The invention discloses an air valve structure and a purification device with the same, wherein the air valve structure comprises: the air valve frame (1) is arranged in the air duct (102), and a ventilation opening (1-4) is formed in the air valve frame (1); and the air valve assembly (2) is arranged at the air vent (1-4), the air valve assembly (2) comprises an air valve (2-3) and a driving part, and the air valve (2-3) rotates in the air vent (1-4) under the driving of the driving part to realize the opening or closing of the air vent (1-4). The air valve structure and the purification device with the air valve structure provided by the invention can enable the purification device to have a larger air inlet area, and the design of the air inlet is not limited by the air valve structure, so that the appearance of the purification device is conveniently beautified.

The air duct of the fresh air system is internally provided with an air valve structure for realizing the opening and closing of the air duct and the switching between the air ducts, the existing air valve structure is directly arranged at the air inlet of the fresh air system, the opening or closing of the air inlet is realized by controlling the air valve, and the structure limits the size of the air inlet.

In some embodiments, the driving component includes a stepping motor and an air valve transmission frame, the stepping motor is fixed on the air valve fixing portion, one end of the air valve transmission frame is in transmission connection with the stepping motor, and the other end of the air valve transmission frame is in transmission connection with the air valve.
In some embodiments, the air valve fixing portion is provided with a mounting column, and the stepping motor is fixed on the mounting column through a screw.
In some of the embodiments, one end of the air valve is provided with a transmission part matched with the air valve transmission frame, the other end of the air valve is provided with a rotating shaft, and the air valve fixing part is provided with a rotating shaft limiting hole matched with the rotating shaft.
In some embodiments, one end of the air valve transmission frame in transmission connection with the air valve is provided with transmission teeth, and the transmission part is meshed with the transmission teeth.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the present invention provides an air valve structure, which is used for being installed on a fresh air machine 100, and includes an air valve frame 1 and an air valve assembly 2, wherein the air valve frame 1 is disposed in an air duct 102 and divides the air duct 102 into a front section and a rear section along an air inlet direction, the air valve frame 1 is provided with a vent 1-4, and the front section and the rear section of the air duct are communicated through the vent 1-4. The air valve assembly 2 is arranged at the air vents 1-4 and comprises air valves 2-3 and a driving assembly, the air valves 2-3 are driven by the driving assembly to rotate in the air vents 1-4, and therefore the air vents 1-4 are opened or closed, and by means of the structure, the air inlets 101 with larger areas can be arranged on the fresh air fan 100 and cannot be limited by the air valve structure.
In this example, the air valve frame 1 includes a fixing plate 1-1 and an air valve fixing part 1-2 arranged on the circumferential direction of the ventilation opening 1-4, the fixing plate 1-1 is arranged along the direction vertical to the air inlet direction, the air valve fixing part 1-2 is ring-shaped and vertically arranged on the fixing plate 1-1, in the implementation, the fixing plate 1-1 can be fixed on the air duct plate or the machine body.
The driving part comprises a stepping motor 2-1 and an air valve transmission frame 2-2, the stepping motor 2-1 is fixed on the air valve fixing part 1-2, one end of the air valve transmission frame 2-2 is in transmission connection with the stepping motor 2-1, and the other end of the air valve transmission frame is in transmission connection with the air valve 2-3. The stepping motor 2-1 is controlled by the control system, so that the air valve 2-3 rotates to different angles, and the size of the air inlet quantity is controlled. Or the air valve transmission frame 2-2 and the air valve frame 1 are provided with limiting structures so that the air valve 2-3 can rotate to a fixed angle, or the air valve frame 1 is provided with a microswitch so that the air valve 2-3 can rotate to a fixed angle.
The upper part of the air valve fixing part 1-2 is provided with an installation column 1-3, the upper end of the installation column 1-3 is provided with a positioning hole, and the stepping motor 2-1 is fixed on the installation column 1-3 through a screw.
In this example, the air valve 2-3 is a square baffle, and correspondingly, the air valve fixing part 1-2 is matched with the square baffle. The upper end of the air valve 2-3 is provided with a transmission part 2-3a matched with the air valve transmission frame 1-2, the lower end of the air valve 2-3 is provided with a rotating shaft 2-3b, and meanwhile, the air valve fixing part 1-2 is provided with a rotating shaft limiting hole 1-2a matched with the rotating shaft 2-3b, so that the air valve 2-3 rotates along with the air valve transmission frame 2-2 in the ventilation opening 1-4 under the driving of the stepping motor 2-1.
The upper end of the air valve transmission frame 2-2 is provided with a motor output shaft limiting hole 2-2a for the step motor output shaft to extend into so as to realize the transmission connection of the air valve transmission frame 2-2 and the step motor 2-1. The lower end of the air valve transmission frame 2-2 is provided with transmission teeth 2-2c, and a transmission part 2-3a on the air valve 2-3 is meshed with the transmission teeth 2-2 c. The middle part of the air valve transmission frame 2-2 is provided with a limiting boss 2-2b, the air valve transmission frame 2-2 is arranged between the stepping motor 2-1 and the air valve fixing part 1-2 during installation, the air valve fixing part 1-2 is provided with a through hole 1-2b for the transmission gear 2-2c to extend out, and the stepping motor 2-1 is fixed on the installation column 1-3, so that the fixed limiting of the air valve transmission frame 2-2 is realized.
In this example, the present invention also relates to a purification device (e.g., a fresh air machine) having the above-described air valve structure.

the air valve assembly (2) is arranged at the air vent (1-4), the air valve assembly (2) comprises an air valve (2-3) and a driving part, and the air valve (2-3) rotates in the air vent (1-4) under the driving of the driving part to realize the opening or closing of the air vent (1-4).

The air valve structure according to claim 1, wherein: the air valve frame (1) comprises a fixing plate (1-1) and an air valve fixing part (1-2) arranged on the circumferential direction of the ventilation opening (1-4), the fixing plate (1-1) is arranged in the direction perpendicular to the air inlet direction, and the air valve fixing part (1-2) is annular and is vertically arranged on the fixing plate (1-1).

The air valve structure according to claim 2, wherein: the driving part comprises a stepping motor (2-1) and an air valve transmission frame (2-2), the stepping motor (2-1) is fixed on the air valve fixing part (1-2), one end of the air valve transmission frame (2-2) is in transmission connection with the stepping motor (2-1), and the other end of the air valve transmission frame is in transmission connection with the air valve (2-3).
4. The air valve structure according to claim 3, wherein: the air valve fixing part (1-2) is provided with a mounting column (1-3), and the stepping motor (2-1) is fixed on the mounting column (1-3) through screws.
