Experiments show that compared with the prior art, the clamping and conveying device adopting the embodiment has the following remarkable advantages: the toothed chain clamping and seedling pulling conveying adopts a special toothed shape suitable for the diameter of garlic seedlings, the front end of the clamping and conveying has a good gathering effect, the front section clamping and pulling section is pressed by a reed with a larger clamping force, the rear section aligning and conveying section is clamped by a chain and a brush with a small clamping force, and each section of the whole clamping and conveying chain is functionally designed into different clamping states, so that the phenomena of pulling missing lodging seedlings, clamping missing fine seedlings, breaking seedlings and the like in the process are avoided; and the whole clamping conveying section chain non-clamping working section is arranged in the left and right relatively closed track boxes, so that the way of carrying the mulching film by the chain is reduced.

Claims (6)

1. A clamping and conveying device of a garlic combine harvester comprises a clamping and conveying chain, wherein the front end of the clamping and conveying chain is connected with the output end of a digging shovel (6) which extends forwards from a harvesting rack (5-1), and the clamping and conveying chain consists of a left clamping and conveying chain (5-3) and a right clamping and conveying chain (5-4) which are encircled in the conveying direction in pairs; the method is characterized in that:
the inner side of an outer chain ring of the left clamping conveying chain (5-3) leans against the outer side of a left chain box outer side inner rail (5-34) fixedly connected with the harvesting rack (5-1), U-shaped plate springs (5-35) which push the front section of the inner chain ring of the left clamping conveying chain (5-3) to the right side through movable rail blocks (5-32) are arranged at intervals on the front section of the inner side of the left chain box outer side inner rail (5-34), and the U-shaped plate springs (5-35) are arranged in pairs at positions opposite to openings; the rear section of the inner side of the inner rail (5-34) at the outer side of the left chain box is provided with a rear fixed rail (5-31) in the left chain box for keeping the rear section of the inner chain ring of the left clamping conveying chain (5-3) straight;
the inner side of an outer chain ring of the right clamping conveying chain (5-4) leans against the outer side of a right chain box outer side inner rail (5-44) fixedly connected with a harvesting rack, a front fixed rail (5-42) in a right chain box for keeping the front section of an inner chain ring of the right clamping conveying chain straight is arranged at the front section of the inner side of the right chain box outer side inner rail (5-44), a seedling supporting brush support plate (5-45) for separating the inner chain ring of the right clamping conveying chain (5-4) from the inner chain ring of the left clamping conveying chain (5-3) is arranged at the rear section of the right chain box outer side inner rail (5-34), and a seedling supporting brush (5-46) contacted with the inner chain ring of the left clamping conveying chain (5-3) is arranged at the left side of the seedling supporting brush support plate (5-45);
the lower part of the clamping conveying chain is provided with an aligning conveying chain (5-5) which starts from the tail end of the inner front section of the outer inner rail (5-34) of the left chain box and gradually forks away from the clamping conveying chain after being switched, the aligning conveying chain (5-5) consists of a surrounding aligning chain (5-52) and a track pressing brush (5-62) arranged on an aligning conveying track pressing rail (5-6), and the extending end of the track pressing brush (5-62) is contacted with the adjacent side of the aligning chain (5-52); the output end of the aligning conveying chain (5-5) is provided with a seedling cutter (5-7).

The garlic combine gripper conveyor of claim 1, wherein: the left clamping conveying chain (5-3) and the right clamping conveying chain (5-4) are respectively driven by a left driving wheel (5-81) and a right driving wheel (5-82), the right driving wheel (5-82) is coupled with a rotary power input shaft (5-85) through a right vertical shaft (5-87) driven by a bevel gear pair, and the left driving wheel (5-81) is coupled with a left vertical shaft (5-87) driven by a power input shaft (5-85) through a bridging gear pair (5-86) behind the bevel gear pair; the lower parts of the vertical shafts (5-87) at the left side and the right side are respectively in transmission connection with a left power output shaft (5-84) and a right power output shaft (5-83) through a transition gear pair, and the left power output shaft (5-84) and the right power output shaft (5-83) are respectively in shaft coupling with the rotating shaft of the disc blade (5-71) and the aligning chain driving wheel (5-53) of the aligning conveying chain (5-5) through universal coupling mechanisms (5-55).
3. The garlic combine gripper conveyor of claim 2, wherein: the central track plane of the left clamping conveying chain (5-3) is higher than the central track plane of the right clamping conveying chain (5-4) by the thickness of 3-4 chain plates.

The garlic combine gripper conveyor of claim 3, wherein: the rear section of the inner side of the inner rail (5-44) at the outer side of the right chain box is provided with a rear fixed rail (5-41) which guides the inner chain ring of the right clamping conveying chain (5-4) to the straight right chain box.
5. The garlic combine gripper conveyor of claim 4, wherein: the output end rail pressing brush (5-62) of the aligning conveying chain (5-5) is provided with a seedling cutting knife (5-7) which is arranged in a blade seat (5-72) and is formed by an inner circular disc blade (5-71).
6. The garlic combine gripper conveyor of claim 5, wherein: the periphery of the disc blade is a serrated cutting edge, and the cutting edge of the blade is positioned in the groove of the seedling pressing plate above the tail end of the aligning chain.
