesive is usually removed to separate the bonded workpieces. At present, a mechanical separation method is mostly adopted to remove the adhesive between the glass and the aluminum base material, namely, the glass and the aluminum base material are separated forcibly by utilizing mechanical pressing force. However, after mechanical separation, glass will be damaged and then scrapped, and the glue that solidifies still needs to be removed with the help of the manual work use blade on the aluminum base material, and the degree of difficulty is big, consuming time is long and efficiency is lower, still causes the scratch of bumping of substrate easily.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a glue remover and a method for applying the same to solve the above problems.
The adhesive remover comprises the following components in parts by weight: 280-500 parts of alcohol solvent, 1.5-2 parts of auxiliary agent, 220-280 parts of humectant and the balance of water.
A method of applying a degelling agent, the method comprising removing adhesive between two substrates using the degelling agent, wherein each of the substrates is selected from one of a glass substrate and a metal substrate.
The adhesive removing agent disclosed by the invention can effectively remove the adhesive from the base material, is high in adhesive removing efficiency and is not easy to damage the base material. The application method of the adhesive remover can separate two base materials combined by the adhesive without using a mechanical device for separation, has high yield and efficiency of adhesive removal, and has little influence on the appearance and the performance of the base materials.
Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention may be more clearly understood, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, and the described embodiments are merely a subset of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than a complete embodiment. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The invention provides a glue remover in a preferred embodiment, which is used for removing an adhesive on a substrate. The degumming agent comprises, by weight, 280-500 parts of alcohol solvent, 1.5-2 parts of auxiliary agent, 220-280 parts of humectant, 4-6 parts of corrosion inhibitor and the balance of water.
The alcohol solvent comprises at least one of methanol, benzyl alcohol, diethylene glycol, absolute ethyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 4-butanediol, isopropanol and n-butanol, and is used for dissolving the adhesive by promoting molecular bond breakage or by similar intermiscibility.
The auxiliary agent is used for accelerating the dissolution of the adhesive or accelerating the swelling of the adhesive in a similar and compatible mode, so that the dissolving power of the adhesive remover on the adhesive is improved. The auxiliary agent is at least one of limonene, ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, triethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, triethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monopropyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, dimethyl sulfoxide, 2-bromonaphthalene and the like. Preferably, the auxiliary agent may be an ether auxiliary agent.
The humectant is used for slowing down the volatilization of the degumming agent and prolonging the service life of the degumming agent. In one embodiment, the humectant includes 217.5 to 278 parts glycerin, and 2 to 2.5 parts triethanolamine.
In another embodiment, the humectant comprises only 220 and 280 parts glycerin.
In yet another embodiment, the humectant is polyethylene glycol.
The corrosion inhibitor is used for reducing the corrosion of the degumming agent to a base material, and can comprise at least one of Benzotriazole (BTA), imidazole, sodium gluconate, sodium benzoate and potassium gluconate.
It can be understood that for active weak metals and alloys thereof, and stainless steel substrates, the adhesive remover is not prone to corrosion on the substrate, and therefore, the corrosion inhibitor can be omitted, that is, the adhesive remover only comprises an alcohol solvent, an auxiliary agent, a humectant and water. Preferably, the degumming agent comprises, by weight, 280-500 parts of alcohol solvent, 1.5-2 parts of auxiliary agent, 220-280 parts of humectant and the balance of water.
The adhesive remover is suitable for metal base materials such as aluminum materials and the like, glass base materials, stainless steel base materials and the like. The alcohol solvent in the degumming agent can dissolve the adhesive, the auxiliary agent can improve the dissolving power, the humectant can slow down the volatilization of the degumming agent, and meanwhile, the corrosion inhibitor can slow down the corrosion of the degumming agent to a base material. Therefore, the alcohol solvent, the auxiliary agent, the humectant and the corrosion inhibitor in the adhesive remover can effectively remove the adhesive from the base material under the combined action, the adhesive removing efficiency is high, the base material is not easy to damage, and the influence on the appearance and the performance of the base material is small. The adhesive is particularly suitable for dissolving methacrylic resin and methacrylic resin adhesives, the methacrylic resin and methacrylic resin adhesives contain double bonds, and alcohol solvents promote the double bond fracture to generate an activation center, so that the activity of free radicals and free radicals is enhanced, similar intermiscibility is realized, oxygen atoms contained in ether bonds in the auxiliary agents are more easily exposed to molecules, the polarity effect is stronger, and the effect of similar intermiscibility is increased by matching with the alcohol solvents.
