Abstract

本发明公开了一种波纹状瓦楞原纸机械滚压方法,通过滚压装置将上层瓦楞原纸与中层瓦楞原纸滚压成波纹状后涂胶,由成型装置中的压辊将上层瓦楞原纸、中层瓦楞原纸以及通过传输辊传输的底层瓦楞原纸干燥定型,滚压装置包括上下两组瓦楞辊;下方瓦楞辊的辊齿设置有凹槽,通过凹槽与上方瓦楞辊的辊齿将配合将瓦楞原纸滚压成波纹状;滚压装置一侧还设置涂胶装置;涂胶装置将粘胶涂胶至凹槽中。本发明的方法通过将瓦楞辊的辊齿设置有凹槽,区别于现有通过辊齿直接挤压原纸成型;通过凹槽反向挤压成型,直接通过涂胶装置将黏胶涂入凹槽内使得成型的波纹状瓦楞原纸的谷峰处粘有黏胶,一次成型,无需清糊器对瓦楞辊清糊,减少机械损耗,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明尤其涉及一种波纹状瓦楞原纸机械滚压方法。
背景技术
目前,瓦楞纸板生产是将各原纸预热涂胶后进行粘合,然后烘干裁切,在裁切后进行码垛,原纸的加热和粘合的效果直接影响到纸板的质量,通过蒸汽加热辊加热,使得辊面的温度无法得到精确的控制,并容易造成热能的流失,在对单面瓦楞纸和双面瓦楞纸进行上。
现有的瓦楞原纸机械滚压利用辊齿直接的间隙将原纸挤压成型通过涂胶辊将黏胶涂在瓦楞纸的谷峰处,然后在通过清糊器对瓦楞辊进行清糊后旋转使用,每次清糊后容易对瓦楞辊的旋转方向上施加偏移的动力,增加了涂胶的损耗同时增加了涂胶的步骤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题简化涂胶的步骤,提高一种一次成型,无需清糊器对瓦楞辊清糊,减少机械损耗,提高生产效率的波纹状瓦楞原纸机械滚压方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,包括以下步骤:一种波纹状瓦楞原纸机械滚压方法,通过滚压装置将上层瓦楞原纸与中层瓦楞原纸滚压成波纹状后涂胶,再由成型装置中的压辊将上层瓦楞原纸、中层瓦楞原纸以及通过传输辊传输的底层瓦楞原纸干燥定型,所述滚压装置包括上下两组瓦楞辊;下方所述瓦楞辊的辊齿设置有凹槽,通过凹槽与上方瓦楞辊的辊齿将配合将瓦楞原纸滚压成波纹状;所述滚压装置一侧还设置涂胶装置;所述涂胶装置将粘胶涂胶至凹槽中。
进一步的,所述滚压装置还包括设置在上下两组瓦楞辊下侧的贴底原纸传输辊;所述贴底原纸传输辊的旋转方向与上方瓦楞辊的旋转方向相同,与下方所述瓦楞辊的旋转方向相反,贴底原纸传输辊将上方涂胶的瓦楞原纸黏贴在滚压成波纹状的瓦楞原纸的下方。
再进一步的,所述涂胶装置包括壳体、储胶室以及限位装置;所述限位装置两侧通过螺栓固定在壳体上;所述壳体内部容置黏胶的储胶室;所述储胶室上方通过弹簧固定连接限位装置;所述限位装置还设置旋转部。
特别的,所述储胶室下方设置呈圆弧状;圆弧状所述储胶室下方设置流胶孔,通过下方所述瓦楞辊旋转的辊齿触碰储胶室下方,通过辊齿对储胶室挤压将粘胶从储胶室的流胶孔中挤出至凹槽中。
更进一步的,所述成型装置包括压辊、干燥装置以及传输装置;所述压辊带动传输装置将三层粘结在一起的瓦楞原纸定向传输;所述传输装置下方还设置干燥装置;所述干燥装置为蒸汽加热器,通过提供热量蒸发水分使得粘合剂糊化粘合。
有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明的方法通过将瓦楞辊的辊齿设置有凹槽,区别于现有通过辊齿直接挤压原纸成型;通过凹槽反向挤压成型,直接通过涂胶装置将黏胶涂入凹槽内使得成型的波纹状瓦楞原纸的谷峰处粘有黏胶,一次成型,无需清糊器对瓦楞辊清糊,减少机械损耗,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式

如图1、2、3、4所示,一种波纹状瓦楞原纸机械滚压方法,通过滚压装置1将上层瓦楞原纸A与中层瓦楞原纸B滚压成波纹状后涂胶,再由成型装置中的压辊2将上层瓦楞原纸A、中层瓦楞原纸B以及通过传输辊3传输的底层瓦楞原纸C干燥定型,滚压装置1包括上下两组瓦楞辊;下方瓦楞辊1-1的辊齿设置有凹槽1-3,通过凹槽与上方瓦楞辊1-2的辊齿将配合将瓦楞原纸滚压成波纹状;滚压装置1一侧还设置涂胶装置4;涂胶装置4将粘胶涂胶至凹槽1-3中。
滚压装置1还包括设置在上下两组瓦楞辊下侧的贴底原纸传输辊1-4;贴底原纸传输辊1-4的旋转方向与上方瓦楞辊1-2的旋转方向相同,与下方瓦楞辊1-1的旋转方向相反,贴底原纸传输辊1-4将上方涂胶的瓦楞原纸黏贴在滚压成波纹状的瓦楞原纸的下方。
涂胶装置4包括壳体4-1、储胶室4-2以及限位装置4-3;限位装置4-3两侧通过螺栓4-4固定在壳体4-1上;壳体4-1内部容置黏胶的储胶室4-2;储胶室4-2上方通过弹簧4-5固定连接限位装置4-3;限位装置4-3还设置旋转部4-6;通过旋转部4-6可将涂胶装置4固定在不同的位置将圆弧状储胶室4-2的圆心与下方瓦楞辊1-1的圆心重合减少机械碰撞带来的应力,同时螺栓4-4可将限位装置4-3固定在储胶室4-2的合适位置上将黏胶在不碰撞的情况下部从流胶孔中流出,也能够起到对储胶室4-2限位的作用,避免黏胶因使用减少而黏胶不容易流出的情况。
储胶室4-2下方设置呈圆弧状;圆弧状储胶室4-2下方设置流胶孔4-7,通过下方瓦楞辊1-1旋转的辊齿触碰储胶室4-2下方,通过辊齿对储胶室4-2挤压将粘胶从储胶室4-2的流胶孔4-7中挤出至凹槽1-3中。
成型装置包括压辊2、干燥装置5以及传输装置6;压辊2带动传输装置6将三层粘结在一起的瓦楞原纸定向传输;传输装置6下方还设置干燥装置5;干燥装置5为蒸汽加热器,通过提供热量蒸发水分使得粘合剂糊化粘合;另外在压辊2以及上下瓦楞辊之间还应该设置提升或分离装置,将使用后或需要调节时分离提升。

1.一种波纹状瓦楞原纸机械滚压方法,包括以下步骤:通过滚压装置将上层瓦楞原纸与中层瓦楞原纸滚压成波纹状后涂胶,再由成型装置中的压辊将上层瓦楞原纸、中层瓦楞原纸以及通过传输辊传输的底层瓦楞原纸干燥定型,其特征在于:所述滚压装置包括上下两组瓦楞辊;下方所述瓦楞辊的辊齿设置有凹槽,通过凹槽与上方瓦楞辊的辊齿将配合将瓦楞原纸滚压成波纹状;所述滚压装置一侧还设置涂胶装置;所述涂胶装置将粘胶涂胶至凹槽中;
所述滚压装置还包括设置在上下两组瓦楞辊下侧的贴底原纸传输辊;所述贴底原纸传输辊的旋转方向与上方瓦楞辊的旋转方向相同,与下方所述瓦楞辊的旋转方向相反,贴底原纸传输辊将上方涂胶的瓦楞原纸黏贴在滚压成波纹状的瓦楞原纸的下方;
所述涂胶装置包括壳体、储胶室以及限位装置;所述限位装置两侧通过螺栓固定在壳体上;所述壳体内部容置黏胶的储胶室;所述储胶室上方通过弹簧固定连接限位装置;所述限位装置还设置旋转部;
所述储胶室下方设置呈圆弧状;圆弧状所述储胶室下方设置流胶孔,通过下方所述瓦楞辊旋转的辊齿触碰储胶室下方,通过辊齿对储胶室挤压将粘胶从储胶室的流胶孔中挤出至凹槽中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种波纹状瓦楞原纸机械滚压方法,其特征在于:所述成型装置包括压辊、干燥装置以及传输装置;所述压辊带动传输装置将三层粘结在一起的瓦楞原纸定向传输;所述传输装置下方还设置干燥装置;所述干燥装置为蒸汽加热器,通过提供热量蒸发水分使得粘合剂糊化粘合。
