Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to a method and a system for controlling opening of an oil filler cover and a vehicle.
Technical Field
With the upgrading of emission regulations, the normal-pressure fuel tank adopted on the traditional fuel oil automobile can not meet the emission requirements of the extended range automobile. Therefore, the range-extended vehicle must adopt a system scheme of a pressure fuel tank.
Because the internal pressure of the fuel tank of the pressure fuel tank is greater than the ambient atmospheric pressure, if a user directly opens the fuel filler cap, fuel steam in the fuel tank can be directly sprayed out, accidents are easy to cause, and serious potential safety hazards exist. Therefore, in the existing method, after a refueling request of a user is received, the pressure of the oil tank is firstly released, when the internal pressure of the oil tank is equal to the ambient atmospheric pressure, the fuel filler cap is unlocked, the user is allowed to open, otherwise, the fuel filler cap is not unlocked, and the user cannot open the fuel filler cap.
However, in the existing scheme, due to the lack of a fault judgment feedback mechanism, when a fault occurs, no matter whether the fault affects the use safety, the oil filler cover is not unlocked by default, and a user cannot open the oil filler cover, so that fuel cannot be filled and only rescue can be waited. User complaints are easily caused and unnecessary waste and loss of time are caused.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application discloses a method for controlling opening of a fuel filler cap, which includes the steps of:
step S11, receiving a refueling request instruction;
specifically, a user inputs an oil filling request signal through a key, and a Body Control Module (BCM) converts the oil filling request signal from a physical signal into a pressure relief electric signal and transmits the pressure relief electric signal to an Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
And step S12, controlling a stop valve of an oil tank of the automobile to be opened to enable the oil tank to be decompressed.
Specifically, ECU receives the pressure release signal of telecommunication that BCM sent, and control oil tank stop valve opens, makes the oil tank begin the pressure release to note the pressure release time of oil tank, through the inside pressure of pressure sensor real-time supervision oil tank simultaneously, feed back to ECU and judge.
Step S13 is a step of detecting the open state of the shutoff valve of the fuel tank, and if the detection result is the open state, step S14 is performed, and if the detection result is the closed state, step S15 is performed, and then step S20 is performed.
Step S14, determining whether the pressure relief time of the oil tank is within the preset maximum pressure relief time, if yes, performing step S16, and if yes, performing step S17, and then performing step S18.
Specifically, the preset maximum pressure relief time is obtained by repeatedly calibrating the normal pressure relief time in different environments, in this embodiment, the preset maximum pressure relief time is T, T is greater than or equal to 12s (second) and less than or equal to 15s (second), and under a normal condition, the pressure in the oil tank can reach a normal range within the preset maximum pressure relief time.
And step S15, lighting the fault prompting lamp.
And step S16, confirming whether the pressure value of the oil tank is in a preset pressure value range, if so, executing step S19, and if not, returning to step S14.
Specifically, the preset pressure value range is P1, (P0-3) kPa not less than P1 not less than (P0+5) kPa, P0 is the current atmospheric pressure, and if the pressure value in the oil tank is (P0-3) kPa to (P0+5) kPa, the pressure value of the oil tank is considered to be in the preset pressure value range.
And step S17, lighting the fault prompting lamp.
Step S18 is to confirm the open state of the shutoff valve of the fuel tank, and if the confirmation result is the open state, step S19 is performed, and if the confirmation result is no, step S20 is performed.
Although the open state of the tank shutoff valve has been detected in step S13, even if the detection result in step S13 is an open state, the tank shutoff valve may close due to a failure or the like during the tank pressure release process, and it is not certain that the tank shutoff valve is always open for a predetermined pressure release time. Therefore, when the pressure relief time of the oil tank exceeds the preset maximum pressure relief time, the opening state of the stop valve of the oil tank is further confirmed, if the stop valve of the oil tank is confirmed to be in the opening state at the moment, the pressure in the oil tank can be shown to be in a relatively safe pressure value range when the stop valve of the oil tank is confirmed to be in the opening state all the time within the preset pressure relief time, and therefore the oil filler cap can be controlled to be opened for a user to fill the oil without waiting for the user. And step S19, controlling the oil filler cap to unlock.
Specifically, when the result of the step S16 is yes, the ECU feeds back a pressure release completion signal to the BCM, and the BCM controls the fuel filler cap to unlock after receiving the pressure release completion signal fed back by the ECU, so that the user can fuel the vehicle. Or when the result of the step S18 is yes, the ECU feeds back a pressure release completion signal to the BCM, and the BCM controls the fuel filler cap to unlock after receiving the pressure release completion signal fed back by the ECU, so that the user can fuel the vehicle.
And step S20, controlling the oil filler cap to keep locked.
Specifically, when the detection result of step S13 is the closed state, the ECU directly feeds back a pressure release failure signal to the BCM, and the BCM controls the filler cap not to be unlocked after receiving the pressure release failure signal fed back by the ECU, so that the filler cap remains locked, and the user is not allowed to fill the oil. Or when the confirmation result of the step S18 is that the pressure release is closed, the ECU directly feeds back a pressure release failure signal to the BCM, and the BCM controls the filler cap not to be unlocked after receiving the pressure release failure signal fed back by the ECU, so that the filler cap is locked, and the user is not allowed to fill the oil.
Generally, in a preset maximum pressure relief time, the pressure in the oil tank can be reduced to be within a preset pressure value range, but if a pressure detection device (such as a pressure sensor) breaks down, the detected result is that the pressure value in the oil tank is still outside the preset pressure range even if the preset maximum pressure relief time is exceeded, at this moment, if according to the prior art, although the fault does not relate to a safety problem, a user still cannot unlock the oil filling port cover, oil cannot be filled, and the time of the user is wasted.
This application is when breaking down, judges this trouble earlier and can not lead to the safety problem, if there is the security problem, still does not unblock, guarantees user safety, if there is not the security problem, just allows the user to open the filler cap, but instrument trouble lamp is often bright, and the instrument suggestion user can use temporarily, nevertheless needs maintain as early as possible, avoids causing unnecessary time waste and loss.
In the existing control method, if the stop valve is in failure, the instrument needs to prompt after 30 seconds. During this time, the user may mistakenly think that the key is out of order and repeat the pressure relief request. The situation that the software is blocked easily occurs. However, if the stop valve is in failure, the failure can be directly displayed in the technology. The possibility of misoperation of the user is reduced. The control time of the present technique does not exceed 20 s. The working time of the system is greatly shortened. Therefore, the efficiency of network communication of the whole vehicle is improved.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the application also discloses a fuel filler cover opening control system, which comprises a receiving unit 100, a first control unit 200, a detection unit 300 and a second control unit 400.
Specifically, the receiving unit 100 receives a refueling request instruction input by a user and sends the refueling request instruction to the first control unit 200, and after receiving the refueling request instruction, the first control unit 200 controls the stop valve of the oil tank of the automobile to open, so that the oil tank is depressurized, calculates the depressurization time of the oil tank, and detects the open state of the stop valve of the oil tank through the detecting unit 300. The second control unit 400 is configured to determine whether to unlock the filler cap according to a pressure value in the oil tank when it is determined that the pressure relief time of the oil tank is within a preset maximum pressure relief time; and when the pressure relief time of the oil tank is confirmed to be beyond the preset maximum pressure relief time, confirming the opening state of the stop valve of the oil tank again, and determining whether to unlock the oil filler cap according to a confirmation result.
Further, the second control unit 400 includes a determining unit, a first control subunit, a confirming subunit and a second control subunit, where the determining unit is configured to further determine whether the pressure value of the oil tank is within a preset pressure value range when it is determined that the pressure relief time of the oil tank is within a preset maximum pressure relief time; the first control subunit is used for unlocking the oil filler cover if the judgment result is yes; and if the judgment result is negative, repeatedly determining whether the pressure relief time of the oil tank is within the preset maximum pressure relief time. The confirming subunit is used for confirming the opening state of the stop valve of the oil tank again when confirming that the pressure relief time of the oil tank is beyond the preset maximum pressure relief time; the second control subunit is used for controlling the oil filler cap to unlock after confirming that the valve stop valve of the oil tank is in an open state; and keeping the oil filler cap locked after confirming that the valve stop valve of the oil tank is in a closed state.
In order to prompt the user in time when a fault occurs, the system of the embodiment further includes an alarm unit 500, after the stop valve of the oil tank of the automobile is controlled to be opened, if the stop valve of the oil tank is detected to be in a closed state, or when the pressure relief time of the oil tank is confirmed to exceed the preset maximum pressure relief time, the alarm unit 500 gives an alarm, and the alarm can be prompted through a display device, a sound device or a light device,
correspondingly, the embodiment of the application also discloses a vehicle, which comprises the oil filler cover, and the vehicle adopts the oil filler cover opening control method to control the opening of the oil filler cover of the vehicle.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered within the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
