At present, when a container is in a universal port on a shore bridge, the container is lifted to the upper part of a container truck or the container truck is lifted to a ship by a single lifting trolley, and the problem that the efficiency is low because a crane (the shore bridge or the yard bridge) is deviated from the position of the container and a lifting appliance cannot well grab the container is frequently encountered at present.
To the above-mentioned problem, among the solutions that exist among the prior art, the angle that the hoist that possesses the hoist function of verting verts is generally about 5, and the scope that can cover is less relatively, only can accomplish the case of grabbing at the position that hoist and container relative position are close. And adopt the cart to inching the complete machine and can make hoist short distance translation carry out to the case operation, because the cart needs to inching the operation many times, frequently inching the cart has increased the loading and unloading operation time to the motor loss and the oil consumption of hoist cart mechanism have been increased. And the whole equipment can be in a shaking state during operation, so that the service life of a metal mechanism of the crane is shortened, and the comfort of an equipment operator is also reduced. In addition, the lifting appliance upper frame with the transverse triggering function is adopted, so that the load is increased for the whole machine design, the operation environment of the upper frame is severe, the box is greatly impacted when being grabbed and placed, and fault points can be added for the crane.
