The rotation driving device of the embodiment comprises a driving rod 22 perpendicular to a screw 24, a driving hand wheel 21 arranged at one end of the driving rod 22, and a steering gear 23 arranged at the other end of the driving rod 22; the steering gear 23 is fixedly arranged on the working platform 14, the steering gear 23 comprises a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are vertically distributed; the driving rod 22 is fixed to the first rotating shaft, and the end of the screw 24 away from the screw seat 242 is fixed to the second rotating shaft. The working platform 14 of this embodiment is further fixedly provided with a support seat 221 for supporting the driving rod 22, and the driving rod 22 is rotatably connected with the support seat 221; in use, the driving handwheel 21 is rotated to rotate the driving rod 22, and the rotation is transmitted to the screw rod 24 through the steering gear 23, so that the screw rod 24 rotates, specifically, the steering gear 23 of the embodiment is realized through a pair of conical gears which are vertically arranged. It should be noted that, in order to enable the silicon gel replacement of the converter transformer respirator 50 of the present embodiment to be used as a service platform under any conditions, the present embodiment selects to rotate the driving handwheel 21 to drive the driving rod 22 to rotate, and the use of the driving motor instead of the driving handwheel 21 is a good alternative of the present embodiment.
The rotation driving device of this embodiment may also be directly configured as a driving motor, the driving motor is fixed to the working platform 14, and a rotating shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected to the screw 24. When the respirator 50 is used, the pushing handle 12 is pushed to move the moving platform 11, the self-locking roller 13 can be locked after the moving platform 11 is moved to a specified position, the moving platform 11 is prevented from moving randomly, and a tool box 15 placed on the moving platform 11 can be used for placing a detaching tool and detached parts when the respirator 50 is detached.
The screw 24, the nut block 25, the steering gear 23, and the driving rod 22 of the present embodiment are also covered with the housing 16.
It should be noted that in practical applications, it may be necessary to provide a weight on the mobile platform 11 to keep the balance of the whole device without unbalance the center of gravity of the whole device due to holding the respirator 50.
To sum up, the platform is used in 50 silica gel change operations of converter transformer respirator of this embodiment, need not the manual work and lift respirator 50 in the change in-process of 50 silica gels of whole respirator, need not the manual work and lifting respirator 50 of tumbling, one person can complete whole silica gel change process, great manpower of having saved, silica gel change efficiency has been improved, and there is not the respirator 50 that probably exists when the manual work is tipped respirator 50 to collide with the damage problem, in addition, the overall structure of the platform is simple for the operation of this embodiment, actuating mechanism design benefit, the cost of manufacture is low, high durability and convenient use, and can be applicable to the respirator 50 of multiple specification of multiple occasion.
