Claims (7)
1. A pottery clay burning container with a built-in rare earth material is characterized in that: the formula comprises the following components: kaolin, quartz sand, feldspar, mica, alumina, kieselguhr, attapulgite and tourmaline ore, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows: 35-45 parts of kaolin, 8-15 parts of quartz sand, 10-15 parts of feldspar, 8-15 parts of mica, 3-5 parts of alumina, 10-15 parts of diatomite, 10-15 parts of attapulgite and 4-8 parts of tourmaline ore.
2. A processing method of a pottery clay firing container internally provided with rare earth materials comprises the following steps of firstly, selecting raw materials; step two, mixing and crushing; step three, soaking and precipitating; step four, pugging; step five, blank drawing and forming; step six, engraving and carving; step seven, firing and forming; the method is characterized in that:
in the first step, the components are selected according to the following weight parts: weighing raw materials of 35-45 parts of kaolin, 8-15 parts of quartz sand, 10-15 parts of feldspar, 8-15 parts of mica, 3-5 parts of alumina, 10-15 parts of diatomite, 10-15 parts of attapulgite and 4-8 parts of tourmaline ore;
in the second step, the soil materials selected in the first step are added into a crusher together, and the crusher works to crush and mill the soil materials to obtain mixed argil powder;
placing the mixed argil powder obtained in the step two into a tank, adding a proper amount of water for soaking, then manually stirring to form slurry, standing and precipitating the slurry, removing water on the upper layer of the slurry after precipitating for 30 minutes, and evaporating and drying the slurry to form a mud block with the water content of 20-35%;
in the fourth step, the mud blocks obtained in the third step are added into a vacuum mud stirring machine for kneading and stirring to obtain spiral ceramic mud;
in the fifth step, making the clay refined in the fourth step into a greenware by a professional pottery making worker, placing the formed greenware into a cool and dry closed space, airing the greenware until the water content is 12-18%, and then trimming the greenware to make the greenware smooth and flat;
in the sixth step, corresponding pattern patterns are engraved on the repaired blank body, and the blank body is polished by calendaring after the engraving;
and seventhly, placing the carved ceramic blank into a kiln, controlling the temperature and the time for firing, taking the fired container out of the kiln, removing dust and polishing to obtain the finished product pottery clay firing container.
3. A method for processing a pot made of clay with a rare earth material inside according to claim 2, wherein: and in the second step, the mixed argil is mixed, crushed and ground, and then filtered through a 50-mesh sieve plate.
4. A method for processing a pot made of clay with a rare earth material inside according to claim 2, wherein: and in the third step, filtering by using a filter screen in the soaking process of the mixed argil to remove impurities.
5. A method for processing a pot made of clay with a rare earth material inside according to claim 2, wherein: and in the fifth step, wood chips, wood rods or iron wire trimming tools are adopted for trimming the greenware to adjust the thickness of the greenware and properly shape the greenware.
6. A method for processing a pot made of clay with a rare earth material inside according to claim 2, wherein: the stirring speed in the third step is 200 rpm.
7. A method for processing a pot made of clay with a rare earth material inside according to claim 2, wherein: the process of firing the greenware in the seventh step comprises the following steps: firstly, firing the greenware for four to five hours by using small fire, then firing the greenware for five to six hours by using medium fire, then firing for 18 hours by using big fire, stopping supplying fire when the temperature in the kiln reaches 800 to 900 ℃, finally, firing for three hours, starting to seal the kiln, ending to seal the kiln after sealing the flue, and stewing for five days.
