Background
In the current laser transmission, the optical fiber is widely used because the optical path transmission direction can be changed at will. However, the internal stress of the structure is different under different bending postures inside the optical fiber, so that certain influence is caused on the transmission of the polarized laser.
The armored optical fiber is characterized in that a protective armor is wrapped outside the optical fiber, and is mainly used for meeting the requirements of a client on rat bite prevention, moisture prevention and the like. However, the existing optical fiber armor only can protect and seal the optical fiber to a certain degree, and the shape of the existing optical fiber armor is very soft and cannot maintain a stable posture. Due to the limited working mechanism and process conditions, laser generated by some specific system lasers is polarized light and needs to be transmitted by optical fibers, and the stable posture of the optical fibers needs to be maintained at the moment. If the gesture fixing device is additionally designed, firstly, fixing at a plurality of positions is required to be carried out according to the length of the optical fiber, and secondly, the adjusting process is limited by the actual structure and becomes more complicated.
Therefore, it is necessary to design an optical fiber circuit structure, which can be bent to a certain degree according to the requirement of the optical fiber, can maintain a stable posture, has good vibration damping effect, is stretch-proof, waterproof, insulating, wear-resistant, and convenient to use, and can sufficiently protect the optical fiber.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an optical fiber circuit structure unit and an optical fiber circuit, which can be bent to a certain extent according to the requirements of optical fibers, maintain a stable posture, have good vibration damping effect, are stretch-proof, waterproof, insulating, wear-resistant, and convenient to use, can sufficiently protect the optical fibers, and have a designed length and high applicability.

the metal corrugated pipe is of an uninterrupted structure and is consistent with the optical fiber, and the plurality of carbon steel wires are of a sectional structure, so that the circuit structure is ensured to take the metal corrugated pipe as a bending center;
a plug and a first clamping sleeve are arranged at one end of the outer pipe, the stainless steel net and the outer pipe are clamped by the first clamping sleeve, and the plug is inserted into the stainless steel net and then fixed by the first clamping sleeve;

The carbon steel wires 2 are uniformly distributed around the metal corrugated pipe 1, the metal corrugated pipe 1 is of an uninterrupted structure and is consistent with the optical fiber and used for protecting the optical fiber, the carbon steel wires 2 are of a sectional structure, the end parts of the carbon steel wires are floating and unfixed to ensure that a circuit structure has strong adaptability, and the metal corrugated pipe 1 is used as a bending center and used for maintaining the stable posture of the optical fiber.
The stainless steel net 4 is arranged on the inner wall of the outer pipe 5, so that the strength and the tensile resistance of the optical fiber circuit structural unit are enhanced. Elastic supporting materials 3 are filled between the metal corrugated pipe 1 and the outer pipe 5, so that the metal corrugated pipe has a good supporting effect and good elastic toughness, has strong rebound resilience, can maintain the relative position stability of the metal corrugated pipe 1 and the carbon steel wire 2, and can provide a good vibration damping effect. The metal corrugated pipe 1 is preferably a stainless steel continuous annular corrugated pipe made of 304L or 316L stainless steel, the outer surface of the stainless steel continuous annular corrugated pipe 1 is smooth, no clamping stagnation is generated between the corrugated pipe and an elastic supporting material filling layer during bending, the structure is stable, the service life is long, the radial size (wall thickness) is thin, the specification is controllable, and customized requirements under various application conditions can be met.
The diameter of the carbon steel wire 2 is preferably 1.8-2.2mm, the length is preferably less than 1.5m, the number is preferably 2-4, the material is preferably low carbon steel, such as Q235 low carbon steel, the low carbon steel is selected, the strength is low, and the plasticity is good. The elastic support member 3 is preferably an EVA resin foam or a rubber-based foam, and has good flexibility and vibration resistance, but other materials having similar functions may be selected. The density of the stainless steel net 4 is preferably 20-40 meshes, and the material is preferably 304L or 316L stainless steel.
The inner walls of the first clamping sleeve 8 and the second clamping sleeve 11 can be provided with internal threads, the outer walls of the plug 7 and the joint 6 are provided with external threads, and the first clamping sleeve 8 and the plug 7, and the second clamping sleeve 11 and the joint 6 are fixedly connected through thread pairs. Besides the optical fiber and the metal corrugated pipe wrapped outside the optical fiber, the optical fiber line adopts a sectional type structure scheme, so that the problem that the bending center of an interface is difficult to guarantee when the length of the optical fiber line is too long is solved, and the carbon steel wire and a supporting material have too large friction force and cannot move relatively, so that the carbon steel wire has large stress inside and the plasticity of the optical fiber line is poor.
