Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for prompting picking information, which can be applied to prompting picking information for a picking person in a workstation in the picking production process in a logistics warehouse.
In the picking production process, before a worker picks the goods, the worker needs to acquire the prompt of picking task information, after the picking task information is acquired, the worker takes the goods on the picking position shelf to start scanning, after the scanning is completed, the worker needs to acquire the prompt of goods scanning results, when the scanning is correct, the worker needs to acquire the prompt of goods feeding slot position bins so as to feed the goods into correct slot positions, and then the slot positions are scanned, and the worker needs to acquire the prompt of the slot position scanning results. The prompting method of the picking information provided by the invention can realize the prompting of a plurality of information needed in the picking production process to the picking personnel of the workstation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the method for prompting pickup information according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: step S101 and step S102.
And after the goods shelf reaches the sorting position, the server sends sorting task information to the wearable equipment. In the logistics warehouse, after the goods to be picked are conveyed to the picking position by an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), the service end sends the picking task information of the goods to be picked to the wearable device of the picker.
In the present invention, a wearable device refers to a portable device that is worn directly on the body or integrated into the clothing or accessories of the user. The wearable device is not only a hardware device, but also can realize powerful functions through software support, data interaction and cloud interaction.
In one embodiment of the invention, the wearable device may be a smart watch, a smart bracelet, or smart glasses, or the like.
In step S101, after the wearable device receives the picking task information, the wearable device prompts the user to start picking and displays the picking task information. The order picker can perform order picking operation according to the prompt provided by the wearable device.
In the prior art, the above prompt is provided through a PC screen of the picking workstation, and the picker needs to face the picking workstation, wait for and see the PC screen of the picking workstation to highlight and display picking task information, so as to know that the item to be picked is in place and start picking.
Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention prompts the user to pick the goods through the wearable equipment and displays the picking task information. Based on the characteristic of being capable of being carried around all weather, the picking staff can continuously monitor the picking information sent out at random all weather, and the position of the picking staff is not limited.
Therefore, the order picker can know that the picked items are in place and start picking without waiting at the picking workstation, and can know the specific order picking task information without looking at a PC screen of the picking workstation and directly start picking the items. Even if the goods picker is not at the picking workstation, or the working environment is comparatively noisy, the goods picking information can be known at the first time, the work efficiency of the goods picker is greatly improved, and the working space of the goods picker is correspondingly expanded.
Certainly, based on wearable equipment is small, portable, the appearance is pleasing to the eye and other advantages such as be difficult for losing and losing, also can improve the convenient degree of work and the work experience of picking the goods person. Moreover, based on the working mode of the order picker, the order picker usually needs to use both hands simultaneously during working, so that the handheld device is inconvenient to use, the wearable device is adopted to prompt information, the wearable device is particularly suitable for the working environment and the working mode of the order picker, and the normal operation of the order picker cannot be influenced when the prompt is obtained.
After the picking staff knows the picking task information, the picking staff picks the commodities on the picking position shelf to start scanning, and after the scanning is finished, whether the picked commodities are correct is determined.
In step S102, after the wearable device receives the picked item error information or the picked item correct information, the wearable device prompts the user for the picked item error or the picked item correct.
In the prior art, the above prompt for the wrong or correct item picking is provided through a PC screen of the picking workstation, and after the item is scanned, the picker needs to go back to the picking workstation and check the PC screen of the picking workstation to know whether the item picking is correct.
Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the wearable device prompts the user that the item picking is wrong or the item picking is correct. The same as the step S101, based on the characteristic that the wearable device can be carried around all weather, the picking staff does not need to go back to the picking workstation and check the PC screen of the picking workstation, so that whether the picked goods are correct or not can be prompted, and the working efficiency of the picking staff is greatly improved.
In one embodiment of the invention, the pick-up task information comprises: information on items to be picked, the item grid of the items to be picked, and the picking quantity of the items to be picked. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the wearable device is a smart watch, and the information of the item to be picked displayed by the dial plate of the smart watch is: the brand A pure cotton men's foundation shirt is gray in color, the size is XXL, and the goods grid of the goods to be sorted is as follows: the cargo space 5-1 and the picking number of the items to be picked are 4. The picker can know all information needed by picking items by looking up the intelligent watch through lifting hands.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in step S101, the process of the wearable device prompting the user to start picking is specifically:
the wearable device generates a vibration reminding instruction, a display reminding instruction or a voice reminding for starting picking and outputs the vibration reminding instruction, the display reminding instruction or the voice reminding instruction so as to remind the user of starting picking through vibration, display or voice.
In step S102, the process of the wearable device prompting the user that the item picking is wrong or the item picking is correct specifically includes:
the wearable device generates and outputs a vibration reminding instruction for picking the item incorrectly or correctly, a display reminding instruction or a voice reminding instruction so as to remind the user of picking the item incorrectly or correctly by vibration, display or voice.
That is, the wearable device prompts the user by generating a vibration, display or voice instruction and then alerting the user by the vibration, display or voice. For example, wearable equipment is the smart watch, when reminding through the mode of vibrations, to picking the goods and beginning, select the article correct and select the article mistake, can distinguish through the number of times of vibrations or the time length of vibrations for the user can directly know the concrete content of reminding according to the number of times of vibrations or the time length of vibrations. Similarly, the manner of displaying or speaking the reminder may be by displaying different content or speaking different voices to allow the user to directly understand the specific content of the reminder.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the vibration, display or voice reminding modes can also be combined with each other.
Like the above example, as shown in fig. 4, the wearable device is a smart watch, and the user is reminded to select an article error or correct by displaying text reminding information through the dial plate of the smart watch. When the user selects the article incorrectly, displaying a text reminding message above the article information (brand A cotton men's underwear, grey in color and XXL in size): scanning for errors. The order picker can know whether all the selected items are correct or not by looking up the character reminding information on the intelligent watch through lifting hands.
When the scanning is correct, namely the goods are picked correctly, the picker needs to obtain the prompt of the goods feeding slot position bin to feed the goods into the correct slot position, then the slot position is scanned, and the picker needs to obtain the prompt of the slot position scanning result to know whether the feeding slot position is correct or not.
In the invention, the prompt of the throwing slot position, the prompt of the mistake of the throwing slot position or the prompt of the correctness of the throwing slot position can be provided by a PC screen of a picking workstation, and a goods picker needs to check the PC screen of the workstation to obtain the prompt.
In an embodiment of the invention, when it is determined that the current item picked by the user is correct, the server sends the information of the putting slot position to the wearable device, and then when the wearable device receives the information of the putting slot position, the information of the putting slot position is displayed.
And then, the server receives the bar code information of the current launching slot position of the user, determines whether the current launching slot position of the user is correct or not based on the bar code information, and sends launching slot position error information or launching slot position correct information to the wearable device. After the wearable device receives the wrong information or the correct information of the throwing slot position, the wearable device prompts the user that the throwing slot position is wrong or the throwing slot position is correct.
The prompting method of the wearable device for the information of the putting slot position, the prompting of the error of the putting slot position or the correctness of the putting slot position is the same as the prompting method of the information of the picking task, the error of the picked article or the correctness of the picked article, and is not repeated herein.
The following further describes the method for prompting the picking information provided by the invention with reference to a specific application scenario. The application scenario is shown in fig. 5 and 6, where the arrow is the direction of the operator, the operator in fig. 5 selects an item towards the shelf at the picking point, and then in fig. 6, the operator faces the sowing wall, and drops the item into the drop slot bin on the sowing wall.
The positions of the picking points and the sowing walls are shown in fig. 5 and 6, due to design limitations of the scene, for example, in order to facilitate the placement of the buffer position shelf, the picking point shelf and the sowing wall are at a certain angle, while the display screen for displaying relevant picking information in the prior art is usually arranged at one side of the sowing wall, and the operator needs to frequently turn and move to view the display screen to complete the whole picking process.
By the method for prompting the picking information, an operator only needs to perform two picking actions shown in the figures 5 and 6 when finishing picking once, so that the turning times of the operator are reduced, and the picking efficiency is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for prompting order picking information, as shown in fig. 7, the system 700 includes: wearable device 701 and picking workstation 702.
The wearable device 701 includes: a picking start prompt module 7011 and a picking item right and wrong prompt module 7012.

The picking item misconception prompting module 7012 is used to prompt the user that a picking item is erroneous or that a picking item is correct when picking item misconception or picking item correct information is received.
In the invention, the picking start prompting module is further used for generating and outputting a vibration prompting instruction and/or a voice prompt for picking start so as to prompt a user to pick the start by vibration and/or voice.
The picking article wrong-alignment prompt module is further used for generating and outputting a vibration prompt instruction and/or a voice prompt instruction for picking article wrong or picking article correct so as to prompt a user to pick article wrong or picking article correct through vibration and/or voice.
In the invention, the picking workstation is used for sending picking task information to the wearable device after the goods shelf reaches the picking position.
The picking workstation receives barcode information of a user's current picked item, determines whether the user's current picked item is correct based on the barcode information, and sends picked item error information or picked item correct information to the wearable device.
In the invention, when the user is determined that the current picked item is correct, the picking workstation sends the throwing slot position information to the wearable device.
The wearable device further comprises: and the slot position information display module is used for displaying the releasing slot position information after receiving the releasing slot position information.
In the present invention, the picking task information includes: information on items to be picked, the item grid of the items to be picked, and the picking quantity of the items to be picked.
The method and the system for prompting the picking information provided by the embodiment of the invention prompt the user to start picking through the wearable device and display the picking task information. Based on the characteristic of being capable of being carried around all weather, the picking staff can continuously monitor the picking information sent out at random all weather, and the position of the picking staff is not limited. And the goods picker need not to go back to the picking workstation and look over the workstation PC screen, can obtain the suggestion whether to pick the article correctly, very big improvement goods picker's work efficiency. Based on wearable equipment is small, portable, the appearance is pleasing to the eye and other advantages such as be difficult for losing and lose, also can improve the convenient degree of work and the work experience of picking the goods person.
