Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation device and a preparation method of an antibacterial plastic drainage tube, which are applied to a medical drainage plastic microtube, wherein a surface layer film with a sterilization function is formed on the inner surface and the outer surface of the tube during preparation, and the device comprises an extruder, a neck mold, a sterilization dosing system and the like. The plastic is added into an extruder from a hopper, is conveyed, plasticized and melted under the action of an extruder screw and then enters a die from an extruder head, and the sterilization liquid is introduced into the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface of a pipe to form a surface film layer with a sterilization function while the extrusion of the plastic drainage pipe in the die is realized.

Background
The medical drainage tube is increasingly widely applied in modern medical diagnosis and treatment, but the common drainage tube has no antibacterial and bactericidal effect in the using process, and bacterial infection is easily caused after long-term use.

The plastic raw material is added by a feeding hopper 3, an extruder power system 1 drives an extruder screw 6 to rotate and is conveyed under the action of the extruder screw 6, the plastic is extruded into a neck ring die 2 from a head 5 after being melted due to the friction of the screw and the action of a heater 4, a melt is extruded in a runner between an outer neck ring die sleeve 2-17 and an inner neck ring die sleeve 2-16 without an air film, meanwhile, sterilizing liquid enters an outer sterilizing liquid storage chamber 2-7 through an outer mold sterilizing liquid interface 2-5 and an inner sterilizing liquid storage chamber 2-9 through an inner film sterilizing liquid interface 2-19 respectively along a pipeline 7 under the action of a pressure pump 9 from a liquid storage tank 8, sterilizing materials in the outer sterilizing liquid storage chamber 2-7 enter through an outer film liquid inlet gap 2-14, a sterilizing liquid film layer is formed on the outer wall of a pipe of the runner 2-11 in the presence of the air film, and sterilizing materials in the inner sterilizing liquid storage chamber 2-9 enter through an inner film, when an air film exists, a sterilization liquid film layer is formed on the inner wall of the pipe of the flow passage 2-11, the sterilization liquid film layer is sealed to prevent the liquid medicine from leaking outwards due to the pressure of the liquid medicine, and a sealing gasket II and a sealing gasket I are respectively arranged between the sterilization film inlet die section 2-6 and the die outer sleeve 2-17 as well as between the sterilization film inlet die section 2-8 and the die outer sleeve 2-8 for sealing. Because the plastic of the pipe body is in a molten state when the sterilization liquid film layer is formed, firm and stable sterilization liquid film layers can be formed on the inner wall and the outer wall of the pipe.
