Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present invention in its various embodiments. However, the technical solution claimed in the present invention can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention relates to a charging method applied to a smart terminal, which includes but is not limited to a smart phone and a smart wearable device. The method includes steps 101 to 103.
Step 101: and respectively initiating charging connection authentication requests based on digital keys to the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle so that the target charging pile can determine whether the user requesting charging is a legal user of the target charging pile or not, and the target charging vehicle can determine whether the user is a legal user of the target charging vehicle or not.
Can be provided with the vehicle APP that charges among the intelligent terminal, when the user need charge for the vehicle, can open this APP. The user can register the user that charges in advance in this APP to set up the private person who binds with this user that charges and fill electric pile and private car. Wherein, the electric pile and the vehicle that charge that bind with this user of charging can be one or more. A charging user needs to bind at least one charging pile and a vehicle under the default condition.
In this embodiment, before initiating a charging connection authentication request based on a digital key to the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle in step 101, the method further includes: determining whether the intelligent terminal is in an online state, if so, requesting the cloud server to issue a digital key to perform charging connection authentication, and updating the digital key stored in a security white box of the intelligent terminal; and if the intelligent terminal is in an off-line state, acquiring the digital key for charging connection authentication from the security white box.
Here, the digital key includes a digital key of a charging pile of a charging user and a digital key of a vehicle. The manner of generating the digital key is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein. When the charging APP is opened, if the intelligent terminal is in an online state, the intelligent terminal requests the cloud server to generate an updated digital key in real time, and charging connection authentication is initiated based on the updated digital key, so that the charging connection authentication has high safety; if the intelligent terminal is in an offline state, the digital key stored in the intelligent terminal security white box is acquired for charging connection authentication, the intelligent terminal can request the cloud server to issue the updated digital key when networking is successful each time and charging connection authentication is executed in the online state, and the digital key stored in the security white box is updated based on the updated digital key, so that the digital key in the security white box also has higher security. It can be understood that the digital key can also be stored in a security black box and a security gray box of the intelligent terminal, so as to ensure the security of the digital key.
In step 101, a charging connection authentication request process based on a digital key is initiated to a target charging pile as follows:
firstly, the charging pile to be connected (namely, the target charging pile) is determined, and the target charging pile can be automatically set by an APP (application program) or manually set by a user. The intelligent terminal can perform charging connection authentication with the target charging pile Bluetooth module through the Bluetooth module, and the wireless communication mode between the intelligent terminal and the charging pile is not particularly limited by the implementation mode. If the intelligent terminal is connected with the target charging pile for the first time, the intelligent terminal and the target charging pile verify the Bluetooth pairing code, and the charging pile digital key verification is carried out after the Bluetooth pairing code verification is successful. The intelligent terminal and the target charging pile can synchronize the digital key of the charging pile by using a pseudo-random number + digital key exchange mode, so that the verification of the digital key of the charging pile is completed, the session key is negotiated after the verification of the digital key of the charging pile is successful, if the negotiation is failed, the Bluetooth connection is disconnected, and if the negotiation is successful, the Bluetooth safety communication connection based on the session key is established.
In step 101, the charging connection authentication process between the intelligent terminal and the target charging vehicle is similar to the charging connection authentication process between the intelligent terminal and the target charging pile, and is not described herein again. When the Bluetooth safety communication connection is established between the intelligent terminal and the target charging pile, the user requesting charging is represented as a legal user of the target charging pile, and similarly, when the Bluetooth safety communication connection is established between the intelligent terminal and the target charging vehicle, the user requesting charging is represented as a legal user of the target charging vehicle, if the user is the target charging pile and the legal user of the target charging vehicle, the target charging vehicle and the target charging pile are bound to the same charging user, and the target charging pile can charge the target charging vehicle.
Step 102: and if the user is a legal user of the target charging pile, controlling the target charging pile to unlock.
The control of the unlocking of the target charging pile may mean that the target charging pile automatically unlocks when the user is determined to be a legal user.
Step 103: and if the user is a legal user of the target charging vehicle and the target charging pile is unlocked, controlling the target charging vehicle to execute preset charging preparation operation.
Wherein, the communication between intelligent terminal and target charging stake and the target vehicle that charges is all based on bluetooth safety communication connection and is gone on to the security of the operation of charging has been ensured. In step 103, the preset charge preparation operation is, for example, opening the vehicle charge flap.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent terminal respectively performs charging connection authentication with the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle, so that the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle can confirm whether a user requesting charging is a legal user, and if the user is the legal user of the target charging pile, the target charging pile can be automatically unlocked; if the user is a legal user of the target charging vehicle and the target charging pile is unlocked, the target charging vehicle can automatically open the vehicle charging opening cover so as to prepare for the user to execute the charging action. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention not only can verify the matching of the charging pile and the charging vehicle during charging so as to ensure the charging legality and safety, but also can simplify the charging operation and improve the charging convenience.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a charging method. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes steps 201 to 204.
Step 201: and respectively initiating charging connection authentication requests based on digital keys to the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle so that the target charging pile can determine whether the user requesting charging is a legal user of the target charging pile or not, and the target charging vehicle can determine whether the user is a legal user of the target charging vehicle or not.
Step 202: and if the user is a legal user of the target charging pile, controlling the target charging pile to unlock.
Step 201 and step 202 of this embodiment are the same as step 101 and step 102, respectively, and are not described herein again.
Step 203: and if the user is a legal user of the target charging vehicle and the target charging pile is unlocked, acquiring identification information of the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle.
Step 204: and if the target charging pile is determined to be matched with the target charging vehicle according to the identification information, controlling the target charging vehicle to execute a preset charging preparation operation.
Here, the identification information of the target charging pile may be a charging pile serial number, and the identification information of the target charging vehicle may be a vehicle frame number. The matching of the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle means that the target charging pile belongs to the specified charging pile type of the target charging vehicle, or the target charging vehicle belongs to the chargeable vehicle type of the target charging pile. Wherein, fill electric pile and charging vehicle's corresponding relation and can save in the APP that charges. The intelligent terminal determines the type of the target charging pile according to the identification information of the target charging pile, determines the type of the target charging vehicle according to the identification information of the target charging vehicle, determines whether the target charging pile is matched with the target charging vehicle or not according to the corresponding relation of the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle, and controls the target charging vehicle to open a vehicle charging opening cover when the target charging pile is matched with the target charging vehicle.
In some examples, if the target charging post matches the target charging vehicle or the target charging post is unlocked and the user is a legitimate user of the target charging vehicle, the user may be prompted that the target charging post is ready for charging. The completion of the charging preparation of the target charging pile may mean that the target charging pile has entered a chargeable state. The charging preparation of the target charging pile can be prompted to be completed to a user through the intelligent terminal, and in some examples, the charging preparation of the target charging pile can be indicated through an indicator lamp on the target charging pile. If the target charging pile is matched with the target charging vehicle, the intelligent terminal can control the target charging pile to enter a chargeable state, if the target charging pile is not matched with the target charging vehicle, the intelligent terminal can control the target charging pile to enter a non-chargeable state, and meanwhile, the user is prompted that the target charging pile is not matched with the target charging vehicle and cannot be charged.
In some examples, if the user is a legitimate user of the target charging vehicle and the target charging post is unlocked, before controlling the target charging vehicle to perform the preset charging preparation operation, the method further includes: and after the control command sent by the target charging pile is judged to be received, the step of controlling the target charging vehicle to execute preset charging preparation operation is carried out.
After the target charging pile enters a chargeable state, a user can press a switch button of the charging gun head to start the charging gun. At this moment, the target charging pile can detect a starting signal, generate a control instruction and send the control instruction to the intelligent terminal through the Bluetooth safety communication connection between the target charging pile and the intelligent terminal. The intelligent terminal forwards the control command to the target charging vehicle, and the control command is used for controlling the vehicle to open the charging port cover. And the target charging vehicle automatically opens the charging opening cover after receiving the control instruction. It can be understood that the control instruction for opening the vehicle charging port cover can also be generated by the intelligent terminal after receiving the starting signal sent by the target charging pile, and sent to the target charging vehicle.
In the embodiment, after the target charging pile is unlocked and the user is a legal user of the target charging vehicle, whether the target charging pile is matched with the target charging vehicle or not is continuously judged, when the target charging pile is matched with the target charging vehicle, the target charging pile is prompted to complete charging preparation, at the moment, the target charging pile enters a chargeable state, the user can operate a charging gun to start charging, in addition, after the target charging pile detects a charging gun starting signal, the intelligent terminal controls the target charging vehicle to automatically open a vehicle charging opening cover, and therefore the charging operation is smooth and the safety is high. It will be understood that in actual practice, some steps may be omitted or the order of the steps may be adjusted as appropriate.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent terminal respectively performs charging connection authentication with the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle, so that the target charging pile and the target charging vehicle can confirm whether a user requesting charging is a legal user, if the user is the legal user of the target charging pile, the target charging pile can be automatically unlocked, and if the user is the legal user of the target charging vehicle and the target charging pile is unlocked, the target charging vehicle can automatically open a vehicle charging opening cover so as to prepare for the user to execute charging action. Moreover, the implementation mode can further prompt a user that the charging preparation of the target charging pile is completed, or the charging is allowed when the target charging pile is matched with the target charging vehicle, and meanwhile, the target charging vehicle can be controlled to open the vehicle charging opening cover after the target charging pile detects the charging gun starting signal. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention not only can verify the matching of the charging pile and the charging vehicle during charging so as to ensure the charging legality and safety, but also can simplify the charging operation and improve the charging convenience.
The third embodiment of the invention relates to a charging method which is applied to a charging pile. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes steps 301 and 302.
Step 301: and when receiving a charging connection authentication request based on a digital key from the intelligent terminal, performing charging connection authentication with the intelligent terminal to determine whether the user requesting charging is a legal user of the charging pile.
The charging connection authentication method between the intelligent terminal and the charging pile in step 301 is the same as that in step 101 of the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 302: and if the user is a legal user of the charging pile, unlocking the charging pile.
Before the charging pile is unlocked in step 302, the method further includes:
judging whether the current self state is a chargeable state; if the charging gun is in a chargeable state, judging whether the charging gun is taken down; if the charging gun is taken down, the step of unlocking the charging pile is started, and if the charging gun is not taken down, the step of unlocking the charging pile is started again when the charging gun is detected to be taken down. In which, whether the charging gun is removed or not may be detected by a detection mechanism, for example, the detection mechanism is used to send an electrical signal when the charging gun is removed, and the detection mechanism is not particularly limited in this embodiment. Whether the rifle that charges is taken off through detecting to electric pile is filled in the unblock after discerning user's the operation of charging, is favorable to improving the security of the operation of charging.
In some examples, after unlocking the charging post, the method further includes: and when the starting signal is received, sending a control instruction to the target charging vehicle through the intelligent terminal so as to control the target charging vehicle to execute preset charging preparation operation. Wherein the activation signal is, for example, that an activation button on the charging gun is pressed.
After unlocking the charging pile, judging whether the charging pile is in a charging state currently or not when the charging pile is detected to be disconnected with the intelligent terminal; when the battery is not in a charging state, the battery is automatically locked. Here, when detecting that the Bluetooth safety communication connection between the charging pile and the intelligent terminal is disconnected, the charging pile detects whether the charging pile is in a charging state, if the charging pile is not in the charging state, the charging pile can be automatically locked, and if the charging pile is in the charging state, the charging pile continues to be charged until the charging task is automatically locked after being completed.
Compared with the prior art, the charging pile responds to the charging connection authentication request of the intelligent terminal to determine whether the user is a legal user or not, and the user is automatically unlocked after the user is determined to be the legal user, so that charging legality and charging safety can be guaranteed, charging operation can be simplified, and charging convenience is improved.

Step 401: and when receiving a charging connection authentication request based on the digital key from the intelligent terminal, performing charging connection authentication with the intelligent terminal to determine whether the user requesting charging is a legal user of the vehicle.
The charging connection authentication method between the vehicle and the intelligent terminal in step 401 corresponds to the same method as that in step 101 of the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 402: if the user is a legal user of the vehicle and the target charging pile sent by the intelligent terminal is unlocked, executing preset charging preparation operation; and the target charging pile is unlocked when the user is a legal user.
Wherein the predetermined charge preparation operation includes, but is not limited to, opening the charge flap. In this embodiment, before the preset charge preparation operation is performed, the method may further include: receiving a control instruction sent by a target charging pile through an intelligent terminal; and executing preset charging preparation operation according to the control instruction. The control instruction is generated after the target charging pile detects a start signal, for example, the start signal is generated when a user presses a start button of a charging gun.
Compared with the prior art, the vehicle responds to the charging connection authentication request of the intelligent terminal to determine whether the user is a legal user, and after the user is determined to be the legal user and the charging pile is unlocked, the preset charging preparation operation can be executed under the control of the intelligent terminal, so that the charging legality and the charging safety can be ensured, the charging operation can be simplified, and the charging convenience is improved.
