Nutritional composition for improving body inflammatory signs of tumor patients and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of body metabolism improving products, and particularly relates to a nutritional composition for improving body inflammatory signs of tumor patients and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The treatment of malignant tumors has advanced greatly in the past 20 years, but the morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors are still high, and the malignant tumors are one of the important reasons threatening the health of human beings. Worldwide, patients who die from malignancies account for approximately 13% of total deaths, and about 1/5 of them die from cancer-related malnutrition and its complications, not from cancer itself. Research shows that the incidence rate of malnutrition of malignant tumor patients is higher and can reach 40-80%, and the difference of the incidence rate is derived from different individual differences, different tumor types, different stages and the like.
The treatment of malignant tumor can be directly influenced by the poor nutritional state, the malignant tumor patients with nutritional risk or malnutrition not only have poorer quality of life, prolonged hospitalization time and increased incidence of infection and fatality rate, but also delay the operation time and influence the postoperative recovery due to malnutrition, and simultaneously, the tolerance and sensitivity of the patients to radiotherapy and chemotherapy are also poorer. Therefore, for malignant tumor patients with malnutrition, reasonable and effective nutrition has important significance for improving the nutrition condition of the patients and further treating and recovering the tumor patients.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a nutritional composition for improving body inflammatory signs of tumor patients and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a nutritional composition for improving body inflammatory signs of a patient with a tumor comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of protein, 10-30 parts of fat and 20-60 parts of carbohydrate.
Further, the protein is one or more of whey protein, concentrated whey protein, hydrolyzed whey protein, wheat oligopeptide, marine fish bone collagen oligopeptide and sea cucumber oligopeptide; the weight percentage of the whey protein in the protein is more than 50%.
Among them, whey protein is a high-quality protein, which is often used as a high-quality protein supplement for human body, and is called "protein king", which is not only easily digested and absorbed, but also contains various active ingredients. The whey protein hydrolysate is obtained by hydrolyzing whey protein, and most of the components are small peptides and amino acids, so that the sensitivity of the whey protein to hot acid is improved. Most researchers have shown that whey protein after hydrolysis also releases some amino acid sequences with specific activity, i.e. active peptides, which have specific physiological functions. The short peptide generated by hydrolyzing the whey protein has the characteristics of low osmotic pressure, low antigenicity and good intestinal tolerance, can be directly and uniformly absorbed, simultaneously promotes the utilization of nutrient substances by intestinal microorganisms, promotes the absorption of amino acids and trace elements, integrally improves the digestion utilization rate of a patient organism, can correct negative nitrogen balance, and is not easy to cause gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as allergy, diarrhea and the like of the patient.
The wheat oligopeptide is a small molecular polypeptide mixture obtained by taking wheat gluten as a raw material through directional enzyme digestion and a specific small peptide separation technology, the main component of the wheat oligopeptide is a small peptide consisting of 2-6 amino acid molecules, and the wheat oligopeptide has the characteristics of bitter taste, good water solubility, stable dispersion, easy absorption, strong biological activity and the like. The wheat oligopeptide has balanced amino acid content, is almost the same as wheat protein, has the highest glutamic acid content, and exists mostly in the form of glutamine. The wheat oligopeptide can enhance the activity of antioxidant enzyme, inhibit lipid peroxidation and accelerate the removal of free radicals in vivo. Meanwhile, the in vitro antioxidant experiment shows that the wheat oligopeptide has in vitro reducing capacity, contains rich glutamine, can stimulate the proliferation of lymphocytes of the organism, enhances the phagocytic function of macrophages, and improves the anti-infection capacity and immunity of the organism.
The dried organic components of the sea cucumber body wall comprise 90 percent of protein (polypeptide), 6 percent of poly (oligo) sugar and 4 percent of lipid, and contain calcium, magnesium salt, a plurality of trace elements and a small amount of nucleic acid, and the sea cucumber body wall is a high-quality food with high protein, low fat, low cholesterol, high vitamins and minerals, thereby determining that the sea cucumber body wall has the effects of resisting angiogenesis, tumors, coagulation, blood pressure, inflammation, bacteria, oxidation, thrombosis, cancer and the like. The sea cucumber peptide is a protein hydrolysate which is prepared by taking fresh and alive sea cucumbers as raw materials, hydrolyzing by protease, separating and purifying, mainly comprises small molecular peptides and coexists with various functional components. Generally consists of 3-10 amino acids, and the components with the molecular mass of less than 2000 u account for more than 90%. The body wall of Stichopus japonicus contains multiple active polypeptides, wherein pentapeptide (relative molecular mass is 568.1) separated from epithelial tissue and composed of amino acids such as leucine, proline, serine, arginine, etc. has antitumor and antiinflammatory activity. The sea cucumber peptide can be obtained by enzymolysis of sea cucumber protein, has good solubility, stability and low viscosity, and has great application potential.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the concentrated whey protein in the protein is more than 50%, and the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed whey protein in the protein is more than 20%, so that the protein absorption and utilization rate is high.

The main component of olive oil is oleic acid, which belongs to omega-9 MUFA and contains high contents of α -tocopherol, squalene, phytosterol, triterpenes and phenolic compounds, and high content of α -tocopherol can reduce oxidative damage and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
The content of unsaturated fatty acid in the sunflower seed oil is up to more than 90%, and the human body digestibility of the sunflower seed oil is up to more than 96%; the sunflower seed oil is rich in vitamin E, carotene, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and other nutrient substances, and is called healthy edible oil.
Wherein, the medium chain triglyceride is metabolized without the help of carnitine, and is fast in digestion and absorption, thus being very suitable for patients with liver, gallbladder and intestine diseases, renal disease patients with renal insufficiency, postoperative patients with physical weakness, infants and other people. MCT has low metabolic yield and high metabolic speed and cannot be converted into fat in vivo.
Further, the carbohydrate is mainly composed of maltodextrin.
