Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of glass manufacturing, in particular to a scratch-resistant high-strength screen glass cover plate which comprises the following raw materials: quartz sand, calcite, sodium phosphate, zinc oxide, antimony trioxide, calcium oxide, sodium oxide, yttrium oxide, germanium dioxide, boron oxide, lanthanum oxide, a tackifier, a plasticizer and a photosensitizer. The invention also comprises a preparation method of the scratch-resistant high-strength screen glass cover plate, the high-strength screen glass cover plate provided by the invention has excellent mechanical strength due to the synergistic effect of the raw materials such as quartz sand, calcite and sodium phosphate, and meanwhile, the wear-resistant coating liquid is sprayed on the surface of the glass cover plate, so that the glass cover plate is not easily scratched, the scratch-resistant and wear-resistant performances of the glass cover plate are improved, and the high-strength screen glass cover plate is suitable for popularization.

A preparation method of a scratch-resistant high-strength screen glass cover plate comprises the following steps:
s1, crushing the raw materials according to the proportion, drying, uniformly mixing, and melting to form molten glass, wherein the melting temperature is 1650-1720 ℃;
s2, preparing plate-shaped glass from the molten glass and carrying out annealing treatment;
s3, cutting, grinding and polishing the annealed glass plate, cleaning the surface of the glass plate, heating to 400-420 ℃, preserving heat for 0.5-1h, and then placing the glass plate in a molten potassium nitrate solution at 500-550 ℃, preserving heat for 10-12 h, and carrying out primary ion exchange;
s4, taking out the glass plate after the primary ion exchange, cooling to 290 ℃ at 250-; cooling to room temperature after secondary ion exchange;
and S5, cleaning the surface of the glass plate again, spraying wear-resistant coating liquid on the surface of the glass plate by using a spraying machine, and transferring the glass plate into an oven to be baked and cured into a protective film layer, thus obtaining the scratch-resistant high-strength screen glass cover plate.
Preferably, in step S5, the X-axis moving speed of the spraying machine is 600-720mm/S, the baking temperature of the oven is 160-175 ℃, and the baking curing time is 40-55 min.
Preferably, the wear-resistant coating liquid is a mixed coating liquid of SiC nano particles and petroleum ether according to the mass ratio of 10: 1.

s3, cutting, grinding and polishing the annealed glass plate, cleaning the surface of the glass plate, heating to 400 ℃, preserving heat for 0.5h, and then placing the glass plate in a molten potassium nitrate solution at 500 ℃ for preserving heat for 10 h to perform primary ion exchange;
