An adjustable muscle training mechanism for fitness and exercise is characterized by comprising a first upright post (1), a supporting retainer ring (101), a first supporting sleeve (2), a second upright post (3), a second supporting sleeve (4), a connecting plate (5) and a cross beam (6), the top surface of the first upright post (1) is inserted with a first support sleeve (2), the first support sleeve (2), a second supporting sleeve (4) is inserted on the top surface of the second upright post (3), the outer wall surfaces of the first upright post (1) and the second upright post (3) are welded with supporting retainer rings (101), and the first supporting sleeve (2) and the second supporting sleeve (4) are positioned on one side of the top of the supporting retainer ring (101), the surface welding of first support sleeve (2) and second support sleeve (4) top has connecting plate (5), connecting plate (5) top surface welding has crossbeam (6).
