Abstract
The invention provides a new fan which realizes the conversion of air inlet, air exhaust and internal circulation by a single fan; the air conditioner comprises a shell with an air inlet and an air outlet, wherein a fan assembly, an air valve assembly and a filtering assembly are arranged in the shell; the fan assembly and the air valve assembly are electrically connected with the control module; the air inlet and the air outlet comprise an outdoor air inlet, a fan air outlet, an indoor fresh air inlet, an indoor air inlet and outlet, an indoor return air inlet, an indoor return air outlet, an internal circulation air outlet and an air channel conversion air port; the blast gate subassembly includes: fresh air valve, return air linkage air valve, air outlet valve. According to the invention, through the combined linkage control of the opening or closing states of the air valves, only one fan is needed to convert the air channel in the fresh air machine to realize three functions of air inlet, air exhaust and internal circulation when a user changes according to the quality of the air in the environment where the user is located; the invention has the advantages of ingenious structural design, small fan input quantity, complete functions, reversible air duct and cost saving.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ventilation, in particular to a new fan which realizes air inlet, air exhaust and internal circulation conversion by a single fan.
Background
With the continuous development of the economic level of China, people are increasingly oriented to good air quality, but due to the fact that the industrial structure of part of regions is unreasonable, the emission of pollutants exceeds the standard, and the generated haze problem becomes an important reason influencing the local air quality and the economic development.
At present, a fresh air fan system is adopted in indoor spaces such as hotel rooms, school classrooms, office buildings, private residences and the like to improve the air quality. The fresh air system is an independent air processing system consisting of an air supply system and an air exhaust system. In the prior art, in order to realize air intake, air exhaust and internal circulation functions, two fans, one air intake fan and one air exhaust fan, are generally installed in a machine body. The design has the advantages that the size of the machine body is large, the internal structure is not compact enough, the power is large when the two fans operate, the energy conservation and emission reduction are not facilitated, and the cost is high.

a new fan for realizing air inlet, air exhaust and internal circulation conversion by a single fan comprises a shell with an air inlet and an air outlet, wherein a fan assembly, an air valve assembly and a filter assembly are arranged in the shell; the fan assembly and the air valve assembly are electrically connected with the control module; the air inlet and the air outlet comprise an outdoor air inlet, a fan air outlet, an indoor fresh air inlet, an indoor air inlet and outlet, an indoor return air inlet, an indoor return air outlet, an internal circulation air outlet and an air channel conversion air port; the blast gate subassembly includes: a fresh air valve, a return air linkage air valve and an air outlet air valve; the fresh air valve, the return air linkage air valve and the air outlet air valve are composed of a fixed bracket, a motor and an air valve; the air valve is used for sealing the air inlet or the air outlet; the motor is electrically connected with the control module and used for driving the air valve to rotate and converting the opening or closing state of the air valve. The air valve and the internal clapboard form an open or sealed ventilation state.
Compared with the prior art, the fresh air machine provided by the invention is provided with a plurality of air valve assemblies, and the air valve assemblies are used for sealing the air inlets or the air outlets. By combining and linking control of the opening or closing states of the air valves, only one fan is needed to convert an air channel inside the fresh air fan to realize three functions of air inlet, air exhaust and internal circulation when a user changes according to the quality of the air in the environment where the user is located; the fan saves cost for two fans, avoids waste, is low-carbon, convenient to use and high in standardization rate, is favorable for industrial popularization, and drives new growth of the fresh air industry.
The motor is preferably a stepping motor. The stepping motor converts the pulse signal into angular displacement or linear displacement, and when the stepping motor is adopted, the air valve has high rotation precision and the air valve assembly runs more stably.
The invention also has the advantages of compact structure, small fan input quantity, comprehensive functions, low manufacturing cost and high standardization rate, and is suitable for various installation environments such as ground installation, wall hanging installation, suspended ceiling installation and the like.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fresh air blower with air intake, exhaust and internal circulation functions of the invention comprises a shell with an outdoor air inlet (1), a blower air outlet (2), an indoor fresh air inlet (3), an indoor air inlet and outlet (4), an indoor return air inlet (5), an indoor return air outlet (6), an air outlet (7), an internal circulation air outlet (8) and an air channel conversion air inlet (20), wherein a blower component (14) and an air valve component are arranged in the shell, and the blower component (14) and the air valve component are respectively connected with a control module (15) in an electric control way; the blast gate subassembly includes: the air conditioner comprises a fresh air valve (9), a return air valve (10), a return air linkage air valve (11) and an air outlet air valve (12), wherein the fresh air valve (9), the return air valve (10), the return air linkage air valve (11) and the air outlet air valve (12) are composed of a fixed support (16), a motor (17) and an air valve (18), and an air valve assembly is used for controlling an outdoor air inlet (1), an indoor fresh air inlet (3), an indoor return air inlet (5), an indoor return air outlet (6), an air outlet (7), an internal circulation air outlet (8) and an air channel conversion air inlet (20) to form an open or sealed ventilation state; the motor (17) is fixed on the fixed support (16) and used for driving the air valve (18) to rotate, and switching the opening or closing state of the air valve to open or seal the corresponding air port; the fixed bracket (16) is fixed on the clapboard (19); the motor (17) may further preferably be a stepper motor; the shell can also be internally provided with a filter assembly (13) which is positioned in front of the fan assembly (14) and used for filtering air to protect the fan.

Referring to fig. 5, when the fresh air blower is in an air exhaust mode, the fresh air valve (9) is closed, and the fresh air valve (9) seals the outdoor air inlet (1); opening a return air valve (10), and sealing a fresh air port (3) in the machine by the return air valve (10); and (3) opening the return air linkage air valve (11), simultaneously opening the air outlet air valve (12), and sealing the internal circulation air outlet (8) by the air outlet air valve (12).
Referring to fig. 6, when the new air blower is in the internal circulation mode, the new air valve (9) is closed, and the new air valve (9) seals the outdoor air inlet (1); opening a return air valve (10), and sealing a fresh air port (3) in the machine by the return air valve (10); and opening the return air linkage air valve (11), closing the air outlet air valve (12) at the same time, and sealing the air outlet (7) by the air outlet air valve (12).
The air flow trajectory process of the fresh air fan provided by the invention under three modes is as follows:
referring to fig. 4, the air flow trajectory in the air intake mode is that the air flow trajectory sequentially passes through the outdoor air inlet (1), the filter assembly (13), the fan assembly (14), the fan air outlet (2), the built-in fresh air inlet (3) and the indoor air inlet/outlet (4), the air intake mode is completed, and the outdoor fresh air is filtered and purified and then is sent into the room.
Referring to fig. 5, the air flow trajectory in the air exhaust mode is that the air exhaust mode is completed by sequentially passing through the indoor air inlet/outlet (4), the indoor return air inlet (5), the indoor return air outlet (6), the filter assembly (13), the fan assembly (14), the fan air outlet (2), the air duct conversion air inlet (20) and the air outlet (7), and indoor dirty air is exhausted to the outside.
Referring to fig. 6, the air flow trajectory in the internal circulation mode is to sequentially pass through the indoor air inlet/outlet (4), the indoor return air inlet (5), the indoor return air outlet (6), the filter assembly (13), the fan assembly (14), the fan air outlet (2), the air duct conversion air inlet (20) and the internal circulation air outlet (8), so as to complete the internal circulation mode and rapidly purify the indoor air.
