本发明公开一种带有保温功能的铝板装置，包括防腐层、外铝板、隔断层一、保温层一、隔断层二、保温层二、内铝板和固定接头。本发明在保温的设计上增加了很多的改进，使得铝板具有保温功能，从而有效的解决了不保温的问题；本发明具有多重保护设置，能够有效提高铝板的使用寿命；本发明安装方便，能够有效提高铝板的安装效率；本发明结构简单，使用方便，便于后期的维修或保养，同时，易制作，易推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝板制造技术领域，具体涉及一种带有保温功能的铝板装置。
背景技术
铝板是把厚度在0.2mm以上至500mm以下，200mm宽度以上，长度16m以内的铝材料称之为铝板材或者铝片材，0.2mm以下为铝材，200mm宽度以内为排材或者条材(当然随着大设备的进步,最宽可做到600mm的铝板也比较多)。铝板是指用铝锭轧制加工而成的矩形板材，分为纯铝板，合金铝板，薄铝板，中厚铝板，花纹铝板。现有的铝板的功能很多，但是对于铝板的保温的改进却很少，使得现有铝板的使用寿命较短。
因此，一种带有保温功能的铝板装置亟待研究。
发明内容
为全面实现上述目的，针对现有技术所存在的不足提供了一种带有保温功能的铝板装置。
为实现以上目的，本发明采用以下技术手段：
一种带有保温功能的铝板装置，包括防腐层、外铝板、隔断层一、保温层一、隔断层二、保温层二、内铝板，所述防腐层设置于外铝板顶端与外铝板连接，所述外铝板设置于隔断层一顶端与隔断层一连接，所述隔断层一设置于保温层一顶端与保温层一连接，所述保温层一设置于隔断层二顶端与隔断层二连接，所述隔断层二设置于保温层二顶端与保温层二连接，所述保温层二设置于内铝板顶端与内铝板连接，所述内铝板的底端还设置有固定接头，所述固定接头与内铝板连接。
进一步的，所述防腐层为防腐漆涂料。
进一步的，所述隔断层一和隔断层二为空心铝板。
进一步的，所述保温层一和保温层二由泡沫材料制成。
进一步的，所述固定接头设有多组。
进一步的，所述固定接头与内铝板一体制造而成。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
本发明在保温的设计上增加了很多的改进，使得铝板具有保温功能，从而有效的解决了不保温的问题；本发明具有多重保护设置，能够有效提高铝板的使用寿命；本发明安装方便，能够有效提高铝板的安装效率；本发明结构简单，使用方便，便于后期的维修或保养，同时，易制作，易推广。

如图1所示，本发明提供了一种带有保温功能的铝板装置，包括防腐层1、外铝板2、隔断层一3、保温层一4、隔断层二5、保温层二6、内铝板7，所述防腐层1设置于外铝板2顶端与外铝板2连接，所述外铝板2设置于隔断层一3顶端与隔断层一3连接，所述隔断层一3设置于保温层一4顶端与保温层一4连接，所述保温层一4设置于隔断层二5顶端与隔断层二5连接，所述隔断层二5设置于保温层二6顶端与保温层二6连接，所述保温层二6设置于内铝板7顶端与内铝板7连接，所述内铝板7的底端还设置有固定接头8，所述固定接头8与内铝板7连接。
优选的，防腐层1为防腐漆涂料；隔断层一3和隔断层二5为空心铝板；保温层一4和保温层二6由泡沫材料制成；固定接头8设有多组；固定接头8与内铝板7一体制造而成。

1.一种带有保温功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，包括防腐层（1）、外铝板（2）、隔断层一（3）、保温层一（4）、隔断层二（5）、保温层二（6）、内铝板（7），所述防腐层（1）设置于外铝板（2）顶端与外铝板（2）连接，所述外铝板（2）设置于隔断层一（3）顶端与隔断层一（3）连接，所述隔断层一（3）设置于保温层一（4）顶端与保温层一（4）连接，所述保温层一（4）设置于隔断层二（5）顶端与隔断层二（5）连接，所述隔断层二（5）设置于保温层二（6）顶端与保温层二（6）连接，所述保温层二（6）设置于内铝板（7）顶端与内铝板（7）连接，所述内铝板（7）的底端还设置有固定接头（8），所述固定接头（8）与内铝板（7）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有保温功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述防腐层（1）为防腐漆涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有保温功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述隔断层一（3）和隔断层二（5）为空心铝板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有保温功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述保温层一（4）和保温层二（6）由泡沫材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有保温功能的铝板装置，其特征在于，所述固定接头（8）设有多组。
