本发明属于日化产品防腐技术领域,具体涉及一种防腐杀菌组合物及其制备方法,所述防腐杀菌组合物由辛酰氧肟酸、氯苯甘醚和己二醇制备而成。制备所得组合物用于日化产品、护理产品的,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌具备显著的防腐杀菌效果,此外对日化产品、护理产品中其它易滋生细菌和霉菌也具有显著的除菌杀菌效果,对人体无毒副作用,且可延长产品的保质期;制备方法简单,绿色环保易于推广使用。

一种防腐杀菌组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于日化产品防腐技术领域,具体涉及一种防腐杀菌组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
日化产品与人们的日常生活密切相关,其使用安全性备受关注,作为直接与人体表皮接触的护理产品,其组分的安全无毒性是重中之重。为了使产品的保质时间更长,除菌杀菌效果更好,产品中常会添加一些防腐、杀菌的成分,这些防腐杀菌成分以化学合成试剂为主,其添加量、理化性质等会直接影响护理产品的品质。
现有技术中,作为添加至日化护理产品中的防腐杀菌剂成分复杂,添加量高,在皮肤敏感人群非常容易引发过敏等反应,对皮肤刺激不温和,不能普遍适用于广大消费者。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防腐杀菌组合物及其制备方法,其含有的组分简单,制备方法易行,且在护理产品中微量添加即可达到显著的防腐、杀菌除菌的效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种防腐杀菌组合物,其特征在于,由以下组分组成:
辛酰氧肟酸、氯苯甘醚及己二醇;
所述组分的质量百分比为辛酰氧肟酸15~30%,氯苯甘醚8~16%,己二醇55~75%。
优选地,所述组分的质量百分比为辛酰氧肟酸18.3~25.2%,氯苯甘醚10~12%,己二醇62.8~71.7%。
优选地,所述组分的质量百分比为辛酰氧肟酸23%,氯苯甘醚10%,己二醇67%。
优选地,所述防腐杀菌组合物用于对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌的防腐杀菌。
所述防腐杀菌组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比称取辛酰氧肟酸和己二醇,加热搅拌溶解,得混合溶液;
(2)按质量百分比称取氯苯甘醚,加入步骤(1)所示混合溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤即得所述防腐杀菌组合物。
优选地,所述步骤(1)的加热温度为25~50℃。
优选地,所述步骤(1)的加热温度为40℃。
本发明所述氯苯甘醚的纯度大于99%,辛酰氧肟酸的纯度大于99%。
本发明所述防腐杀菌组合物适用于日化产品、护理产品的的防腐杀菌除菌,例如可应用于皮肤护理液、沐浴液、洗发露、润发露、润肤霜、护肤水、护肤喷雾,及湿巾、杀蚊驱虫液、空气清洗剂等技术领域。
本发明所述防腐杀菌组合物应用于护理产品,添加的质量百分比为0.5~1.2%。
本发明有益效果:
(1)本发明提供了一种防腐杀菌组合物及其制备方法,所述防腐杀菌组合物由辛酰氧肟酸、氯苯甘醚和己二醇制备而成。制备所得组合物用于日化产品、护理产品中,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌具备显著的防腐杀菌效果,此外对日化产品、护理产品中其它易滋生细菌和霉菌也具有显著的除菌杀菌效果,如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿铜假单胞菌等;
(2)本发明所述防腐杀菌组合物中的辛酰氧肟酸和氯苯甘醚两种组分互相复配,具备协同功效,可保持应用的产品中霉菌及细菌的数量小于10 cfu/g,杀菌除菌效果显著;
(3)本发明所述防腐杀菌组合物应用于日化护理等产品中,添加微量,即可达到显著的杀菌除菌防腐效果,对人体无毒副作用,且可延长产品的保质期;制备方法简单,绿色环保易于推广使用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方法进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种防腐杀菌组合物,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:
辛酰氧肟酸15%、氯苯甘醚10%及己二醇75%;
所述防腐杀菌组合物的制备方法为:
(1)按质量百分比称取辛酰氧肟酸和己二醇,加热搅拌溶解,加热温度保持在25℃,得混合溶液;
(2)按质量百分比称取氯苯甘醚,加入步骤(1)所示混合溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤即得所述防腐杀菌组合物;
所述防腐杀菌组合物应用于日化护理产品中,按0.5%的质量百分比比例添加,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌及其它细菌和霉菌具有显著的杀菌除菌效果,防止护理产品发生霉变等问题。
实施例2
一种防腐杀菌组合物,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:
辛酰氧肟酸30%、氯苯甘醚8%及己二醇62%;
所述防腐杀菌组合物的制备方法包括:
(1)按质量百分比称取辛酰氧肟酸和己二醇,加热搅拌溶解,加热温度保持在50℃得混合溶液;
(2)按质量百分比称取氯苯甘醚,加入步骤(1)所示混合溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤即得所述防腐杀菌组合物;
所述防腐杀菌组合物应用于日化护理产品中,按1.2%的质量百分比比例添加,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌及其它细菌和霉菌具有显著的杀菌除菌效果,防止护理产品发生霉变等问题。
实施例3
一种防腐杀菌组合物,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:
辛酰氧肟酸29%、氯苯甘醚16%及己二醇55%;
所述防腐杀菌组合物的制备方法包括:
(1)按质量百分比称取辛酰氧肟酸和己二醇,加热搅拌溶解,加热温度保持在40℃得混合溶液;
(2)按质量百分比称取氯苯甘醚,加入步骤(1)所示混合溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤即得所述防腐杀菌组合物;
所述防腐杀菌组合物应用于日化护理产品中,按0.9%的质量百分比比例添加,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌及其它细菌和霉菌具有显著的杀菌除菌效果,防止护理产品发生霉变等问题。
实施例4
一种防腐杀菌组合物,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:
辛酰氧肟酸18.3%、氯苯甘醚10%及己二醇71.7%;
所述防腐杀菌组合物的制备方法如下:
(1)按质量百分比称取辛酰氧肟酸和己二醇,加热搅拌溶解,加热温度保持在30℃,得混合溶液;
(2)按质量百分比称取氯苯甘醚,加入步骤(1)所示混合溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤即得所述防腐杀菌组合物;
所述防腐杀菌组合物应用于日化护理产品中,按0.5%或1.2%的质量百分比比例添加,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌及其它细菌和霉菌具有显著的杀菌除菌效果,防止护理产品发生霉变等问题。
实施例5
一种防腐杀菌组合物,由以下组按质量百分比分组成:
辛酰氧肟酸25.2%、氯苯甘醚12%及己二醇62.8%;
所述防腐杀菌组合物的制备方法如下:
(1)按质量百分比称取辛酰氧肟酸和己二醇,加热搅拌溶解,加热温度保持在45℃,得混合溶液;
(2)按质量百分比称取氯苯甘醚,加入步骤(1)所示混合溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤即得所述防腐杀菌组合物;
所述防腐杀菌组合物用于日化产品、护理产品的,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌具备显著的防腐杀菌效果,此外对日化产品、护理产品中其它易滋生细菌和霉菌也具有显著的除菌杀菌效果,如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿铜假单胞菌等。
实施例6
一种防腐杀菌组合物,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:
辛酰氧肟酸23%,氯苯甘醚10%,己二醇67%;
所述防腐杀菌组合物的制备方法如下:
(1)按质量百分比称取辛酰氧肟酸和己二醇,加热搅拌溶解,加热温度保持在40℃,得混合溶液;
(2)按质量百分比称取氯苯甘醚,加入步骤(1)所示混合溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤即得所述防腐杀菌组合物;
本发明所述氯苯甘醚的纯度大于99%,辛酰氧肟酸的纯度大于99%;
本发明所述防腐杀菌组合物应用于护理产品,添加的质量百分比为0.5%,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌具备显著的防腐杀菌效果,此外对日化产品、护理产品中其它易滋生细菌和霉菌也具有显著的除菌杀菌效果,如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿铜假单胞菌等,对人体无毒副作用,且可延长产品的保质期;制备方法简单,绿色环保易于推广使用。
对比试验1
实验组设置:
实验样品1:按实施例6所述制备方法制备防腐杀菌组合物,组合物中不含有氯苯甘醚组分,其余组分及其参数同实施例6;
实验样品2:按实施例6所述制备方法制备防腐杀菌组合物,组合物中不含有辛酰氧肟酸组分,其余组分及其参数同实施例6;
实验样品3:按实施例6所述制备方法制备所得防腐杀菌组合物;
实验方法:在相同条件下,分别取细菌和霉菌培养液,分别接种同种铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌,均按0.35%的质量百分比分别依次添加实验样品1~3后,分为4组,分别为:
对照组,不添加防腐杀菌组合物;
A组,添加实验样品1;
B组,添加实验样品2;
C组,添加实验样品3;
将上述各实验组培养液放至于环境温度相同的培养箱中,保持温度在25~28℃进行培养,在不同的时间段测定不同组别的菌落数,并记录,结果如表1~4所示:

由表1实验数据及对照表2~3实验数据可知,本发明所述防腐杀菌组合物对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌的生长均有明显的抑制作用,可显著减缓其生长并杀死细菌及霉菌;由表4数据,并对照表2~3数据可知,本发明所述防腐杀菌组合物中的辛酰氧肟酸和氯苯甘醚两种组分互相复配,具备协同功效,能显著提高抑菌杀菌效率,在实验进行的第5天,细菌及霉菌的菌落数已经小于10 cfu/g,杀菌速度快。
应用试验
实验方法:按现有技术制备润肤露、护发素和沐浴露体系,分别按0.5%的质量百分比添加实施例6制备所得防腐杀菌组合物,搅拌均匀,于25~28℃的条件下培养,在不同时间段分别测试各组体系中细菌及霉菌的菌落数,结果如表5所示:

由表5实验数据可知,本发明所述防腐杀菌组合物应用于护理产品体系中,可显著抑制细菌及霉菌的滋生,起到防腐杀菌除菌的显著效果,提高护理产品品种,延长保质期。

Claims (5)

1.防腐杀菌组合物在制备用于对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌的防腐杀菌的产品中的用途,其特征在于:所述防腐杀菌组合物添加的质量百分比为0.5-1.2%;
所述防腐杀菌组合物,由以下组分组成:辛酰氧肟酸、氯苯甘醚及己二醇;
所述组分的质量百分比为辛酰氧肟酸15~30%,氯苯甘醚8~16%,己二醇55~75%;
所述防腐杀菌组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比称取辛酰氧肟酸和己二醇,加热搅拌溶解,得混合溶液;
(2)按质量百分比称取氯苯甘醚,加入步骤(1)所示混合溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤即得所述防腐杀菌组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述防腐杀菌组合物在制备用于对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌的防腐杀菌的产品中的用途,其特征在于:所述组分的质量百分比为辛酰氧肟酸18.3~25.2%,氯苯甘醚10~12%,己二醇64.8~69.7%。
3.根据权利要求2所述防腐杀菌组合物在制备用于对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌的防腐杀菌的产品中的用途,其特征在于:所述组分的质量百分比为辛酰氧肟酸23%,氯苯甘醚10%,己二醇67%。
4.根据权利要求1所述防腐杀菌组合物在制备用于对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌的防腐杀菌的产品中的用途,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)的加热温度为25~50℃。
