Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of the construction of the garbage separation processing system of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the garbage separation processing system of the present invention includes a central processor 1. The sink funnel 1 is mainly responsible for accommodating a mixture of kitchen waste and domestic wastewater and realizing separation of the domestic wastewater and the kitchen waste.
The central processing unit 1 may be a modified sink (i.e., a side hole is formed in the sink so as to be connected to a waste pipe 3 described later), or may be a separate device. Preferably, the centralized processor 1 is a water tank. In this way, it can be applied directly in the kitchen without major modifications.
The centralized processor 1 is connected with a waste water pipeline 2 and a garbage pipeline 3.
Wherein, the upper end of the waste water pipeline 2 is connected with the centralized processor 1, and the lower end is connected with a sewer pipeline. Thus, the separated domestic wastewater can flow into the sewer pipe through the wastewater pipe 2 and finally flow away from the sewer pipe.
The upper end of the garbage pipeline 3 is connected with the side part of the centralized processor 1, and the lower end of the garbage pipeline is connected with a garbage collection point 4. In this way, the separated kitchen waste can be transported via the waste pipe 3 into the waste collection point 4 and subsequently processed by the waste collection point 4.
In the present invention, it is preferable that a separation apparatus 5 is provided in the central processing unit 1. The separation of the domestic wastewater and the kitchen waste is realized by the separation equipment 5. In consideration of the difference of physical properties (one is liquid and one is solid) between domestic wastewater and kitchen waste, the separation can be carried out by various modes such as filter screen filtration separation, centrifugal separator separation, chemical reagent separation and the like. Thus, the separation device 5 may be a screen-type filtration separation device, a centrifugal separator or a chemical agent type separation device. Wherein the chemical reagent type separation equipment is equipment for realizing liquid and solid phase separation by adopting a chemical reagent.
Depending on the type of waste collection point 4 and the distance from the central processing unit 1, the waste pipe 3 can be short and long. For example, if the waste collection point is a small household waste bin with 4 waste collection points, the waste pipe 3 can be relatively short. When the waste pipe 3 is relatively short, it can be inclined, and at this time, the waste can be transported by gravity or the like, that is, the waste can be transported to the waste collection point 4. Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of the garbage separation processing method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in the present invention, when the garbage separation treatment is performed by using the above-mentioned garbage separation treatment system, first, the kitchen garbage is poured into the central processing unit 1 together with the domestic wastewater. Therefore, in the household use process, the kitchen garbage and the domestic wastewater are not required to be distinguished manually and deliberately, and the treatment is more convenient.
Secondly, the central treating unit 1 separates the domestic wastewater and the kitchen garbage poured therein. Of course, the separation of the domestic wastewater and the kitchen garbage may be achieved by using a filter screen type filtering and separating device, a centrifugal separator, or a chemical agent type separating device. Through separation, separated domestic wastewater and kitchen waste are formed. Therefore, the kitchen garbage does not contain water any more and can be treated as dry garbage.
Then, the separated domestic wastewater flows into the sewer pipe through the wastewater pipe 2 and flows away from the sewer pipe. Like this, domestic waste water can directly flow away through sewer pipe, and need not carried the rubbish collection point department, has alleviateed personnel's burden on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is also more convenient to handle.
Finally, the separated kitchen waste is conveyed to the waste collection point 4 through the waste pipeline 3 and is treated by the waste collection point 4. Thus, the classified kitchen waste is dry waste which can be directly thrown into a dry waste collection point. If the garbage collection point 4 is a household garbage can, a person can directly pour the kitchen garbage into a dry garbage collection can of a community with the garbage can without manual separation. If the garbage collection point 4 is a great-interest garbage collection station, the kitchen garbage can directly enter the garbage collection station without manual treatment, and the garbage collection station is very simple and convenient.
Of course, the separated kitchen waste can be transported to the waste collection point 4 with the aid of a power pump or a conveyor belt.
The garbage separation treatment system and method can be improved and realized on the basis of the original sewer pipeline, and can reduce the construction and investment cost; meanwhile, the garbage throwing mode can be effectively improved, garbage can be conveniently and quickly separated and treated, the time for treating household garbage by people is saved, and the quality of life is improved; moreover, the labor, financial resources and equipment cost in the garbage transportation process are saved, and the garbage is convenient to be treated in a centralized manner; finally, it can improve the living environment state, and is beneficial to environmental protection.
