Description

Wax removing water composition, application and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a novel wax removing water composition, application and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The application range of the wax is quite wide, and some products need to be protected by surface protection wax before being used by customers so as to prevent the surfaces of the products from being scratched and the like, such as vehicles and the like, in links such as transportation and the like.
For example, in the production of a mold in the manufacturing industry, a release agent is used, and a release agent is usually used mainly in the form of wax and oil, and wax remains on the surface of the product after the release agent is used, and cleaning is required.
Compared with the wax removal products in the current market, some wax removal products contain nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (environmental hormone), some wax removal products contain strong alkaline substances and the like, and some wax removal products need to be heated in the preparation process. Some use procedures require the use of ultrasound or the like.
Furthermore, some of the wax-removing surfaces are made of organic glass, and the organic glass belongs to acrylic materials, such as a headlight in a vehicle, but the acrylic materials are easy to react with a plurality of substances, so that the wax-removing effect on the organic glass surfaces in the prior art is not ideal.
For example: the publication number is: CN107761120a, publication date is 2018, 3, 6, and chinese patent literature entitled "a de-waxing water for alloy polished work pieces and a method for producing the same" discloses a de-waxing water for alloy polished work pieces. However, in the technical proposal disclosed in the patent document, the wax removing water also comprises nonanylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, which is very not friendly to the environment.
Also for example: chinese patent document with publication number CN 109370801a, publication date 2019, month 2 and 22, entitled "a method for cleaning wax for glass and bonding wax" discloses a wax-removing water for glass. However, in the technical proposal disclosed in the patent document, the wax removing water is required to be matched with ultrasonic cleaning, and the use and the operation are inconvenient.
For another example: chinese patent publication No. CN 107118854a, publication date 2017, 9, 1, entitled "acidic dewaxed water composition" discloses an acidic dewaxed water composition. However, in the technical solution disclosed in the patent document, since the acid substance is contained, the acid substance is easily in direct contact with a user during use, and is harmful to human health, and adversely affects the skin.
Based on this, it is desirable to have a wax-removing water composition that is simple to prepare, safe to transport and store, and free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs for short).
