Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrical cabinets, in particular to a terminal strip of an electrical control cabinet.
Background
The wiring harness inside the electric appliance cabinet is connected and fixed by adopting a terminal strip; however, the space inside the electric appliance cabinet is narrow, the existing wire harnesses are not convenient to be inserted into the terminal row for fixing, and the existing wire harnesses are inserted into the terminal row one by one and are fixed by screwing the fixing bolts, but the wire fixedly connected by screwing the bolts one by one is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the bolts are screwed back and forth to easily generate sliding wires, so that the end of the wire harnesses are not firmly fixed, the connected wires are easy to loosen, and the power is not smooth; the use is influenced, and after the existing wire is connected on the terminal block, the outer wall of the wire harness needs to be fixed by adopting a buckle, so that the wire harness is prevented from falling off from a connecting hole of the terminal block due to the pulling of an external force; but present fixed mostly adopts single fixed, inconvenient use, and the mode of current fixed pencil outer wall causes the outer wall damage of pencil easily, influences the electric conductive property of wire.

Preferably; the fixing component comprises a fixing bolt, an execution spring and a clamping block; the fixing bolts are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the fixing plate in a threaded connection mode, the outer wall of each fixing bolt is sleeved with an actuating spring, the clamping blocks are symmetrically provided with through holes with the diameter larger than the outer diameter of the bolts, and the fixing bolts penetrate through the threaded holes of the clamping blocks; the clamping block is pressed down by screwing the fixing bolt, so that the outer wall of the wire is compressed by the clamping block, the wire is prevented from loosening and falling, and the connection performance between the wires is ensured.

Firstly, the terminal connecting component provided by the invention compresses and fixes the end head of the wire harness in a fixing mode of integral downward pressing and inserting; the bolt is not required to be fixed in a bolt connection mode, so that bolt sliding can be avoided, the connection effect of the wire harness is ensured, the operation is simple, and the practicability is high;
the limiting component is convenient for pushing the wiring harness into the execution connecting block integrally, the wiring harness is convenient to mount and fix integrally, and the wiring efficiency of the wiring harness is improved; and the pressing wheel is convenient for straightening the wire harness on one hand and ensuring that the wire harness is accurately inserted into the execution connecting block, and the pressing wheel is convenient for guiding the wire harness on the other hand.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an electrical control cabinet terminal block includes a fixing plate 1, a fixing member 2, a position limiting member 3, and a terminal connecting member 4; a rectangular groove is formed in the middle of the fixed plate 1, sliding grooves are formed in the front outer wall and the rear outer wall of the rectangular groove, the limiting member 3 is installed in the sliding groove of the fixed plate 1 in a sliding fit mode, a fixed member 2 is arranged on the outer wall of the upper end of the front side of the fixed plate 1, and a terminal connecting member 4 is arranged on the outer wall of the rear end of the fixed plate 1; the upper end of the fixed plate 1 is uniformly provided with double rows of movable rollers, the side walls of the left end and the right end of the fixed plate 1 are provided with jacks, and plug pins are arranged in the jacks of the fixed plate 1; wherein:
the fixing component 2 comprises a fixing bolt 21, an actuating spring 22 and a clamping block 23; the fixing bolts 21 are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the fixing plate 1 in a threaded connection mode, the outer wall of each fixing bolt 21 is sleeved with an actuating spring 22, through holes with the diameter larger than the outer diameter of each bolt are symmetrically arranged on the clamping blocks 23, and the fixing bolts 21 penetrate through the threaded holes of the clamping blocks 23; the clamping block 23 is pressed down by screwing the fixing bolt 21, so that the outer wall of the wire is compressed by the clamping block 23, the wire is prevented from loosening and falling, and the connection performance between the wires is ensured.
The limiting component 3 comprises a U-shaped limiting clamping block 31, a pressing wheel 32, a pressing spring 33, a limiting clamping column 34 and an auxiliary spring 35; the U-shaped limiting fixture block 31 is installed in a sliding groove of the fixing plate 1 in a sliding fit mode, ear seats at two ends of the U-shaped limiting fixture block 31 are provided with through lock holes, and rectangular cut holes are uniformly formed in the U-shaped limiting fixture block 31; a pressing wheel 32 is movably connected with the inner wall of the rectangular cut hole of the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31 in a vertically symmetrical mode through a bearing, a rectangular groove is formed in the side wall of the rectangular cut hole of the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31, a pressing spring 33 is arranged in the rectangular groove in the side wall of the rectangular cut hole of the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31, one end of the pressing spring 33 abuts against the outer wall of the bearing installed on the pressing wheel 32, and the other end of the pressing spring 33 abuts against the inner wall of the upper end of the rectangular groove in the side wall of the rectangular cut hole of the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31; rectangular movable holes are uniformly formed in the outer wall of the rear end of the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31, limiting holes connected with the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31 are formed in the rectangular movable holes, the limiting clamping columns 34 are arranged in the limiting holes in the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31 in a sliding fit mode, auxiliary springs 35 are sleeved on the outer wall of the limiting clamping columns 34, the lower ends of the limiting clamping columns 34 are of inward concave structures, rubber pads are arranged at the inward concave structures, and the upper ends of the limiting clamping columns 34 are of wedge block structures; the lower end of the limiting clamping column 34 is arranged to be concave towards the inside, and the rubber pad is arranged, so that the fixing effect of the limiting clamping column 34 on the outer wall of the lead can be promoted, the damage of the outer wall of the lead caused by the compression of the outer wall can be prevented, and the rubber pad can play an insulating role on the lead; the damage and the electric leakage of the surface skin of the wire are prevented; the lower end of the limiting clamp column 34 is matched with the shaft head of the pressing wheel 32; the outer wall of the pinch roller 32 is sleeved with a rubber sleeve; one end of a wire harness to be fixed is respectively inserted between an upper pressing wheel 32 and a lower pressing wheel 32 in a rectangular cut hole in the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31, the outer wall of the wire harness is fixed through the pressing wheels 32, then the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31 is manually pushed to send one end of the wire harness into the execution joint block 441, the outer wall of the wire harness between the pressing wheels 32 is fixed through the ejector rod 442 matched with the limiting clamping column 34, meanwhile, the U-shaped limiting clamping block 31 is fixed through a plug bolt on the fixing plate 1, the fixing position of the wire harness is kept, and the wire harness can be prevented from falling off; the limiting component 3 is arranged, so that the wiring harness can be integrally pushed into the execution connecting block 441, the wiring harness can be integrally mounted and fixed conveniently, and the wiring efficiency of the wiring harness is improved; and the pressing wheel 32 is convenient for straightening the wire harness, so that the wire harness is ensured to be accurately inserted into the execution joint block 441, and the pressing wheel 32 is convenient for guiding the wire harness.
The terminal connecting member 4 comprises a screw cylinder 41, an adjusting rod 42, a connecting plate 43, a clamping module 44 and an execution module 45; the screwing cylinder 41 is symmetrically arranged on the fixed plate 1 through bearings, the adjusting rod 42 is arranged in the screwing cylinder 41 in a threaded connection mode, the connecting plate 43 is arranged at the upper end of the adjusting rod 42, the executing modules 45 are uniformly arranged at the lower end of the connecting plate 43, the clamping modules 44 are uniformly arranged on the fixed plate 1, and the clamping modules 44 correspond to the executing modules 45 one by one and are positioned under the executing modules 45; the clamping module 44 comprises an execution joint block 441 and a top extension rod 442; the execution joint block 441 is provided with staggered through holes, the inner wall of the bottom end of each through hole of the execution joint block 441 is provided with a metal gasket, and the metal gasket arranged on the inner wall of the bottom end of each through hole of the execution joint block 441 can promote the connection effect between two wires and ensure the conductivity between the two connected wires; the outer wall of the front end of the execution joint block 441 is provided with a top extension rod 442, and the outer wall of the top extension rod 442 is uniformly provided with balls in a movable connection manner; the balls are arranged on the outer wall of the top end of the top extension rod 442, so that the matching between the top extension rod 442 and the limiting clamping column 34 can be promoted, and the conducting wire is further pressed through the limiting clamping column 34, so that the conducting wire is prevented from loosening.
The actuating module 45 comprises an actuating sleeve 451, an inscribed spring 452, an auxiliary sleeve 453, a driving spring 454 and an actuating fixture block 455; an inner spring 452 is arranged in the execution sleeve 451, an auxiliary sleeve 453 is arranged in the execution sleeve 451 in a sliding fit mode, a driving spring 454 is arranged in the auxiliary sleeve 453, an execution fixture block 455 is arranged in the auxiliary sleeve 453 in a sliding fit mode, and a metal gasket is arranged at the lower end of the execution fixture block 455; when one end of each wire harness to be connected is inserted into the execution joint block 441, the screwing cylinder 41 is simultaneously rotated to control the execution module 45 to descend integrally, and the end of the connected wire harness is fixed through the execution fixture block 455; the conductive performance of the connection of the wire harness is ensured, and the wire harness is prevented from falling off; the terminal connecting component 4 is arranged to compress and fix the end of the wire harness in a fixing mode of integral downward pressing and inserting; need not to adopt bolted connection's mode fixed can avoid the bolt to slide the silk, has guaranteed the connection effect of pencil, and easy operation, the practicality is strong.
When in specific use:
firstly, one end of a wire harness to be fixed is respectively inserted between an upper pressing wheel 32 and a lower pressing wheel 32 in a rectangular cut hole on a U-shaped limiting fixture block 31, the outer wall of the wire harness is fixed through the pressing wheels 32, and then the U-shaped limiting fixture block 31 is manually pushed to send one end of the wire harness into an execution joint block 441;
then the screwing cylinder 41 is rotated simultaneously to control the execution module 45 to descend integrally, and the end of the connected wire harness is fixed through the execution fixture block 455;
at last, the clamping block 23 is pressed down by screwing the fixing bolt 21, so that the clamping block 23 compresses the outer wall of the wire, the wire is prevented from loosening and falling, and the connection performance between the wires is ensured.
